Great location in Waikiki!

Swimming pool facilities much nicer than the typical Embassy Suites. Construction noise on both sides of the hotel. Free hot breakfasts and the suite rooms are what always bring us to Embassy Suites. Embassy Suites-- Waikiki Beach is probably the nicest one we've been to! Close to beach, evening entertainment, great pool facilities, hotel either new or just in excellent condition. And the mimosa at check-in was EXACTLY what I needed after over 8 hours worth of flights and driving through heavy traffic to get there!!!

The staff was superior, always a smile, and willing to go the extra mile!

We spent 3 days at the Waikiki Embassy Suites Hotel in May. The room as fantastic. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was a great breakfast with fruit, pastries, breakfast meats, rice and even omelets cooked to order. The manager's reception was also great with plentiful hors'derves and drinks. We very much enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the reception as well. We were given a CD of music at check-in which we have already played many times. I would highly recommend this hotel The staff was friendly and helpful, and we even met the hotel manager at the nightly reception. Great place for couples, families, everyone!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, quiet, and nice pool/bar area with very nice breakfast every morning with great hours for travelers to head out exploring early. It is off the beach area so no feeling of being in Hawaii or near water. The trump tower is under construction and blocks what appeared to have been a gorgeous view of the ocean. However for the amount of time we spent in the hotel that was not a negative for us. Impressive places on the beach itself if you are looking to lounge on the beach.

This hotel was in a setting that allowed all members to do as they wished while in Honolulu. We were able to shop, swim and enjoy the scenery. We would stay here again in a minute.

This hotel is great for kids. You always get a suite and can easily sleep a large family in one room. We got the room with two beds and the living room had a pull out couch. We put two kids in each bed and it worked out fine. The free breakfast and dinner hor de ouvres are great. We really only had to eat out one time per day. It is a short walk to a little nearby beach or about a ten minute walk to Waikiki beach. Not a bad walk at all and I am a bit lazy. The taxis come right into the lobby and you can ride to the beach for a couple of dollars. There are a lot of really nice restraunts nearby and great shopping. The hotel has live music each night that is really good. It is not a really fancy place but it is clean and really a money saver for large families.

while I was staying at the Embassy Suite Waikiki, I got up each morning and headed to their well rounded exercise room. After, exercising for an hour, I went back to the room and showered and dressed for breakfast. Breakfast was cooked to order, there was also fruit, and vegetable salad available, and as large a variety of drinks as anyone could wish for. My husband and son loved it! The security was very good, you needed a room key to access any floor. The manger's reception each afternoon was also a treat. The menu consisted of chips/vegetable with dips, drinks, alcohol included. this was held pool side each evening from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The view of the beach from our balcany was awsome. Family members that came to visit our room were really, us also, impressed with our view of the ocean. If I should ever visit Hawaii again I would stay in the same hotel, room etc.

Had a hospitality suite. Checked out of hotel early am before tour then was allowed access to a room to shower before getting 11 pm flight. Loved everything! Best hotel I've stayed in! Milan at concierge desk was amazing! Perfect location for enjoying downtown location. Easy walking distance to everything. enjoyed manager's reception with cocktails and live Hawaiian entertainment. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Has the most friendly staff. The breakfasts were super. Had fun at evening managers reception. Parking valets are great & very quick. Staff helped set up many events for us,Especially [...]. Hotel location is wonderful once you find your way there the first time. Only 1 block from beach.

Right off main shopping area. Close to ABC stores, Starbucks, many places to eat. Across the street from the beach and very close to the Army museum. Wonderful self serve breakfast and evening entertainment with appitizers. Clean rooms and very nice staff. Room service was fast and food was delish. Great view of Diamond Head from balcony. Pool clean and very inviting. Construction across the street but was not an issue. Valet parking was very nice and did not have to wait long for car delivery. Can't wait to visit this hotel again soon.

Wanted to spend a week in the warm weather. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, but the hotel was nice. Excellent complimentary breakfast and cocktail reception. It was just a quick little walk over to the beach. The only negative - the room could have been cleaned better during our stay. Not to say that it was dirty, but I think the cleaning service could have done a better job in the bathroom.

Clean, roomy and great breakfast that saved us a lot of money. Not right on beach and slow, small elevators. Very nice generally. Loved the clean and large rooms. The free breakfast was excellent. Located just a little off the main thoroughfare was a slight minus for us, but some might like it.

We s[emt a week at the Embassy and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff were very freindly especially the bell hops. We had a great view of the ocean. It will disappear pretty soon when Trumps building is done you wont' have the view anymore. We could see the fireworks from our balcony that the Hilton put on Friday night. We were never bothered by the construction since we were already up when they started. We had a queen size bed and was very comfortable. Free coffee every morning. The breakfast was very good. Was not to pleased of having the pigeons and the birds joining us. Close walk to the beach and Beach Walk. Found restaurants within our budget. Woul stay here again as long as I would have the veiw of the ocean.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of Waikiki. You're close to everything. The beach is a block away, there are some great restaurants and shopping at the Beachwalk, but most importantly you're near all the action in Waikiki. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our five night stay at the Embassy Suites Beachwalk was nothing short of amazing! All of the staff was very helpful, the room and hotel were immaculate and it was close to loads of shopping and restaurants! And it's only a short walk from the beach! We will definitely return!

At first the juice served to you as you are checking in is rather nice. The customer service or friendliness lacks just a bit. The valets that get your bags to your room are quite nice and I guess they make up for the check in representatives. The hotel room accommodations are very very nice and spacious wish they could have utensils and bowls in the wet bar area but as far as the room it is nice. Not much of a view from the standard point of view but the rooms are nice. The pool is always occupied with the children and families I wish there could've been an adult only pool but oh well or a time frame for children and then adults. Also and the biggy is the beach has no lounge chairs reserved for Embassy guests only. at a different location there was reserved lounge chairs for the hotel guest only so I thought Embassy could have done the same. The front reception area is always a pain to get to because you had to walk all the way around if you were in the other building. One other question asked to the concierge was why the breakfast is only served till 9:30am or 10:00am if that is the only meal served at this hotel and people sometimes party and stay out late it certainly be nice till at least 11:00am Nonetheless the hotel is in an absolutely awesome location and it was a very pleasant stay!!

Traveled w/ 3 kids. Its on one end of waikiki. Probably would have been better for us w/ a more central hotel location. Embassy Suites always offer the breakfast in the morning. Its self serve, but always nice when you're on the go and in a rush. The kids loved the pool. ABC store right across the street. Starbucks just down the street. We would love to stay there every year. The business center is basic, but good when you just need access to e-mail/internet. Denny's right across the street too. Roys and other restaurants either adjoined or close by, but pricey. Staff was nice.

Great place, Pity about the construction next door. I paid an extra $50 for a partial ocean view and was looking out thru 2 cranes from a soon-to-be taller Trump condo building next door. I was on the 10th floor so maybe the highest rooms still can look over the cranes, but that won't be for long. Having said that, everything else was great. Full breakfasts is a great way to start off, but they should let it go later instead of shutting down at 10:00 AM. Great staff and you gotta try Roy's right on the corner for great staff and delicious food.
