went to Town Square it is about 2 to 3 miles away. That was fun. Front Desk could have used an extra person he was answering the phone and trying to check people in. All staff was pleasant. Wanted hot tea in the morning but all they had was coffee :(

Beds very nice, and the room was clean. Too noisy the fan for the bedroom was too loud couldn't hear each other talk with it on. It was a nice room clean and comfortable lots of space big enough to live there on a permanent basis.

The room was very clean, great location... Employees need to read the signs when they say "DO NOT DISTURB" It took 2 days for me to get pots and pans...I ended up buying one. They need to improve on their customer service.

noise due to air conditionner but it is the same everywhere : the climatizers are not from the latest generation and it was too hot to permit to stop the climatizer...

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, the rooms need new carpet, but hey, given the price, it was a pretty good deal, especially during the National Finals Rodeo week. The room was clean and a great place to stay if you want a comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels and a refridgerator with a full-size freezer for your beverages. The room doesn't have enough dishes if you were cooking every night and you might want to bring yourr own paper towels and dishwasher soap. I would and have stayed again.

This place was a great find - my friend and I stayed here one night during a road trip: the room was less than $70, had a full kitchen, living area, separate bedroom, two TV's, all the amenities, and was generally in great condition. My only complaint is that they are pretty strict on their check-in time, so if you arrive early, prepare to wait until 3:00pm to get a room. Also, if you don't have a car, transportation to the Strip and airport can be a pain (waiting for the bus), but there is a shuttle that runs every two hours.

Full kitchen made life so much easier with the kids. I found this hotel to be very comfortable, staff was friendly and everything was clean. The other residents of this hotel were quiet and the pool area was amazing. I would stay here again and again, and have already convinced my brother to book in August when he heads to Vegas. A must if you have children.

Only on key given for the room when there are two people staying in it is very inconvenient. Also a dishwasher and kitchen in a suite means you can cook your own meals. Hardly any dishes. No pans and no dishsoap for the dishwasher. Everytime I have stayed in a suite with a kitchen they have provided more plates, spoons, etc. and of course soap to do the dishes. The room assignments should be given when you book your room like most hotels do. We had 5 rooms reserved for a party and they could not have put us any further away from each other. Most hotels will assign your room number and if you do not show up before 8 they will give it to someone else. I will probably never stay at that hotel again.

The hotel boasts of suites so you basically have a living room and a full kitchen complete with cooking and eating utensils. If you're on a budget, you might like to do some cooking of your own. The only downside is that it is about 6 miles off the main Vegas strip, so unless you have a car, you wouldn't want to stay here since they've stopped shuttling people to the main strip.

Compared to the Cancun Resort up the street this is a Hell hole. Everything was the cheapest quality down to the toilet paper. The AC and fan was so noisey we had to turn it off and open the windows. Then I was worried about someone trying to break in the window all night and could not sleep. Its a basic Kitchenette suite with cheap appliances and not sufficient cookware to fix a meal. Good points: the wall finish and paint were pleaseant and looked good, the Sheets and towles were good quality and comfortable, the appliances worked, the bathroom was OK, the TVs were OK. Bad Points: Poor AC and Fan (Noisey), insufficient cookware, Pillows were too soft, bed was not comfortable (too hard), coffee pot was too small, remote controls for TV did not work, furniture was ugly, room was depressing, no elevators. This room is probably worth no more than $50, How can they charge $108? Keep in mind that we had just spent 6 nights at the Cancun Resort up the street.

The hotel location was great, it was only minutes from the strip and was very close to a gas station and liquor store which made made things convenient for us. The staff was not so great, they checked us in and out quickly but never with a smile or friendly demeanor and when we called for assistance we were put on hold forever every time, they just weren't very customer service oriented. The room itself was very spacious, the kitchen was great, we utilized the refrigerator and stove, all worked perfectly. There was an iron and ironing board in our room as well as a blow dryer which I appreciated. Everything was clean, however the windows only had blinds which were slightly broken (fell off easily) and so we had to put up a sheet to get the privacy that we needed.

Parking space availability, Cleanliness, landscape, coziness and above all affordability provided by Priceline. A little bit far from desired location. Friendly personnel at the front desk. Lots of parking space conveniently located near the room.

The day we checked in, we were so disappointed, the rooms are too small, and the second day we came back at night, we found out that the room was not cleaned at all, and we called the front desk, they told us the janitor was out of job that morning, how rediculous. The only thing they did is sending us some new towels. the last day, we were disturbed by the guys who lived upstairs, they are making huge noise like hitting on the floor all the night, we called the front desk again, and they told us they will send some security guys, but finally nobody is coming to solve the problem at all, we feel really insulted and told them that we can't stay there any more, and they told us the only thing we can do is to check out. We asked for the refund of that night, but they said, since we made the order through online travel website they can't refund any credit to us at all. I sware I will never stay there at all, and the location is terrible too, it is about 4 miles to the Las Vegas BLVD. How can such pice of trash rated as 3 Star hotel? It do not worth $80 per night at all, even the $30 motel in some small town around the interstate highway, has better condition than this one.

Room was a suite that had standard through the wall A/C unit in living room and pass through ventilation fan to the bedroom which was broken. Other than that very nice place.

Excellent customer service- took care of every request I had. No dish towels or dish soap provided for the kitchen. Also poorly placed internet connection for free internet (behind the TV). Nice that they provide free internet, but they don't provide a cable for connection and the connection is behind theTV in the main area/living room, making it hard to use a laptop on the couch/coffee table without a longer cable. Hotel staff was very accommodating, maintenance responded fast and efficiently with a new light bulb and battery that weren't working properly.

My Fiance and I stayed here on a budget because we are getting married in May and needed to tidy up details. I only paid $89.00 for this room and it was sooo worth every penny. First off they are very nice checking you in and provided details about the city. When we got in our rooms we noticed the carpets were damp (checked in early), turns out they shampoo the carpets everyday, it made me feel like i could actually take off my shoes. Another thing, I was hesitant on the distance from the strip well let me tell you its a good thing. We had our own car it only took us 5 min to get to the strip park and walk. Then when we were tired of all the comotion we left and went to our nice (off the strip) room. It was great. Cant tell about the pool really I only looked at it, and it looks like it would get the job done. I would recommend this to all budget seekers who expect decent to come out of a penny!

Cozy safe quiet clean; good place for a family vacation. We extended our stay, asked to take trash & replace towels, tissues but they did not. Overall we are satisfied with our stay. we extended our stay & requested them to remove the trash & replace towels & provide us addl tissues but they did not. we even put the card/note outside so they will be reminded but when we returned the card on the knob was on the floor; don't know if they did it intentionally. hopefully they will grant request like this in the future.
