| We were wary at first, but this charming hotel in the center of town was seconds from everything. Would stay at the Emporio Hotel Zacatecas again. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to please. |

| Overall, a good experience other than the food. Staff was very helpful, the rooms were adequate if not imaginative, and the location was great. The pillows were awful - hard not to be smothered if you sleep on your stomach. |

| In today's environment Internet is basic for our life's. I can not understand why you do not have internet access in the rooms and when we need to get in we have to pay $25 (pesos) for 15 minutes of access. This is really unacceptable |
