The hotel was clean, staff was acommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The friendly staff and the breakfast was great! Rooms very quiet. Kids running around playing with elevators, the room was warm & pillows awful. Hotel was a nice place. Staff was great and friendly. Our room was a King Suite and it was a nice size. I liked the fact that the bed is in the back room, so its very quiet. Rooms were clean, but the pillows were way too soft & uncomfortable. The rooms were really warm, and could not adjust thermostat because of the A/C unit they said they have, when its cold outside the A/C wont go on inside?

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I am a fan of Embassy Suites and have stayed in several other of the same chain, but this one was very disappointing. When I checked in they wanted to give me one king bed for five people. After taking care of that and finally getting to our non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. When I called the front desk, I was told that it was a non-smoking room and that I was wrong--there couldn't possibly be any smoke odor! Changing rooms was out of the question, according to the front desk. I called again and was told that if they had to, they would send housekeeping to spray the room. So we got flowered smoke odor. We bought Febreeze and that helped a bit, but everytime we re-entered the room we could smell it. The kids and I were sneezing all weekend. The one saving grace, the morning breakfasts. Hot food, attentive service and great variety of breakfast foods made this the good part of the stay. The indoor pool was hot, humid, and dirty. There were dirty towels everywhere. and we were told that it was opened until midnight, but my teenagers were thrown out at 10 PM. The staff was satisfactory, but no one went out of their way to greet us or try to make us feel welcome. When I asked a question, I felt as if I was imposing on them. I would definitely not recommend this property. In my opinion, it is not the place for work or play!

We were in a corner room on the 6th floor of this 7-floor hotel, which was nice and quiet. My parents and I shared the suite, so I appreciated the separate entrances to the bathroom (one through the living area where I slept on the pull-out couch and one in the bedroom). The hot breakfast with made-to-order omlettes was a great addition to our stay, as was the manager's reception in the evening with snacks and drinks. We had one maintenance problem -- our air conditioner filter was leaking water -- but the staff remedied the problem in just one hour, which was great. The only negative to our experience was that the beds were too soft. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were relaxing, and I loved the garden interior of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to others staying in Denver for business or pleasure.

The manager was so great. He made us feel very welcome! The price was a little high. The manager made the whole experience. I wish I would have got his name. He was the best that I have ever ran into. Two thumbs up to this man! Thank You! Thank You for making our trip that much more pleasurable!

The room was very nice had some issues with appliances but the staff addressed them immediately. The Breakfast staff was the best I've seen at an Embassy or anywhere else. prompt, courteous, freindly and kept the dining area debri free and well stocked. Thhe desk staff could take some pointers. The managers host hour should also learn from the Breakfast staff. Served in a cramped corner when the facility could easily host this out in the very nice open air area. The non alcholis drinks could be self served from the fountain dispencer leaving the bar area and bar staff free to accomodate adult libations. The mais service was above average also in they were courteous also, cheery good mornings and detail to the small things and an ovious care for your personal items. We have stayed at this Embassy after having a not so good experience at the Aurora facility. I am a silver member of Hilton Honors and after many stays at Embassies this facility is a pleasure.

Our stay at the Embassey Suites, Denver was a very positive experience. Room was clean, well organized, recently updated. The rooms were located around a very beautiful indoor courtyard gadens and restaurant. Staff were very plesant and professional. It is located directly off of I25 with easy access to malls and downtown Denver (approx. 8 miles). We will stay there again and recommend it to others.

Complimentary cocktails and piano playing. Friendly staff. Lots of children playing with elevators and unsupervised. We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed the hotel. When our boys were small, they too enjoyed the "elevator races," so can't complain too much about that. However, lots of unsupervised children running around the breakfast area and taking up whole tables when they were just a few.

When you first walk in, the lobby is really beautiful, with fountains and plants. The rooms are comfortable, and the employees are really friendly. This hotel is a good hotel for families. I would stay there again.

Loved the 2 rooms, 2 TVs, microwave & refrigerator. Definitely coming back! No ramp from the parking lot to the front door. Nicely situated between grocery stores, movies and highways. Beautiful atrium full of trees and a waterfall. Felt at home here with the staff and great breakfast selection. Absolutely will stay here on the next visit to Denver.

Suite layout was flexible and met our needs to a "t". A bit of a drive to downtown (15 min.)

Friendly staff, clean, very nice breakfast, comfortable. Older property, but well maintained. Good value for the money and close to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would stay at this location again. The staff was helpful and responsive to our requests (needed to fix our refrigerator). We were very pleased with our stay.

Convenient location, good breakfast, comfortable suite and good service. The first two rooms we checked into both smelled of old cigarette smoke, but we were finally given a room that smelled all right. This is a family oriented hotel on the weekends with a lot of children and families. Seems almost like a hotel where people hang out and have a good time. We hit a weekend with a big bronco game, so there were a lot of football fans in the hotel. The hot buffet breakfast is very popular with families. The hotel is beginning to look a little worse for the wear, but the rooms are clean and service is prompt and courteous.

The breakfasts and managers receptions were excellent values and I will certainly consider that in my next stay in Denver. The ambience and the decor were excellent and inviting to travelers to relax. The staff was courteous and professional and I thought the breakfast offerings were outstanding. The managers reception each evening is very innovative and also an outstanding value and very welcome after a day of business or a day of sightseeing. I will definitely stay there again!

I liked being able to order hot items for breakfast as opposed to picking from a buffet. Not all of the elevators were working. Our television in the family room was not working. Very friendly, clean, quiet. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the cocktails. We wanted a room that also had a separate living area with a television. The 2nd television was not working so we were not able to use this room.
