The hotel was great. Front desk was helpful, housekeeping was great, room service was excellent. The only negative was the noise; however, that was not the hotels fault. Several little league baseball teams where there for a tournament and the chaperones did nothing to control the kids.

Beautiful two room suite, although the mattress was kind of sagging. Nice to have breakfast and happy hour included with room fee. Located close to shopping and a beautiful lake that has full walkway to walk around. Children are occupied by the fish in the waterfall/pond in the lobby.

every thing I exspected from a five star hotel. Breckfest was great made to order,happy hour was fun to, so yea it was great.

Breakfast. Room was outdated, phone did not work in bedroom. Had to be moved due to a barking dog in adjacent room; phone did not work in bedroom, cold water faucet/knob was broken in bathroom.

MY boyfriend and I decided to have a get away weekend in one of the local hotels and we chose this one. It was great! The room are really nice and comfortable. The food was delicious and the customer service was awesome.

There was alot of kids and we were in a room that was in another building not the one in the pic. so dont think you will have that view from your room.

The location was terrific and the food was fabulous. This hotel more than met expectation. The rooms were large and clean. The first floor dining area was beautiful and the pool and spa excellent. We had room service and the meal was not only prompt but exceptional.

My husband and I used to live in Orlando and come back every few months to visit family. We always stay at this Embassy Suites - it is convenient to travel around Orlando, the service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, and if you like to walk or jog outside, you would love the walking area around the lake. We highly recommend the Embassy Suites for couples, and when we have our first child in March, we will continue to stay here. It is an extremely family friendly place, but it is also classy and quiet - unlike many of the places down by the attractions!

when i first got there after checking in i asked if i could get help with my luggage and the girl looked at me like i was stupid. another lady walked up and then they started going back and forth with whos goin to help me and whos gonna stay behind the desk. i just told both of them nevermind and grabbed the cart and did it by myself. as im trying to push this cart through the hotel every staff member was just staring at me. no one asked if they could help. the cart was 3x my size. i was running into everything. when i got to my room the bar counter had food stuck to it and covered in ants. i didnt even want to deal with the girls at the desk again so i went to store and got supplies to clean it myself.

We had stayed here on two previous occasions, obviously enjoying the facility. This time, all of the drinking glasses were badly smeared, sink counter was not clean. Housekeeping sent someone hours after my complaint... to bring fresh glasses. A Hidden camera in a room at Embassy Suites in Cincinnati area showed glasses just like those in our room--wiped down with a towel the maid had picked up after wiping the floor with it. It turned my stomach! I suspect our glasses had been cleaned in the same fashion. Can't stay at Embassy Suites any more!

You are always placed at the back of the Hotel when you order over the internet and pay in advance. I enjoy staying at this hotel very much, it's my favorite hotel when I'm in Orlando, FL. I wanted to upgrade my reservations, but I wasn't allowed to, "Bummer."

It was very clean, attractive & safe. Priced right. Room could have had better quality mattress & pillows. This was a very comfortable hotel. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that you also offered happy hour. Room service was excellent and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends. You exceeded my expectations.

Overall this is the second time we've stay there.It's a great hotel the staff are very helpful.The hotel is very clean.The two things that we had a problem with was the lighting on the outside is to bright and shines on the hotel so it takes away from the view and the palm trees need to be trimmed on a regular base.Also if they could create a smoking area away from the front door.Make a little smoking hut along the walk way to the lake or something.I know they have a patio of the bar area but, some people don't like going in there.

I loved the breakfast! It was the best! I liked everything! The first night we were put next to the elevator but when we called the front desk they moved me right away. I really appreciated how quick they were willing to fix the problem & we were put in another room in about 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful. I really liked this hotel & would recommend it to all my friends.

This hotel is fabulous. The breakfast was wonderful & plentiful. Great selection. Great atrium. This hotel is located at the lake and every night there is live music with lights under a covered structure. The boardwalk is very romantic & the hotel is located adjacent a great shopping area. Also quick access to highway

This property should be rated 5 stars as far as we are concerned! We felt like royalty, the suite was fabulous! The hot tub and pool were not crowded and very clean. It was nice to have a door on the bedroom in case of company. We had dinner on the property at the Omaha Steakhouse and it was great! My daughter's wedding is May 3rd this year and we plan on blocking rooms for our out of town guests, I am confident they will enjoy the Embassy Suite as well.

Clean. Noisy in the middle of remodel. Service staff apathetic. Clean accommodations. Noisy with actual loud air hammer drilling adjacent to room. A complaint to service staff was futile. Finally, offered lower scale room as way to escape the noise. "Otherwise you just have to live with it for 3 more hours". Service staff was not very friendly or helpful. Despite requesting and paying for a "deluxe" suite it only met moderate standards. Restaurant staff was friendly although the food was only mediocre. Generally, I hope the entire place and its employees receive a much needed renovation!
