This was a great hotel! Very accomodating. Good location, nice manager's reception in the evening and a very nice made to order breakfast in the morning...much better than a typical continental breakfast by far! The service was good, people were friendly and the shuttle service was a blessing! The only con was the noise of the children at all hours of the night running up and down the hall. Not much of a sound barrier between door and hallway! Otherwise, great stay! would stay again for sure!

We loved the convenience of this hotel to Vanderbilt hospital. I do not live comforters on the bed. A duvet would have been much nicer. The hotel staff was so helpful. Additionally, room service for dinner was absolutely wonderful.

Hotel was accomodating, clean, and staff very friendly with good service. I have stayed there before and will do so again. Has free shuttle to downtown area. This was on New Years Eve so hotel was full and still kept up quality I expected. Breakfast included and great! Two hour free happy hour each evening included.

while traveling with a 17 month old we are always looking for a hotel that offers rooms with a little separation and a great swimming pool! we found exactly that with this hotel. the room was perfect for us to put our daughter to be without having to turn in for the night ourselves. the pool was great. most importantly the staff was wonderful. everyone i dealt with from the front desk clerk, to the cleaning crew, to the manager were nothing if not the nicest people we dealt with on our trip. definitely book this hotel on your own though. i got a much better rate and received much better service dealing directly with the hotel. i will never use the travel website to book a hotel again but the hotel was superb!

The hotel was within walking distance to the Frist Museum and other Nashville attractions on Broadway.

The valets were extremely nice and helpful. The floor by the bar was sticky during breakfast and evening happy hour. Parking should be free if you self park in deck! This hotel is a wonderful home away from home. With breakfast complimentary and a small fridge in the room to store lunch items and snacks, you can stay here.

we had a great three night stay here. hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and the complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast can't be beat. it was everything we'd expect from an embassy. the parking garage is somewhat cramped and steep, so you might be better off letting the valet park it for 4 more :) the hotel has a shuttle to anywhere within 2 miles, but when we were there it was hard to catch it in between runs. we sat for 10-15 minutes before finally calling a cab. the front desk is happy to do that for you, too. fyi: a cab to downtown nasville is about 5-6 dollars, very cheap. overall, we were very pleasant and will definitely stay there again when we return to the area.

I wish I would have been told upfront about the extra charge for parking. Also, the parking garage was inconvenient and as an unaccompanied female, I didn't feel very safe getting into the hotel from the garage. The breakfast was wonderful!

Clean and great location. Way too noisy, plumbing, etc., walls are entirely too thin, beds were not comfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The location is excellent with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. However, the rooms are a little more cramped than most Embassy Suites where I've stayed and the noise level coming from other rooms and the hallways was annoying. The walls seemed very thin. Not the best overnight experience I've had, that's certain.

We've tried several Nashville area hotels, and this Embassy Suites is the best! Great front desk service, comfortable and quiet rooms, great happy hour and breakfast--both complimentary!

I had driven for over 10 hours and the hotel was very relaxing. I didn't unpack my clothes, however, the closet was very large and accomodating.

The location was great (city) and hotel was pretty. Very noisy, even in the room with the elevator right outside. Parties everywhere and loud drunks pulling up outside every 5 minutes. There was an empty beer case by the elevator for 24 hrs. Loud partiers all night. Just when we couldn't handle anymore of the hall party traffic outside our door, we retreated to our bedroom to get some sleep. Forget about it!! Loud, obnoxious (and sometimes fighting) drunks pulling up every 5 minutes in their taxies; at least they weren't driving. Worst night of sleep ever. Hotel room was pretty though. Tip: Stay at the Embassy Suites in Franklin. Beautiful and restful while not too far from the city.

This is a first rate hotel. They give you a full fresh cooked breakfast and an evening snack. There is a charge for parking which I did not care for but it seems to be the norm for all Nashville.

Needs a pool - otherwise this hotel is very nice. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful in reccomending a place to eat, made reservations for us, and called for the taxi which arrived promptly. I have stayed here twice in 4 months - highly reccomend this hotel. Breakfast is wonderful.

Location. Room was stuffy. I really don't like hotels that charge extra for parking.

Great shuttle service, loved the valet people, great help to places to go. Location, not really close to anything. Loved the hotel, very clean , nice staff, great breakfast. The valet guys were outstanding! Loved the drinks!

"Met a group of friends from college and had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were perfect. Having the living room worked out great as we had 4 people to a room (still very comfortable). Don't expect much from the manager's reception (draft beer, poor quality wine, etc.). Just go to the hotel bar and pay for decent drinks. The breakfast was incredible!! I have stayed at many hotels in Nashville, but will stay at Embassy Suites Vandy from now on."

Loved the bed, nice and cozy. The garage is horrible to drive in. We had a group of 3 adults and 3 children. We all slept comfortably in the two room suite. The managers reception nightly is nice. Breakfast is pretty good with the normal continental breakfast and also some favorite hot foods as well as a omelet station. The in house restaurant is Omaha Steaks. The food is great.
