Location of hotel is great - between Everett and not a bad drive to downtown Seattle. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening reception was plentiful. Great experience and value :)

Easy registration and checkout. No breakfast room service. Great. I will go back when in Seattle. I had best halibut dinner from on site restaurant that I have had since ketchikan,1969.

May I say, both my husband and I are very disappointed with making phone accomodations. The front desk was rude and cold. We were told that the hotel was booked solid and we couldn't make additional reservations for Wednesday night. When my husband arrived, "without me" this morning at 7am. at the hote,l there were very few cars in the parking lot. So as I'm sitting home and my husband is attending a meeting, we were hoping to have a wonderful Valentines together. Thanks Embassy! You didn't make the grade!

We went to do some shopping and visit Seattle. Good location near Alderwood mall. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel was clean and well equipped. The fitness centre wasn't much. You could smell smoke in the corridors, but other than that it was great.

I booked the room for my 20 year old daughter. There was no where on the website that indicated that a 21 year old had to be on the premises at all times and when my daughter tried to check in was rudely told that she had to have an adult with her at all times. Of course the room had already been paid for or we would have cancelled at that point. WHile I have an issue about the fact that this policy was unclear the bigger issue was how incredibly rude the staff at the hotel were about this. I am a diamond with Hilton so am very familiar with their hotels and have been very loyal to the brand. This was not a typical experience with a Hilton hotel and we have stayed at this particular hotel a number of times in the past. When I had a conversation with the staff, I kept getting bumped to various people and ALL of them were amazingly rude. While the property is nice, the staff is NOT!

I like the two separate rooms with TVs in each. There was some kind of convention going on busy and hectic. I really liked the convenience of having 2 separate rooms. We were traveling with our 20 year old son and his friend so the extra privacy for sleeping and TV usage was very nice. The price was very good for having the 2 rooms, too.

The rooms are alright, nothing fancy. The bathroom could use a good scrubbing (tile everywhere and grout looked bad). The pillows we had were horrible which made for a bad night sleep. The breakfast was a good all you can eat buffet or cooked to order which is included in the room price. Good if you have kids.

This hotel is close to all amenities.. They served fresh cooked omelet in the morning and with full array of selection. Free Cocktail from 5pm - 7:30pm including snacks... I would highly reccomend and stay here again..

Complimentary happy hour and gourmet breakfasts were awesome! Great hotel, close to shopping, everything is nearby. The breakfast is great. Have already recommended it to my friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Embassy Suites in Lynwood, WA. Old saggy mattress. We had sore backs when we woke up the first morning and we requested a new mattress they didnt have one. They were booked 100% so we had to wait till the next day to get a new room. They gave us a credit for one day stay and a gift certificate for one day but only at that hotel. I live 1200 miles away and I wouldn't stay there again anyway.

My husband and I had a late flight so we requested for a late check-in. When we arrived in Embassy Suites Seattle - (North/Lynnwood, Lynnwood, Washington), the front desk officer who assisted us was very courteous and friendly. He first asked how the flight was and if we wanted a late check-out as well. NICE! It only took us 5 mins to get our key. The entire stay was fun, comfortable and light. I will highly recommend the place. And for our next visit, we will definitely stay with them again.

Cleanliness. No complaints. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. It was the cleanest hotel that I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice, safe location, close to Seattle, but far enough away for quiet relaxation.

Great location, super convenient. Nothing I did not like. This place is a fifteen minute ride from downtown Seattle, and is near any type of food you'd want to eat. The rooms are great and super quiet, even when facing the freeway. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and friendly. No dislikes. Very clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff didn't mind my kids running all over. The exercise equipment was top of the line and it was next to the pool with full glass windows so I could exercise and watch the older kids swim while exercising. The location was excellent and seemed very safe and secure.

The layout of the room and decor are unexpectedly nice. Maid did not clean so well. The rooms have been refurbished with a very tasteful decor. You can not beat the layout of the suites for a family. The breakfast is cooked to order and included. The kids loved swimming in the pool, although the temperature in the hot tub was a bit high. We are likely to look at embassy suites all the time, but for sure, this is the best one we have stayed at to date.
