Stayed there for 3 nites... would say is quite okay even though the room are small.. well, it's HK, so one can expect tat much i think.. the hotel is very convinient as the MTR station, shopping, eatery is all within walking distance! Few minutes walk will bring you to Nathan Road, the shopping area. Staff is friendly & not much complaint bout the cleanliness!

The room is very small but very accessorize. Clean and comfortable . we got the special room with the magic glass . in the second night we had a cockroach on the bad so we compensation to the suite room. tha suite room was very big and comfortable . The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. the Location is very good!!

I stayed in Hong Kong for 5 days for holidays and business. The hotel was well situated and had a free-shuttle stop to Kowloon Station and the International Airport. Staff was kind. However I asked for a non-smoking room and the room stinked smoke. I asked to get another room, but they didn't give me a new one, arguing there was no place more in the hotel. Carpet was dirty in the corridors on my floor, and inside the lifts.

Rooms are small...I do not think that the modern style that designer wanted to capture in the rooms are very authentic... I find it rather ugly...the Front office staff and concierge very helpful, I liked the stay overall

Even though I had booked a single room, it was smaller then I had expected so I did not feel that comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, breakfast is OK, a bit on the way down meaning that renovation time is coming up. What was very good was the friendliness of the staff! For the money spend I will be out to look for a better alternative next time.
