I did enjoy the hotel. We visited the Zoo and the Children's Museum which we were conveniently located to. This is an average Embassy, but I'll stay again.

Enjoyed room size and happy hour and breakfast. Friendly; clean; a nice surprise. Very accomodating; no problems. Anice luxury outside look when we drove up. Beautiful fountain! Lobby is breathtaking and greeted by a young gentleman as we checked in. Quickly responded to request for extra towels and pillows. Very impressed with selections and service at happy hour and breakfast.A nice perk!

I loved the bird. We talked to her everyday. 1st room was not clean. I mostly liked this hotel. Our first room was not clean, so that sort of sticks in my mind, but they moved us to a new clean room which was very nice.

"Stayed a couple of nights and for the price, we had a higher expectation. They are undergoing renovation, and we had a newly updated room. However, the majority of the building is in need of renovation including the pool area. The fitness center is virtually nonexistant (though you can get a pass to a nearby gym). The staff seems unconcerned with your presence. The elevators run unbelievably slowly! Compared to many other Embassy hotels I have stayed at, I was dissapointed overall."

The staff was great and the hotel was refurbished and beautiful. Rooms were modern and clean with cool speedway prints--beautiful atrium. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Spacious rooms with all amenities. I put up 14 separate guests in April 2007 and they all were impressed by the room to move around of the suite concept. Convienient to I465 with good local reataurants and shops (within 1 mile )

The staff was excellent. TV didn't work, but the staff fixed it right away. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was awsome. I would definetly go back.

The hotel was over run with kids. The Front Office Manager didn't seem to know what she was doing. When I went to desk to speak to (mgr) she never once apologized or offered any solution to my concerns.

Breakfast was a disaster. Over crowded. WE went somewhere else for breakfast because the lines were so long. When we entered our suite it smelled like a an ashtry. Roomservice came and defogged it for us. We asked for another room but the hotel was completely booked. My family has stayed at many Embassy Suites throughout the US. This is the worse experience we had.

Complimentary managers happy hour. Awesome complimentary full breakfast buffet with an omelet chef. Perfect. Staff was helpful and polite. There pool was a bit small, but was well kept and clean. I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 children. We enjoyed the free drinks at the managers happy hour. The free buffet breakfast was excellent. To top it off they had an omelet chef which was also delicious. We swam in the pool and the hot-tub and had a blast. The staff was always helpful and polite.

"Alhtough the open atrium is attractive, and the glass doors to the rooms seem a nice feature, the glass does not keep out the noise and anyone sleeping on the fold out will hear everything all night long."

Seems to have been remodeled in last year, very nice and comfortable beds. Dirty glasses were left outside the room door for too long. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, well kept by housekeeping, great stay for three nights.

"Hotel was very nice. My son kept saying""I love this place"". It was nice to have a seperate bedroom and living room, both ""men"" in the family got their own t.v. The pool was a nice size. The FREE breakfast buffett was really good. We even got 15% off our meal at Max & Erma's by showing them our room key.At first my husband thought it might be a little pricey but if you figure in everything that was included, it was a real bargain. Will definitely be back!"
