Great service from the time we walked in the door. Greeted with smiles and free appetizers. Once arrived in room, very clean and spotless. Pool area clean and great to see a Steam room too. Made to order breakfast was amazing. The kids loved the fact they could have fresh eggs, bacon, pancakes, donuts, and fruit. Would recommend to any traveler, business or pleasure!

Great atmosphere and nice rooms. Beds were great. Long lines for breakfast buffet. Enjoyed our stay. Rate was great. Rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was accommodating.

My husband, 12 year old son and I stayed at the Embassy Suites for 3 nights with a sole purpose of visiting the Mall of America and had a pleasant experience. We drove from Chicago to the hotel and arrived around 11pm, I called the hotel for late check in and did not have any problems. The lady at the front desk, suprisingly knew who I was and checked me in with no problems. Our room was comfortable, clean and suited our needs. My son was able to have his own bedroom sleeper sofa), and TV which allowed him his own privacy and not fight over the TV with my husband. The hotel is a minutes drive down the street to the Mall of America which was very convenient. We ordered room service and as a TIP you can order off the BAR Menu which has a differnt selection then the room service menu. Room service was quick we recieved our order within 15 minutes of placing it. Overall my experience was pleasant and I would consider staying there again.

Very good experience. Front desk staff was good. Breakfast was very good and worth quite a bit all by itself. 2 Areas to improve is internet access (no free access in rooms only in the lobby, it was 9.95 for 24 hours for room access) and elevators were not all working and hotel was very busy thus causing very long waits for the use of the elevators.

A combination business / family trip at subject location. Accomodations were top notch and the staff was accomodating and friendly. Hotel is very busy/loud, however the amenities are excellent and the breakfast is a nice touch.

Awsome, love the place. Can not think of anything, except drinks are to high priced. The is one of the best hotels you can ever stay at. Very awesome for the price level.

We were there for a weekend wedding and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Roomy suites with full breakfast, manager's evening social gathering with full bar. Free shuttles to & from airport & Mall of America. We had a great time.

My family and I stayed here for a trip to the MOA and a long weekend getaway. The hotel was great, the shuttle service was nice. Our only complaint was that the elevators were very slow and 2 out of 5 were out of service. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and the steak restaurant (Wooley's) was delicious. Overall, our stay was great and we would stay here again.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast buffet was very good, as well as Happy Hour. We would definately stay again.

Considering the price that we paid, we were sorely disappointed. We were traveling with two children and they had to sleep on a hide-a-bed that I wouldn't want a dog to have to sleep on. It was lumpy and uncomfortable and made for a very bad two nights' sleep. Our bed was too soft and the pillows offered no support what-so-ever. The one redeeming factore (still not worth the price of the hotel room) was the breakfast. The food was good and the options were plentiful. There was also a managers reception which was less than stellar for the non-drinker. They offered popcorn and pretzels for snack and two free drinks but if you don't drink, that's not all that impressive. When we checked out, it seemed as if everyone in the hotel was doing the same thing so the wait for the three working elevators (out of five that could have been running) were not enough to handle the need to transport luggage down to the lobby and to cars. The wait for the elevator was excessively long.I was not impressed at all with the quality of stay we received for the price we paid.

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites Minni airport many times and have always had a wonderful stay. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The facilities, breakfast, and manager's reception are fabulous perks. On this visit, however, I was quite dissapointed in the staff commnunication and helpfulness. The Embassy for a large education conference at a neighboring hotel. I made multiple trips to the front desk in an effort to arrange shuttle to the conference (which they wouldn't provide despite it being within their boundaries), instead having to take a taxi (which was set up by one front desk attendee the previous night and didn't show up the next morning, had to call again.) which cost $30. No apologies from them or efforts to remedy either situation. Not my best stay...

In a good location for visiting family. The hotel room temperature could not be regulated by guest.

If this hotel stay consistent with its service that we received then I think you will not be disappointed. This is very well run and nicely maintained hotel. I hate slow check ins and they had me on my way in 2 min. maybe 1.5 min. The room was a very nice 1 bedroom king bed(comfortable) suite, two TVs, fridge, MW and loads of storage. The only knock was that the bathroom was a little small and the room was noisy because of the large patio doors that faced the airport and the train tracks. Ask for a south room. Like I read in the reviews the elevators are a bit a bother, especially when the hotel is busy. Ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and use the stairs. The highlights of this hotel is the service, quality, the cook to order breakfast, the shuttle to MOA and the complimentary two hour social every night,(nice touch).

Our trip to the Mall of Americas was awesome particularly due to the services provided by the Embassy Suites with an Airport Shuttle and a Shutte to the Mall. I literally only drove my rental car 17 miles. The full breakfast buffet each morning braced you for shopping on Black Friday!!!I would highly recommend staying here and take full advantage of the shuttles to save you some money on rental cars..

From the onset of our arrival, the staff here were very friendly and always behaved in a professional manner. When we required assistance, they referred to us by our name and handled every situation promptly. The surrounding were very tasteful and the location was minutes away from many attractions and restaurants. My husband and I will stay at the Embassy Suites every time we visit Bloomington

The staff were all wonderful, great breakfast, and love the plants. Pool was small and hot tub jets did not work proper. I would recommend this hotel and we would stay again. Great family retreat. The hotel staff took care of some guests that were making noise, and we all slept very well.

This hotel is great. We loved the service, and the rooms were very large. This is an all suite hotel and even the bedroom is spacious. The only draw back is the pipes are noisy and it is close to the airport train which beeps at every intersection. It's not that bad, but if you are a light sleeper choose a hotel farther from the train route. There is a large atrium in the middle which does increase the noise factor in the hotel, but the bedrooms are in the back of the suite, so I didn't notice any noise from that during sleep. The hotel has 10 floors and they all look out over the atrium. The railing in the hallway is open to the atrium and is insufficient to keep a child from climbing on or a small child from climbing through. There is quite a large space between the railing design on the bottom and I could just see my 2 year old sliding through and falling to his death. scary! Since my kids were not with us it wasn't an issue and I did see some people with young kids, but you would have to watch them carefully in the hallway.
