The price was great for the great room I had. I wish I had a bathtub though. It was at a great location and plan to go there again soon. There was some noise from some that had too much to drink but otherwise I was comfortable and felt safe. This beats all the hotels i've been to. Thank you.

The proximity to the Old Market area. Parking is across the street with no walkway across the divider. The open common area is lovely with the winding coy pond and bar. Access to the Old Market area is key and a don't miss. The included breakfast is OK for a quick bite. The bathrooms are crowded for 2 people getting ready at the same time but otherwise nice rooms.

The best part of our stay here were the airport shuttle drivers. We didn't get a car this trip which was good because though parking here is listed free, it's 8$ a day. As an aside, they tac gratuity onto every room service bill no matter the total, a fact the first two waitresses neglected to mention. Guess they need to make a buck where they can. The hotel's decor is ancient. In keeping with the era, they use cleansers that gave our first room the stench of that powder you throw on vomit and our second a throat closing bleach parfume. Gack! Found various things in the room; plastic cup, bag, etc... nothing gross but enough to know the room wasn't cleaned well. The shower was fun. Clean enough to stand in, the water temperature was totally unstable and the water shut off completely 3X, during the course of one shower. Most of the staff acted completely spaced out or as if we were interrupting their lunch if we needed help. We had one very helpful person, but that was it and we were here for four days! When we called for a late check out, the snippy counter agent said, "the latest we can do is 1". Regular check out is at 12... not so late ! I told her my husband had the flu and we were checking out at 2 - period! We were in town for a family wedding and found out that other relatives who had called to book by phone decided not to go with the Embassy because they received such rude treatment over the telephone! So I guess this time the internet was a curse instead of a blessing...

A beautiful hotel. Peaceful and welcoming. Shuttle service made getting places very convenient and we never had to wait long. No need for car--so much to do within walking or shuttle distance. Great setting. Most staff very friendly and courteous (with exception of an evening/night clerk when we reported broken air conditioning--we had to go to the desk twice, and ended up changing rooms at 2:30am. The made-to-order breakfast and evening complimentary drinks were a wonderful addition. Overall, we were happy to have an opportunity to stay there.

Room was great - loved complimentary cocktails and breakfast. They automatically charged $3 to my hotel room bill even thought I did not purchase bottled water. Great old market location - fun and great cocktail hour - attractive setting and decor. Loved the bed and the beauty products in the bath.

The hotel has a great location next to the Old Market area of Omaha. Nice features include the free cocktail hour, a great cook to order breakfast, and an airport shuttle. Very nice facilities and the rooms are large with very comfortable beds. I would stay again at this hotel.

We can always count on the Embassy Suites in Omaha. The rooms are clean, quiet and the perfect size for our family of six. The staff is always willing to meet our needs by providing any extras we need, such as pillows, blankets, extra coffee and roll-away beds. The breakfast buffet is an extra special treat for us, and with the nice selection of dishes, our kids can each have their favorite foods.

Clean, convenient and consistent in service and comfortable. Nothing. Hotel is located at the start of Old Town and is convenient to good restaurants and shopping. It consistently provides clean, safe and comfortable rooms.

This is the place to stay if you want to walk to the Old Market. It is a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. It is a beautiful hotel with friendly people. Free cocktail hour in the evening and a full cook to order breakfast in the morning.

Convenient location for visiting Omaha as a tourist or for the 1st stay! Courtesy shuttle and valet staff a big plus! Hotel was very clean and quiet even though we were there for the College World Series and hotel was full.

The location could not have been better. Walking access to the Old Market. Bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here anytime I am in Omaha.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, spacious interior, full breakfasts, microwave, and refrigerator. Cleaning less than thorough; no free wireless access in room. We stayed 5 days on a leisure trip and were pleased with the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom curtains blocked out light and noise. The suite was good-sized with ample lighting. Wireless access was free in the lobby but not in the room.

Evening manager's reception and complimentary made to order breakfast make paying a little more definitely worth it. Mandatory self-parking fees. All staff was pleasant and very helpful from the bellhop to the bus boy and business office. Temperature in the room was comfortable and the suites had sufficient room to move around. Everything appeared very clean.

Ambiance, a real suite, full breakfast, view from the bedroom. Maid service was variable, room had an adjoining door. N/A

The "free cooked-to-order" breakfast was fabulous! There was NOTHING not to like! The location of the hotel is ideal--just a short, easy walk from the convention center, and just across the street fromt he Old Market area. The lobby area is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished.
