This gated and guarded 300-acre community was designed as a resort-style community which would provide the pleasures of a resort with the conveniences of home. The resort features a clubhouse with a computer room, plus a concierge service in the clubhouse that can arrange a shuttle service to the area's attractions for an additional charge. Guests also have Internet access at their disposal. Check-in is from 16:00 h. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted at the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The center is open daily from 8 am to midnight. After-hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephone on (free phone): 1 800 713 8356. Guests requiring assistance should select the urgent message option. When registering for the villa they will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-out time is 10:00h.
