Had a wonderful time in Montreal. The location is perfect just steps away from the Metro. The complementary extras like the breakfast and evening cocktails were fabulous. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great overall deal. The only downside, some construction going on in the next building and extra noise.

Breakfast & evening drinks were included. In/out parking privileges. Housekeeping. For a 3.5star hotel, its services were mediocre at best. A rather comprehensive breakfast selection for free. Free evening reception (2 drinks/guest) accompanied by light appetizers (veggies, dip, crackers, etc). Great location: close to old Montreal, Notre Dame. In and out parking privileges (most hotels I looked at didn't offer this). Front desk staff were not the most pleasant to deal with: rushed check-in even though no one else was there (no eye contact, no smiles, no small talk, etc.), not very friendly - more stern, denied requests (internet/extra blanket/cleaning room), even rude at one point. Housekeeping got back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing to see that our room was not cleaned. Went to the front desk - they asked if we were sure that it wasn't. Room wasn't cleaned until a couple hours later (10.30pm). Free internet only after several requests for the password. Restaurant a little small for hotel capacity! Garbage in the hallways were always overflowing.

Loved the free breakfast and the manager's reception. Parking was expensive. This hotel was very accommodating. They knew we were on our honeymoon so they upgraded our room and were very helpful with everything. The free hot and cold breakfast was delicious (except for the hash browns) and the manager's reception every evening was a huge bonus! Great friendly staff!

The front desk person was extremely helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was kind of a disaster. Everything was great except for the free breakfast. It was a total mob scene, we ended up leaving and giving up our tickets.

Great location, nice bathroom, well laid out room for adult and children. Would have preferred a room with three beds for one adult and two older children.

Breakfast was crowded one morning. Overall, good value and a good location.

Free internet service and great free hot breakfast. Bed was a double rather than queen or king.

Friendly staff, down duvet, quality TV, & appliances. Had trouble with Jacuzzi. Exceeded expectation, nice room, would definitely recommend. This hotel is aware of what travelers want and they deliver.

Hi-tech like Europe but with plenty of room, parking, and friendly staff. No view. The hotel was great indoors, and for a very late bite to eat. I don't know if there is a pool but I'm sure I'll check back. Located in the business section of Montreal there is very little ambience but, as people who know the city, although it looks like a mugging zone. Montreal is probably one of the safest cities on Earth, plus it’s very close to Vieux Montreal (French cuisine and charm) and Chinatown (actually more like Vietnam and Pho town).Only minutes away from McGill U, it’s a resource.

Clean, safe, and fresh. Restaurant breakfast line was too long due to logistics. Lineup blocked access to some food.

It was ultra modern, all the furniture and decor of the room was awesome.
