The breakfast was great! It kept me from having to go out and spend money somewhere else. The worst part was that there were so many families, which meant there were tons of little kids everywhere running around, splashing in the jacuzzi.

We have now stayed at this hotel 3 times (my husband, myself and our 11 year old twins). We are relocating to the area and this last stay was almost 2 weeks. The hotel is terrific. Everyone is friendly and exceptionally helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious and the fact that all of the rooms face the atrium (no long, creepy hallways) makes me feel safe. The breakfast is included and is excellent, which makes it a very good value, especially for a family. It gets pretty busy on the weekends, but remarkably it is still quiet in the rooms. My children loved the indoor pool. We did not use room service, but we did eat twice in the hotel restaurant which was surprisingly good. Overall, every stay has been great and we plan to stay here again. I would highly recommend it.

I booked a "Good Buy" deal on Travel agency for a two bedroom suite with a king bed for two adults and a child. When I arrived the confirmation document the hotel printed out stated 2 adults only. I showed them my copy of my confirmation printout and they corrected the paperwork. They gave me a key to the suite and it had two queen beds instead of one king bed. I specifically requested a king bed. I prepaid for the hotel via Travel agency. There is no way I would have prepaid had I known my king bed was not guaranteed. The desk clerk tried to tell me that my room was based on availability. The understanding I had of the confirmation from Travel agency was that my room was "guaranteed." I tried to explain that we just drove 14 hours and my husband was very tired We didn't want to sleep in separate beds. I was initially told that the hotel was booked and that there was nothing they could do. I asked how I could get my money back as I was not getting what I thought I paid for. They did some more checking. They found me a suite with a king bed. After the inital check-in, everything else was great. My son enjoyed playing in the heated pool. The pool wasn't crowded. The breakfast that was included with the stay was good. The location is right next to the freeway. My only recommendation for the hotel is that if someone prepays for a hotel stay, make sure they get what they paid for. I would have had to pay a cancellation fee if I had cancelled. There is no penalty if the hotel does not give you what you prepaid for.

Great place to stay for a family looking to save dollars, do some shopping, and take in the sights. Close to I-5 (but not so close that it interupts your sleep), so the trip into Seattle is about 20 minutes. The hotel is well-appointed and the staff is great. Room is equipped with fridge, microwave and 2 TV's. Free breakfast allows the parents a measure of comfort knowing that even the pickiest eater is happy (7am to 10am). Free snacks and drinks for the older ste at 5pm to 7pm.The pool is NOT LARGE, but has a fun waterfall that splashes into the main pool.

Nice rooms, good location just outside big city, quality stay without the high prices. This is a viable option if you're doing business in Seattle and don't mind a 20 minute drive to the city. Great complimentary breakfast - more than you would expect, friendly staff. Beautifully decorated, gives a high end feeling without the high end price. Ive stayed twice and know there are alot of repeat customers (business travelors) because I recognized faces from previous visits.

The greeting was great. Everyone was very nice to us. The service and extras other places don't have are the best. when we needed anything extra they were more than happy to find it for us. When in Seattle the next time we will stay at The Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue. Thanks again Embassy in Seattle-Bellevue. The Skinner's

We really liked the full breakfast, pool and free parking. When staking in the Seattle area I would recommend this hotel for its closeness to the city-15 minutes. We were traveling with our 19 month old and found the combination of a pool and full breakfast plus the suite sized rooms made our stay very enjoyable.

"I have been to several Embassy Suites, so I had a certain expectation of quality. I was highly disappointed. Yes, they are currently remodeling, and the new rooms are nice. But the lobby/atrium area was dull, boring, low quality, drab, and plain. The manager's reception served low grade, cheap chips and salsa, and the breakfast wasnt much better. The whole place felt like a warehouse. What a big let down! I will not be back."

Lots of kids running around & the 2 room suites are fairly large, we didn't feel cramped and there were 4 of us. The food is decent. The kids had a great time, the hotel allows the kids to run around, so they love that! On the downside, the room ammenities are sparce, we asked for toothepaste and toothebrushes and were told we had to go to the check in desk to get them and there are no robes or slippers which is inconvenient, especially for going to the pool. Also there were no dvd players and limited tv channels. All in all, it was nice and we would definatley go back.

For the price we payed it was all that we could ask for and more. The rooms were lovely (I really enjoyed the two room setup.) Based on a couple reviews I read I was ready for mediocre service, however, in our encounters, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was quite enjoyable and overall the hotel was quite clean. My only problem was the area wasn't plowed. Regardless, had the weather been nice, our stay would have been nothing but wonderful.

I highly recommend this hotel for several reason; 1. Close to the interstate; 2. The cooked breakfast was wonderful; 3. The room accommodations and work-out room were perfect for our needs.

The rooms were extremely comfortable. Banquets were held in the plublic area - too loud. The Embassy Suites exceeded all my needs.

Embassy Suites Seattle was excellent in every way. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortabel and clean. The poll hot tub was full of suds and did not look very clean. But every other aspect of the Hotel was great. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
