Great location due to attending high school softball championship just down the road. The hotel grounds are beautiful but the rooms are dingy. The hotel feels safe but some of the walkways are dark. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast are exceptional.

The lobby, pool area, resturant, etc were very upscale. The rooms were moderate compared to most Embassy Suites

We seriously did not know how nice Embassy Suites was. we never had the opportunity to stay. Check in was easy. The lobby decor was fantastic. The room was gorgeous. Housekeeping/runners were fast and efficient. The room had enough room for all 6 of us and nobody bumped into each other. The bathroom was good and the tennis courts were great. The only thing that I would say I wasn't real happy with was when I called in to make sure that the room was still available because we were running an hour late and on top of that it was an hour different than our home state, so it looked like we were two hours late, the operator acted a bit indifferent. Not rude, just not happy to be anywhere. We went to the restaraunt, the food was good. Not great, but good. Perhaps a little more variety on the menu. So all in all I would say that our stay on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being outstanding, it was a 4.5. Thank you so much.

Went to Phoenix for a concert. The hotel location was very convenient; relatively close to all places of interest. The suite was very comfortable and roomy. Lobby very nice and breakfast was good. The only thing I did not like were the dirty dishes we found outside by the door from the previous guess stayed there all night.

The pool area and outdoor sitting and dining areas were beautiful. The room seemed a bit out dated for the quality of the hotel in general. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. The managers nightly reception was a nice touch. The closet door in our room was off the hinges, the light fixtures above the sinkes were filthy, the ice machine closest to the room and the internet service were not working during the stay.

WE stayed at this hotel one night , the day before we flew home from Arizona. The hotel was in a great location right off highweay 17 in Pheonix. The airport was only 15 minutes away and easy to get to. I only wish we spent more time here,The rooms were very nicely decorated and spacious. Weopted for a room on the inside courtyard by the pool, The free breakfast had everything you could possibly want including an omlet station.I recommend it highly!

I was so impressed by the included breakfast and free happy hour and snacks!!! The staff was very friendly. Just the windows were thin, you could hear the people walking by. The only thing is, I have random charges on my credit card for $10. I am still trying to figure it out.

Hotel aesthetics are appealling, larger pool a plus, suite spacious. Not enough shower towels, bathroom doors stick. This hotel is easy to find, aesthetically pleasing, adult and kid friendly.

I called the hotel around 10:30 am on the day of our arrival and asked if we could check in early. They said no, we had a special room and it wouldn't be ready until anytime after 3 pm. We wasted time and had lunch and arrived at 4:50. We were told our room was not ready and it would be around 40 min. I wasn't happy with that and said so. We explained that the description of our room was "pool or courtyard view". We hadn't requested this, but this was on our printout as to what we were paying for. They stuck us way in the back with no view and explained that it doesn't matter what your reservation says, they cater to their Hilton Honors customes first! The hotel mgr told us this! My husband called the main office for Hilton and the girl was sympathetic, but they did absolutely nothing and we haven't heard from them since. Absolutely NOT Embassy Suites caliber hotel. We expected a nice afternoon lounging by the pool but instead spent the time in the room fuming-not very relaxing. The mgr did give us a bag with two bottles of water and a candy bar to "sweeten my disposition"! I've never had anyone be so rude! Never again!

Embassy Suites Phoenix was a great experience. The rooms were very clean and the pool and grounds were beautiful. The breakfast and managers reception were very enjoyable.

The grounds were delightful and would be fun for families. Hotel was overbooked, we got a conference room instead of a suite, check out was bad.

Don't be fooled by the Embassy Suites name, it's FAR below their typical standards. Our reservation was not honored, staff was useless and unbelievably rude, rooms and common areas were filthy and in disrepair, couldn't get enough towels, housekeeping was shoddy, and restaurant quality and service were poor. We literally had boogers (not ours) wiped on our bathroom wall that remained there all week. There were large brown stains on our ceilings. We were told by the manager that "just because we have a reservation through the travel website doesn't mean we're guaranteed that type of room" and to "Take our complaints to the travel agency because you paid them not us" This is clearly a very poorly managed hotel in every department. Think twice before staying here.

The hotel was great!! Very easily located from the interstate and a quick and convenient check in! I loved the fact that our room had a little fridge in it to put bottled water and fruit in it since we were staying 4 days. It was nice to be able to keep food in your own room instead of always having to pay in the hotel. Their free breakfast in the morning was amazing because they had an omelet station where you can pick your own ingredients, put them in a bowl, and they add them to your omelet. They also made french toast and pancakes at this same station!!! They had a seperate station for fresh fruit and oatmeal, another station with just scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and fried potatoes! Then they had a station for drinks, i.e. juices, milk, coffee, pop, water. This was all FREE!!! Then in the evening from 5-7 was free drinks and appetizers that ranged from soft pretzels, egg rolls, chips and salsa, popcorn, mini chimis, etc! Their pool was awesome and had a small pool for children and a hot tub. Their pool bartender was sooo much fun!! Gordon rocks! I give this hotel 11 stars!!!!!

front desk was courteous & quickly checked us in. we ate at the restaurant-waitress was very nice & food was very good. very pretty hotel & room set up very nice with 2 queen size beds, microwave & refrigerator, sofa area with tv & another tv in bedroom area..pool was huge & water seemed very well cleaned. the only problem was hot tub smelled bad. also, pool tile looked dirty- needed a bit of cleaning. complimentary breakfast was really good. it was buffet syle & also had omelettes made fresh to order. a couple of late sleepers ordered room service for breakfast. it was brought up to the room very quickly & was very good...

This was the only Embassy Suites that has been very disappointing. Not totally contained. Reminded us of a renivated apartment house. Bathrooms needed updating and cleaned! Will never stay at this one again
