I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR STAY. FIRST OFF THE ROOMS JUST LOOKED VERY DIRTY. THE TOWELS IN BATHROOM LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE USED AS WELL AS THE SHEETS ON ONE OF THE BEDS. HAIRDRYER DIDN'T WORK. SMOKE DETECTOR WAS DANGLING FROM THE CEILING. PHONE IN ROOM DIDN'T WORK. I STAYED IN A SUITE THERE AND IN ONE ROOM THE T.V. HAD NO REMOTE AND THE T.V. IN THE OTHER ROOM HAD A REMOTE BUT KEPT SHUTTING OFF AFTER TEN MINUTES. WE ASKED FOR CLEAN SHEETS AND TOWELS AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM UNTIL A FULL DAY AFTER WE WERE THERE. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER CAUSE THE OWNER WAS NOT THERE AND HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO ASSUME THAT WE USED THE TOWELS AND THATS WHY THEY WERE DIRTY! I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EARS! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY THERE. I ALSO WHEN I GOT HOME FROM MY TRIP IN APRIL WROTE A LETTER TO THE OWNER TELLING HIM OF OUR STAY AND HOW THE MANAGER TREATED US (WHICH IS HIS SON BY THE WAY) AND HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM HIM. AND NOW IT'S JUNE.

I was in town to visit my son and his family at Fort Rucker. Because we had booked and paid in advance we stayed but if I had just drove up to this hotel I would not have stopped. This hotel had done improvements, the tub was new but the service needs improvements. We had a group of guys sitting outside the rooms watching us unload and this was very uncomfortable. The room was okay but had a strange smell. The carpet felt tacky but looked clean.

Nothing. The rooms were old and the bedding was worn. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is definitely a budget hotel. Did not live up to my expectations.

The hotel was accomadating since they had no record of our on-line reservation till the next day. Maid service was sketchy . If you needed an iron, ironing board or hairdryer they needed to deliver it. Continental breakfast is very basic limited quantities

this place is a major dump! bathroom looks like a portapoty toliet seat almost on the floor as in other reviews bed on 2x4s stains and burns on seats walls thin as paper. Basic tv. 2 electrical outlites near bed the power does not work unless light is on. dirty towels the iron looks like it has water in it for years. old and moldeymat in bathtub black and ripped

The Enterprise Inn has a friendly staff. However, the housekeeping service was not up to par. I spent four nights there and only received houeskeeping service one day.

Nothing. Everything. I think you should take a look at the pictures on your web site for this motel and then actually go and see it for your selfs. Scary! I left and didn't even try and get a refund just glad to get out. I know you can't see them all, and I will still use price line in the future.

We suffered through a 2 day stay at this hotel before leaving. The rooms are in need of remodeling. There is mildew in the bathroom and the rooms just look dirty. Our room did not have a plug for the bathtub (not that I would have sat in it anyway), or a shower curtain. We did not have a trash can, ironing board, iron or phone book. On our last day there, the door would not close or lock. The staff was slow to respond to our needs, but they did eventually bring most things we needed. They really didn't seem concerned with our complaints.

The Enterprise Inn and Suites were a pleasant midway stop for my family as we were traveling to Panama City. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Inn was located a short distance from our main travel highway. Also the area was quiet, no noisy guests or outside noise. The price just fit our budget , so it helped offset the high price of gas.

The rooms smelled bad, the bathrooms had mildew. The beds were on plain lumber frames. Seems liked they cut every corner they could.

The Enterprise Inn and Suites is a very affordable hotel. It is in a good location, walking distance to many businesses. The room was spacious and had a microwave and a small refrigerator. There was ample room for clothes storage. The only complaint I had was with the cleanliness of the tub. It needed a good scrubbing. Other than that the room was fine.There was also a free Continental breakfast included in the price.

The rooms were not clean. The blankets and sheets had cigarette burns all over them. The towels in the bathroom had permanent stains on them making them appear to be dirty. I had to go to the local Walmart and purchase towels. When I asked for linen for the pull out couch the manager had to be called. He was very upset with the clerk for bothering him. They argued in front of me. I would not stay there again.
