It is a nice hotel, ALWAYS find out what floor you are being put on , the 9th is the top and the a/c barely kept the room cooled off. We tried to cool off in the pool until a child pooped in it, the hotel staff closed the pool immediately, but when we left the following day, the water was still in it. It seemed as though they were just waiting for the people who knew about it to leave so they could dump in some chemicals and reopen it instead of draining the pool---and it was NOT just poop that could be scooped out, that kid got REALLY sick in there!!!!

The hotel was clean and nice. The furnishings were older but not worn. Very nice. Romantic. The evening reception was wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a wide Varity of choices. A great family hotel too. We will stay there again.

i prepaid and reserved over 3 weeks ahead of time. a 2 room executive suite for 2 days over the weekend. that was supposed to have a the separate shower with a garden tub and a king sized bed. im 6'2 and weigh 340 and ended up in a double bed? oh yea it was not a relaxing or good sleep at all. i even showed up a little early to check in and the manager at the front desk told me that my room wasn't ready and if i came back in a little while she would have it ready for me.and when i came back she told me she gave my room to some one else with a smile on her face.and i shouldn't worry because she could put me in a room with 2 double beds? the way she acted i think she thought it was funny and told me it wasn't her problem that online travel website would have to fix my problem.which if she's the manager i would have thought she could have done something? but i didn't.i hope all the customers don't get treated like this i used to like this hotel but i'm not sure if i will ever be back unless they could start getting my room right?.thank you for you time.

Hotel is under renovation. I might consider staying here after renovations are complete in 2009. It was overpriced compared to other hotels in the area. By far the worse Embassy Suites I've stayed in. Our room was dirty when we arrived, however, the housekeeping staff more than made up for it when it was brought to their attention. The AC did not work well in the room and it was not worked on while we were there even after we brought it to their attention. No pool, no exercise equipment due to renovation.

Our second time in this facility. I'm not handicapped, but was assigned to a handicapped room due to high occupancy. This handicapped bathroom has no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. While this is useful to a wheelchair-bound person, it was a water hazard for me. The entire floor was wet and I slipped twice -- fortunately there were handrails. Also, there was no dinette suite (table with 4 chairs) as was in my previous stay. Therefore, we were unable to sit with our guests and enjoy a card game or board game as we did on the previous stay. This was disappointing. Although we asked to change rooms, they were not able to grant our request due to the high occupancy. I will have to seriously consider before using this facility again.

The breakfast and layout. It's a little rundown and outdated looking. Our carpet was wet and phones weren't working, so we were switched to another room. They ran out of certain complimentary snacks in the evening and the breakfast seemed limited. The blankets seemed old and the place needs an updating. But otherwise it was fine.

I'm looking for a new hotel for my regular trips to Tulsa. HVAC problems - serviceman said there are several rooms that need to be repaired. I've seen three. I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Loud at night on the highway side of the building. Tough to sleep. If you stay, request side of hotel away from I-44. This is an old hotel that is hoping you won't notice or mind. The positive - convenient to I-44.

I like a suite when traveling. Front desk staff was rude. Another room type was assigned by the front desk. We did not receive the room as reserved until I went back to the front desk and insisted on it. The lady at the counter was a little rude but eventually gave us the type room that we had paid for. The furnishings were old and needed replacement. The made to order food at breakfast was good, but the rest was on par with what one might expect at a much less expensive hotel. Embassy Suites are expensive but this property was not worth the price.

I got to the Tulsa I-44 about 8:00PM. It was easy to see from the highway, a little trickier to find'; had to wind around. Didn't notice a sign on the street that pointed out the right driveway to follow to find. Staff was nice. Room was clean. No desk. Good wireless connection for a fee. Steak restaurant/bar was nice. Had the crab cake for dinner. It was tasty. Friendly, TVs on football. Nice cabernet - life was good.Exercise room was very small; treadmills and ellipticals are not much. (Reverse on the ellipticals and they shut down and you have to re-enter info.) Good Embassy Suites breakfast with omelets cooked to order, etc. Didn't have to go to the desk to check out. Used phone. TV also available. Bill summary under my door. All okay.

Good value. Over run by children. Very messy from all the kids. The hotel would have been perfect except for the fact that there were many unruly children left to run the halls unsupervised. The pool had to be closed due to too many kids in it. During the happy hour reception the lobby was trashed.

Room had broken drawers, mold on shower curtain, stains on dining chairs in room and even more so in the breakfast area downstairs. Overall very grungy feeling.Workout room had several stations out of order. Very poor quality for the price of */nt ,property needs a major renovation.

The word is out in Northeastern Oklahoma. This is the place to bring your kids and their friends on weekends to celebrate birthdays. There's screaming in the hallways all night long, empty icecream cartons lying in the hallways. Don't even think about using the pool: 1)it's crowded with screaming kids 2) there's not enough chlorine to neutralize the pee (although you can smell it clear up to the eighth floor.)Free breakfast not bad if you can fight the kids running around.Avoid this place like the plague.

It was in Tulsa. The bedspreads were dirty, the carpeting was dirty. The room just looked cheesy for the price. The layout of the suite was nice, however, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The coffee tasted burned every morning and the noise level was not acceptable for the particular rating of this hotel. I have no interest in staying at another Embassy Hotel.

Had a bed room seperate form the living room. Had a wedding in the lobby with really loud music. Good, clean hotel worked hard to help us any way they could.

"We were in town due to a death in the family--little did we know that the Tulsa Embassy Suites is the happening place for kids' slumber parties. I kid you not! The place is overrun with preteen children running everywhere--up the stairs, down the halls, screeching at all hours. The chlorine stink from the pool permeates the whole building. Wireless internet is NOT free, as it should be in this price range. Service was friendly, but largely clueless. We will give this place a wide berth."

We had a very fast check in and check out. The hotel was very busy and only had 3 elevators. All of the elevators were in the same location. Our room was very neat and comfortable. The resturant was a very nice experiance. (Very good food). The staff of the hotel were very accommodating and friendly.

"Not recommended at all! Check in was bad. I think the girl thought she was doing me a favor. The room was roomy but the condition was not good. The swimming pool was overrun with children. Overall, don't waste your money!"

All suite hotel. Nightime cocktails and a great breakfast. All of this is included in the price of the room. Elevators were slow and we just happened to stay on a weekend that there was a hotel full of children. It was a great experience. I would stay again.
