Hotel was filled with Youth Hockey league members and few parents. A local resident who visited the hotel frequently told us this was not an uncommon event, but happened frequently. The children ran, jumped, and yelled along the open atrium style halls that were open to the lobby area. This occurred on our floor, the floor above and the floor below so the noise level was incredible. At one time we left our room and requested four boys to stop bouncing a ball off the exterior wall of our room. Parents/Chaperones made no attempt to control the children. The hotel had a memo posted in the elevator warning that if bag bombs, running, and missles thrown from the upper levels to the lobby continued the perpetrators would be banned from the hotel. The hotel staff did not seem to enforce the no running or climbing on the rails. This rude, inconsiderate group took over the hotel lobby and breakfast area. Using these amenities was impossible. The hotel did lock the pool and fitness area.

We stayed 2 nights. For some unknown reason the housekeeping thought we did not want our room cleaned the first night. So, we didn't have our room cleaned, we complained and received fresh towels. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were excellent. I would recommend all my freinds and family to stay there.

New construction & overall newness of everything. Heat pump cooler / heater.

The attached TGI Fridays was a great feature. Water pressure from the shower head was the worst ever. Hotel staff was great and friendly. Manager’s reception was a nice touch. Rooms are plenty big. The only issues I had were that the sheets were not changed daily (once in 5 days) and the shower head installed is obviously for water conservation but far exceeds its purpose. Water pressure in tub was fine. Water pressure from shower head horrible, almost unusable.

Excellent. Wonderful breakfast. Nothing! Clean, modern atrium hotel near the University of Delaware. Suite included two queen beds, separate sitting area with sleeper sofa, HD TV, refrigerator and microwave. Friendly, attentive staff. Full cooked breakfast included (eggs, French toast, oatmeal, etc.) Also free manager's reception in evening with drinks and snacks. Great location, excellent accommodations. The only complaint is that Internet broadband access is $10 /night.

The rooms are extemely clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was a Friday's and was not up to par with other larger Embassy Suites.

The price and the hotel was much better than I expected. We loved everything. This was a great experience. We were taking our grand daughter back to Boston and wanted a hotel with a pool. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I wish we could have spent a week there.

Great staff, complimentary reception and breakfast. Hotel was great. This hotel was perfect. Every thing was clean and the staff was friendly. At check in we were given a ticket for the managers reception that evening and for breakfast the next morning. Both were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

An enjoyable experience. Location is convenient and the complementary breakfast was beyond expectation. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was a pleasure to see.

Two separate rooms offer privacy, comfort for me and my husband. Housekeeping could be better informed and coordinated. This is my favorite hotel in the area. This was our second stay. It is by far the best hotel for my husband and I. Two separate rooms means I can sleep while he watches TV, or vice-versa while I work. The business centre has great printers, fitness centre is brand new and very nice. The only downside on both trips was housekeeping. Both times they called us when the do not disturb sign was on the door. As a writer I work odd hours and both times was awakened for questions that should have been directed to the front desk (regarding our length of stay). The only other negative is the building design - all rooms are around a large open centre space. If there are a lot of people, the noise travels up. Overall, however, the hotel is a great place to stay. We hope to be back again soon.

Clean, neat, friendly, convenient, breakfast was great. Would like a better selection of food at the evening reception. The staff was wonderful. Exercise and whirlpool were down for repair/upgrade. Room was spacious and clean.

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Very attractive layout in general. Staff gave me bad information regarding shuttle availability when I called pre-book. The hotel is beautiful! Very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing overall. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, etc. The beds are very comfortable! The big issue was the fact that my girlfriend and I stayed at this location primarily for the availability and accessibility of the comp shuttle. We were told prior to booking by a staff member at the hotel that we would have no problem having a shuttle come pick us up from our wedding reception around 11:30 or midnight. The staff member was wrong, they were lying or they were just stupid. The shuttle drops us off at the reception at around 7 or so and informs us that we will not have a ride back to the hotel unless we find it ourselves. Evidently, the shuttle actually stops around 10:30, much to our chagrin and dissatisfaction.
