Clean room, spacious room and great breakfast. Lack of parking.

The Embassy Suites is conveniently located near many restuarants and a major shopping mall but still easy to get to. The rooms are easy to access and quiet. The made to order breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly. This was our second stay and as we are in Tucson severak times a year for our children's bowling tournaments we will probably stay here more often. The only disappointment this time was when the swimming pool had to be shut down due to a malfunction.

We chose the Embassy Suites as our hotel on our trip to see a few Spring Training games. We travel often and have stayed at several Embassy Suites so we thought we knew what we were getting. WRONG. This hotel was a dump. The room was dirty, the bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in and there was new plaster on the ceiling that hadn't even been repainted. We checked in and within 30 minutes there was a maintenance person wanting in the room to replace an A/C filter ... why wouldn't you do routine maintenance when the room was not occupied? And then the air conditioner kicked on and apparently the coolers were directly above our room - the room was vibrating - the sound and vibration were ridiculous. We repacked our things and went to the front desk and checked out. The only good news was they didn't charge us as we were in the room about an hour. We drove down the road to a Hilton which was very nice. Embassy Suites shouldn't want to put their name on this hotel. Shame.

Comfortable, staff was fantastic, breakfast was made to order and exceptional! This hotel exceeded my expectations...I would definitely stay there again. My son (7 years old) and my husband loved it as well. It was close to lots of restaurants, and every night they had a free happy hour from 5 to 7. Breakfast is made to order omelette's, French toast, pancakes, etc, all delicious, and all included.

The rooms were quiet and clean and accommodated our family of 5 beautifully. We enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. There was something for everyone. The location was convenient for our stay.

We had never been to Tucson, so we were not sure where to get a room. We were very happy with the Embassy Suites! Everyone was kind and willing to help as we asked questions about things to do and how to get to certain destinations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to restaurants and a mall! The cook to order breakfast was delicious!!! We would definitely stay again!

Breakfast. The bathroom and sink in only bedroom. Size of bathroom. This was so unlike other embassy suites I stayed at it's hard to describe. It was a completely bad experience. There were 3 adults in my party and having the sink and bathroom in the bedroom made it very awkward. Moreover, the bathroom was very small. It was advertised as recently renovated, and I guess that meant they changed the name. It was an old hotel and looked and felt like it, but in a bad sense. I was very disappointed in this hotel. I cannot imagine why embassy suites allow its name to be associated with this hotel.

Everyone very friendly. Excellent service. Public computer slow but that was OK. Breakfast was well cooked and everything in the dining area was well presented. Will stay again on our next trip to Tucso - we visit frequently.

The hot cook to order breakfast was very good. Outdated "popcorn" ceiling and older carpet. Bed wasn't too comfortable. I would rate this hotel a 2.5. Not quite a 3. The hot (cook to order) breakfast was the best part. The hotel needs some updating (old "popcorn" ceilings and older carpet). The bed was not very comfortable.

We could not have been more impressed with the employees and how we were treated. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful.

Two large rooms; wonderful breakfast which is included in the price. The bathroom was very small with the sink in the bedroom The room consisted of two large rooms and a very small bathroom with a sink in the room. My daughter slept on the pull-out couch which was a little uncomfortable (most usually are). The elevator didn't go up to where our room was so we had to carry our luggage up about six steps. The hotel was clean and very nice for the money. The hot breakfast was worth the price.

Absolutely excellent hotel in a safe area. Rooms are beautiful, large and exceedingly clean. Breakfast is the best, cooked to order while you watch. Pancakes, eggs, bacon etc. They also have a large selection of fruits, cereals you name it. Feel comfortable bringing the kids here, this place is a gem!

Great free breakfast. Noise of air conditioning. The suite set-up is a very comfortable way to stay. The two separate rooms allows privacy for dressing and sleeping.

"Found the service was good, and pleasant to work with. The amenities such as happy hour and breakfast were great. Nice lodging chairs by the pool, which allowed for comfortable resting around the pool. Rooms were a great size, allowed you to not feel like you were stepping on each other."

Really nice layout and location. Good amt of room for the $$. Only put 3 bath towels, instead of at least 4...always wanted more The staff was nice/helpful and I really liked the layout. All rooms were centered around the pool/garden area so you always had a nice view out of at least one window & a nice area to walk around. The location was surrounded by nice businesses and close to a mall/other shopping.

"We were so impressed with this hotel. The rooms are a very nice change from the traditional ""one room"" facilities and the kids have room to spread out. The rooms are arranged around the courtyard/pool/patio area of the hotel. The morning complimentary breakfast was unbelievable - just about anything you'd like for breakfast cooked in just minutes as you order it. The manager's complimentary cocktail hour was equally nice, offering soft drinks and snacks, as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a very refreshing experience and the value was outstanding!"
