A great, central city, brand new hotel. Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and spa pool in enclosed area on the ground floor, with a bar adjacent. There is also a gym on the ground floor. An excellent addition to the accommodation options in this City, the most Eastern in New Zealand and the first place to welcome the new day. Fantastic value. SE0207 A light sand coloured building which is very modern in design (completed June 2006). There is an in-house restaurant, and there are a further three bars and restaurants within the hotel complex. A medium sized light filled lobby area on the first floor with comfortable seating. 14 Single rooms Double rooms Twin rooms Triple rooms Quad rooms Non-smoking rooms There are three rooms types, Studio, executive suite and 2 bedroom suite (see other listings). All rooms types are large, they enjoy either river, marina, or sea views. Most have balconies to make the most of the views. Some rooms have courtyard views overlooking the swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as other standard amenities such as Sky TV and mini bar. In the centre of the City. The hotel faces the Marina, and is located on the junction of three rivers. What are your breakfast options?: We have a full cooked buffet breakfast available at the hotel restaurant The Grill Room which is available from 7:00 am to 9:00 am Monday – Friday and 7:30 am to 9:30 am Saturday and Sunday. The cost of this is $24.00 per person or $18.00 per person for our in-house guests.
What transport is available to get around?: You would need a car to get to the coast beaches but the town beach and movie theatre are all within walking distance of the hotel.
What can I do nearby?: Gisborne has many fantastic beaches; the town beaches are within walking distance; this would take around 15-20 minutes, while the coast beaches are no more than a 10 minute drive away. The hotel is located right on the main street of Gisborne which makes shopping easily accessible along with the local movie theatre which is a block away.
Do you have internet?: We have broadband internet access in our rooms which is free of charge.
Do you provide parking?: We have car parking available at the hotel for our in-house guests; this is undercover secure parking free of charge.
