Love breakfast and the evening happy hour included, and the location. Thin walls felt likeI was rooming with the neighbors! I always try to stay with the Embassy Suites because you know what you are getting. Maybe groups like guest together if the walls are going to be that thin, the kids next door crying and parents yelling was kind of a downer for me.

The complimentary full cooked to order breakfast was great. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. They were very helpful in altering their entrees to accomidate food allergies. The service was very good. Nice parking deck at no extra charge. Housekeeping request was delivered in record time. Everything in the room worked. It was very convient to the downtown activities.

Location to event attended. Upgrading rooms and smell of carpet glue. The room was very welcoming and the bed was extra comfortable with the feather topper. There were sufficient pillows to chose from. The towels were plush and large enough to wrap up in. There was a mini micro and refrigerator. The restaurant had excellent food and the service was friendly. The atrium area was always clean and the cook to order breakfast was fabulous. Appreciated the availability of a computer. Great experience!

The suite we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and roomy for three adults. We got stuck in one of the three elevators. Another one was also having problems. Embassy Suites was the perfect hotel for our business experience. The room was very comfortable and clean; room service was quick and delicious; the daily breakfast was high quality and extensive in choices; the staff was friendly and accommodating from front desk to in-house restaurant and housekeeping. We experienced it all and thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay. Has definitely become our choice for those annual business trips.

"Loved this Hotel!! The free breakfast is unbeaten anywhere!! Free happy hour not bad. Cant communicate at all with non english speaking housekeeping staff and the desk folks acted like I was bothering them when I asked any questions. Fortunately I need very little interaction with them. Location was fantastic if you need to do anything in SLC. Our room was A++. Nice little indoor pool and a ""fitness room"" with a couple of cardio machines but dont stay here if you need to work out with weights. Overall, I would definately stay here again."

Suite, extra room, layout of room and hotel, location, continental breakfast. Nothing. Great downtown location, large rooms, immediate hot water, great shower (water pressure), friendly helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast. Made a long week stay much more comfortable to have the extra room of a suite.

"I needed to ship some boxes from the hotel via UPS. I travel frequently and frequently ship boxes from the hotels where I'm staying. When I called the Front Desk to ask them where I could leave the boxes until UPS could stop by to pick them up, they refused to accept them. When I insisted they take them, they did. It shouldn't have come to that."

The staff was awesome; very friendly, helpful & understanding, even at 6:00 a.m. Walking back the 4 blocks from the Salt Palace at 10:30 pm Fri & Sat. made me a bit uncomfortable. A very refreshing stay, with the very clean facilities, warm & friendly staff, & microwaves, rig in room. I was really tempted to skip the last night of my convention & stay in room just to relax! Thanks to all.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Thinnest walls - lots of child noise. This was a lovely stay. Partially business, partially leisure. it was convenient, clean and friendly. I accidentally left a package in my room after I checked out. When I called hours later - they had found it and were holding it for me. That's rare. Thanks.

This was the worst place you could ever stay at. I checked in and saw that the bed was not done. There was cigarette ash all over the place. Rooms very stinking. I booked my hotel for 5 nights but checked out after one night. Hotel staff was not friendly at all.

Huge free breakfast, managers reception, piano player. What was not to like? Awesome. They have cooks there to cook you a great free breakfast, they have anything you can think of. They have a managers reception for two hours a night which consist of free drinks, wine, juice, pop, liquor, you name it, they got it. Add that to the water features and the piano player and you will melt into bed relaxed like a baby.

Our stay was flawless. We took our kids on a Christmas ski vacation - upon check in Embassy gave us 20% off ski rental coupons. The rental store was right out the front door. They also had a place in the lobby to store our equipment for us. The nighttime reception was wonderful as was the full hot breakfast each morning. Our room was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were happy and accomadating!!! We were able to purchase our lift tickets at the front desk at a huge discount! We we're very impressed and we will definitely be back!

Suites, evening reception and morning breakfast buffet. Pool was closed when we wanted to use it. Good location downtown, not far from airport, less than 15 minutes, free shuttle every half hour. Staff offered to print my boarding passes.

"This nice hotel is a 10-15 min walk to the convention center. The suites are great, clean rooms, microwave, sink, and coffee in room. I liked the full hot breakfast made to order. I loved the manager's reception w/ beer and popcorn, etc. Overall, great place for reasonable price."
