very clean, friendly staff. Looked elegant with holiday decorations Cocktail hour and breakfast were very good

The atrium was beautiful! My children loved it! Local calls were not free, they coat a dollar, so we had to use our cell phones. This hotel was beautiful! My children were amazed at the atrium with a waterfall ducks and coy river. The staff was very helpful, with local dining and I had forgot my playpen and they had some we could use, we will always come back to this hotel every time we we travel to Memphis.

We had tickets for the AC/Dc concert , and booked a room at the Embassy after the show, it is a GREAT place to stay, and we will be back! We love eveything about it! They serve complimenitary drinks for a couple of hours every night and a complimenitary breakfast "made to order" every morning! They have a wonderful atmosphere , with an atrium in the middle of the down stairs section of the hotel, it has water flowing through it with a water fall, fish and ducks! Truely a wonderful stay!!!!!!!!! Would recomend to anyone! And the Staff was the nicest I've ever seen! Did not come across one rude person working there! Most comfortable bed and pillows !!!!!!!! TWO THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Embassy Suite is always the same, no matter where you stay. I have stayed in an Embassy Suites from Seattle to Atlanta. They are consistantly great. All areas are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was what was expected. The only downer for the trip was TV channel selections. No pay for view at this facility. Over all it was a relly good stay.

Clean, safe, and breakfast buffet. No in room safe. It is a great place for families to stay and the breakfast is great.

Overall a very good stay. The breakfast buffet is not as broad a selection or as good as it was a few years ago. I was disappointed to discover that I had to pay an additional $9.95 for internet access. That is something that should be included in the room price when the advertising states "wireless internet available" and does not mention an additional charge.

The Embassy Suites in Memphis was an excellent hotel. The morning breakfast was very good, and the afternoon cocktail hour was great way to relax after a long day of shopping or sight seeing. The room was very clean and any extras that we needed the housekeeping dept. gadly brought to us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Free cook to order breakfast was outstanding! The heated pool could have been a bit warmer. Great place to stay - we'll never stay anywhere else in Memphis now!

Had to call the front desk to have the maids clean the room! The feather bed on the mattress was old and feathers were coming out. The ladies cooking breakfast were rude and seem to expect tips. Not the kind of service you expect for the money you pay.

I travel a lot at least twice a month, and I must say this was the first hotel I've been to where the staff made me feel like they were family members. The breakfast hostess was so sweet I just wanted to hug her and call her auntie.... If you're looking for a place where everyone wears a smile and bend over backwards to make sure you're comfy, then this is the place for you. The rooms were very impressive, w/ ebony hardwood floors and cool red base lamps in bedroom, the painting in the rooms were cool as well, the bathroom had a fabulous granite counter top, they tell me that they may be getting plasma tvs, either way I had a great stay which was also quite comfortable, I'd definately, and have recommended this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is undergoing some remodeling which was a minor inconvenience. The room was ok, but the shower was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast lines to get special order items were were very long. We took the kids swimming after breakfast and the pool area was a mess. Empty beer bottles and garbage from the night before were still all over the place. I might understand if it was first thing in the morning, but we were at the pool after 9:00 AM. Also, there were no clean towels at the pool; it took numerous calls and a long wait to get them. And I know this is a bit picky, but many places are offering free internet access in the rooms, Embassy Suites is still charging $10.00. Overall, not my best experience at an Embassy Suites.

The hotel felt like home. The elevators were slow. The hotel was wonderful, but especially the staff that helps with the breakfast. Those omelets were wonderful. If we ever go to Memphis again - we're staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel.

This was our first stay and we were very satisfied. the arcade room has an access key only and we were secured that our son had the safety and security he needed and it gave us a satisfaction as well as we walked to see the view of this lovely hotel, but keeping our son at close watch. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and of course the restaurant was very nice. Our hotel room was what we wanted an area for us to visit as a family and the pull out bed for our son was fabulous as well as the private room for my husband and I. Over all our stay was so wonderful we are coming back again later this month. Have a nice stay...because you will.

Clean, neat rooms. Plentiful breakfast. Friendly staff. Charged for wireless internet. Beautiful facility and very clean throughout. The room was comfortable, a little smaller than I'm used to a suite being though. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered plenty to choose from and also had cooks available to make omelets and pancakes while you waited. I loved this hotel and would definitely return and refer my friends and family.

"We took a group to of 9. We stayed in two suites & we had a blast!!! The rooms were nice and the FREE breakfast was wonderful!!! They have cocktail hour and a beautiful, garden-like lobby. They were renovating however and it was a mess in some areas. But not a lot of noise or anything. And housekeeping doesn't get in a hurry for ANYTHING!"

The friendliness of the staff. I did not like being charged twice for the stay. My over all stay was very enjoyable. I was quite surprised upon arriving at six thirty to find that the room was not yet ready since check in was at three pm. Maybe in future situations some sort of compensation could be made. It would be nice if extra pillows and blankets were provided for both beds. This could prevent late night calls to housekeeping.

Beautiful atrium, pool, always predictably nice neighborhood, solid rooms. Far from the town center, currently under construction. Slightly smaller rooms than other Embassy Suites we have visited but still very nice, we have found Embassy Suites to be such a predictable hotel chain we are becoming quite loyal - just can't deal with the unknown anymore now with 2 small kids. Breakfast ROCKED! and the service was GREAT. There are a bunch of places to eat nearby too.
