We were visiting Zacatecas for two days and this hotel really filled the bill for being close to most all of the cultural sites/activities in the area. We were 25 steps from an open air band concert our last night which was a nice surprise. The hotel public rooms were lovely, and the on-site parking (a small fee of 20 pesos per night) was great to have. Another nice surprise was free wireless internet in our room. Even without air conditioning, the fan and an open window in the fairly large room kept us comfortable at night. We ate in the hotel for one breakfast only; a buffet that included eggs made to order and a good fruit bar and assorted Mexican breakfast breads etc. There is a small exercise room that we didn't use, but appeared to be adequate for a "vacation" workout. Service was good throughout our stay. Most of the staff spoke enough English to understand and be understood. Staying in this hotel really added to our enjoyment of our stay in the city, and I would recommend staying here when visiting Zacatecas.

Great location. Clean. Poor communication, even with Spanish speaking member of our group. Staff was not sufficiently proficient in English to explain why one room was charged high amountfor breakfast one day. We stayed away from the dining facilities after that.

Very helpful, friendly and location (wonderful). Update facilities. The staff was great, we ate at the restaurant once but the food and service was good. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere.

Smack dab in the center of town across from the main Church. No pool. We were wary at first, but this charming hotel in the center of town was seconds from everything. Would stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to please.

Location was great. The toiletry items were delightful. The dinner buffet was the worst I have ever experienced, and the cost was exorbitant. Overall, a good experience other than the food. Staff was very helpful, the rooms were adequate if not imaginative, and the location was great. The pillows were awful - hard not to be smothered if you sleep on your stomach.

Hospitality. Poor service for a high price. In today's environment Internet is basic for our life's. I can not understand why you do not have internet access in the rooms and when we need to get in we have to pay $25 (pesos) for 15 minutes of access. This is really unacceptable
