English Rose B&B is located in Magdalen Road on the left of Magdalen Church directly opposite the railway station. From the railway station, cross over the road heading to Magdalen Church and Magdalen Road runs down the left hand side of the church, the property is approximately 200 yards. Trains run from London Victoria direct to Bexhill or from London Charing Cross via St Leonards.
