Date of Stay: June, 2009

The hotel is nice with a great free breakfast and happy hour. My only complaint is that when I asked for an itemized receipt for my room charges I was told that the hotel could not provide that for some reason since I prepaid through Cheap Tickets. Since this was a business trip and I need itemized receipts for all expenses I am having a problem getting reimbursed. For this reason I will not use Cheap Tickets to book hotels in the future. I have done this before with another hotel chain (Sheraton) and had no problem getting an itemized receipt.

Breakfast buffet was really nice, and complimentary evening drinks was nice. The pool was really dirty. Our room was really nice and we had plenty of room. The breakfast buffet included made to order omelets and pancakes. My mom was really impressed with the buffet. It was fairly easy to find from the freeway.

"We have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery several times over the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. The service is great, the breakfast is fantastic (not just continental, but a full breakfast ). We go for Auburn games and opposing teams often stay there."

The location was great, lots of things to do in walking distance, main trolley station very close. We ordered room service for the kids and were very disappointed. We ordered 2 kids burgers and what we got was one regular burger cut in half for each kid. I have stayed at a lot less expensive hotels and had free internet, this was a first that I had to pay for internet. Also, I didn't know until I got my check-out statement that I had been charged $5.00 per day for parking in the hotel's lot.

I attended an AEA PR&R Conference on 4/20/07. I had an enjoyable time at the hotel. Everything was just lovely. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast most of all.

The value, especially the free deluxe breakfast. Room decor was somewhat outdated. It was a great value for the money. It was an upscale hotel for a motel price.

Beautiful central lobby. Rooms are a bit old. Manager chatted with me while waiting for check in. He remembered me and chatted more the next morning after breakfast. Very good service. The hotel common areas are kept up beautifully but the rooms show the age of the hotel a bit. Very quite & comfortable.

My stay was only for 1 night when I had to be in Montgomery on business but I was very pleasantly surprised to find the excellent quality of Embassy Suites. It was my first time to stay there but will not be my last. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The size of the room was very comfortable. The hidden fees! We were charged a fee for parking. If we wanted to use the internet there was a fee for that. These are things that should be included in the hotel price. I will not book here again. These are usually free at other hotels.

"showers did not work well - bad pressure - hot water cuts off. if it rains prepare to lose TV reception. breakfast cook is a big ""NO"" manager does not respond..."

The food at the breakfast buffett and the resturants was great! the pool was a little murky the shower didn't drain very fast but it was still okay. What a wonderful stay. My husband and I had a wonderful time. If we would have stayed in the hotel all day I would have been happy. breakfast was free and lunch was great. The rooms werevery clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The staff were all freindly and smiling and just wonderful. the gift shop should sell male and female bathing suits. When we go back to Montgomery we will stay at this hotle even if it costs more next time.

We enjoyed the breakfast menu very much. We were not able to try there other menu's. If I had to choice something it would be the parking fee. Very freindly staff always available to help out. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable.

The atrium. Restaurant and room service closed too early. It was fantastic, it was aesthetically beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back.
