We have been to this hotel before and everything was at least the same if not better. The same: friendly and helpful staff, excellent full breakfast including omelets, pancakes & french toast, and fresh fruit, and a shuttle directly to/from Disneyland. Better: the room looked renovated and was extremely clean and well furnished. The maid service was excellent and everything smelled and looked great. No previous tobacco odors! The pools are wonderful, especially the jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland, and it closes at 11:00pm! Overall, a family-friendly hotel at a reasonable price.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atrium, pond, breakfast, and manager's reception were very enjoyable. It is adjacent to a wrecking yard and was pretty noisy having a room on that side of the hotel. My family and I truly enjoyed staying at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim. The staff was extremely friendly and continuously asked how our stay was going. The breakfast is a great extra, especially with a large group. The manager's reception is also a nice touch gives people a chance to hang out around the pond, watch the fish, turtles, and converse in a relaxing environment. The entire stay was excellent.

We were referred by a friend who travels to Disneyland and always stays here. Because of the shuttle service to Disneyland at convenient times and free breakfast, you save parking and am meal- savings of $40-$60 per night is worth price of room. The staff was great, rooms terrific and roomy, rooms open up into atrium area giving a fun atmosphere for kids(you can see where they are going) and the smell of breakfast in the morning is welcoming. Hot pancakes, sausage, bacon, omelets, fruit, bagels oatmeal, juices, cereals, yogurt - good spread. Extra pillows, paper in the morning, kitchens, fast service, kitchen area, big rooms. Will stay there again. Note-remember to reserve shuttle trips with desk, ask for side of hotel on same side as desk and pool as there is a loud refinery or something on back side - they switched, no problem. Pool and spa wonderful, gym decent. Not much else around it though, an IHOP and subway across freeway. Fast check-in and out. Held luggage for us until room was ready later in day. great deal!

Have stayed in other Emabassy Suites and all good. This one was good, but terrible stale smell of cigarettes in room from prior use. Stayed there and could smell the whole time. Only bad thing other than the pull-out bed! Ouch! I chose this one because of free travel to Disney! Excellent!

I've paid more for hotels, but never had such pleasant service. Complimentary breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was delicious and of good quality. Housekeeping staff would gently inquire if we needed more towels, etc while we ate breakfast. The manager actually came to the manager's reception and kept our complimentary cocktails flowing. Koi pond was beautiful. Support staff continuously cleaned the common areas. Quality eliptical and recumbant bike. The bed and pillows were soft and inviting.....terrific experience!

The hot breakfast was really good. Over all, I really liked the hotel and would stay again. The beds were really comfortable.

Great Hotel. Entire staff was friendly and very helpful including the front desk. Made to order breakfast and manager's cocktail hour were especially great. Room was attractive, comfortable and clean. Nice extras such as daily newspaper at door, toiletries in bath and comfortable bed with nice sitting area in each room. Wonderful place to stay. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle to and from Disnewland.

I booked a quick family trip, taking our daughter and her friend to Disneyland. The hotel was immaculate as were the rooms. Very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The shuttle to and from Disneyland worked out great. The Manager's Reception actually had the Manager walking around and greeting the guests! No small drinks here, full size beers and cocktails. The breakfast was much better than the Denny's (30.00) we had on the way down. Overall, this Embassy is one of the best that we have stayed at. You can't beat the Manager's Reception and the cooked to order breakfast. We were very satisfied.

Vist Family. Had previously stayed at this hotel in the very same room, however this visit the room had a very strong and unpleasant odor. It was not a cigarette smell but something far more offensive.

Friendliness and helpfulness of all staff I encountered. Minor problem with slow elevator.

This hotel is very nice from the clean comfortable rooms, the the atrium complete with pond and carp and turtles. If you are planning a trip to Disneyland this hotel has a free shuttle. You do need to make reservations for the shuttle to ensure there will be enough room, but overall it worked very well. It is far easier than trying to drive and deal with the parking mess. The hotel is located near a few main highways that make it easy to get to many other vacation spots like the beach. There are few other businesses in the immediate vicinity, but within a five minute drive you have access to many restaurants, Grocery stores, Walmart, and a shopping mall. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The breakfast served is fantastic with omelets made to order, pancakes, waffles, french toast, hash browns, eggs fruit, pastries, juice, and more.

The Embassy Suites Anaheim North was located within 5 miles of several resturaunts and was also in a very quiet area. There was easy access to the freeway and was in the center of many places I went.

This is our second time stay in this hotel we love the idea of having free made to order breakfast. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel we will definitely come back.

The outside is nothing special and thought ut oh but once you walk in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff and the inside lobby is beautiful like the pictures showed. The two room suite is very clean and updated. The bed was comfy. When they came to change our sheets, the maid straightened up all of our stuff on the bathroom counter unto a towel and hung up our wet bathing suits. They also a offer a FULL cooked to order breakfast (omelettes, pancakes etc..), not just juice and fruit. There was all you can eat cereals, fruits, pastries, drinks. Only downside was the bacon, sausage, and potatoes sat in a warmer were not too hot but take it to your room where you have a microwave and fridge. Parking is free and we had no "surprise" charges on our bill. The shuttle was free to Disneyland. Left every hour and pick up every half hour. The indoor pool was clean and nice along with a workout room although not huge but sufficient. They also had a small arcade for kids to play video games. The ENTIRE staff was more than friendly. We were more than pleased with our stay and will definietely stay again. Could not have asked for more with the price.

The Embassy Suites Anaheim was a wonderful hotel! Loved out room was big and comfortable ! Loved the fact we had another room to go and watch tv and relax after so many long days and nights. Didnt have time to use the pool or exercise room but would have if had more time. The food at dinner and breakfast was wonderful and we ate breakfast every morning downstairs. Staff was great and friendly and always had a clean room and Had no problems with anything. There was a Restaurant bar close by and the food there was wonderful! would tell everyone to stay at this hotel, and i would again myself.

Nothing. Mold in the room, ceiling falling apart in bath room, traffic noise, blook on pillow cases, I left in the middle of the night. I couldn't breathe. Mold in the room, ceiling falling apart in bath room, traffic noise, blook on pillow cases, I had to unplug the refrigerator because it wouldn't stop running. I left in the middle of the night. I couldn't breathe. This hotel was awful! I took pictures of the mold and the ceiling. I would truly like a refund.

It is a very nice place. If you don't like kids don't stay here. There are numerous small kids. This property is very near Disneyland with a free shuttle to Disneyland. Literally hundreds of little ones. A very nice room. One problem--- it is 9.95 a day to use the Internet. Very helpful staff.

Beautiful, and very convenient for Disneyland visitors. Our room was next to a construction site and my husband could not sleep the whole night. We loved the accommodations, however, our room was next to a construction site that worked all night long, thus my husband did not sleep and we visited Disneyland the next day. We were not be able to get a good nights rest-especially since we checked in at approximately 7 p.m. and checked out hours later at 7 a.m. I have contacted the hotel manager, but have yet to receive a return phone call.

Staff friendly, breakfast wonderful, shuttle helpful, rooms were great. One shuttle driver professional but not very patient with children. I enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The Embassy Suites staff were absolutely great even with the noise the three small children made occasionally. The decor of the rooms and amenities were perfect and everything we needed. The only negative thing was the pop vending machines were empty some of the time but this was only a very minor thing.

Ambiance, location, friendliness of staff, food, mgr's reception, breakfast, spaciousness, I had a guess for breakfast, I was charged for it. Hotel is for everyone, traveler, family, business.
