Staff were extermely helpful, and friendly...enjoyed to options at breakfast, only challenge was the location was hard to find, but well worth the effort. May wish to check ahead if a large group has a booking.

The bedding and pillows were very nice. The elevators were quite busy in the morning. Very neat and clean room. The flat-screen TV's were nice. We enjoyed the lush atrium area with the water feature. Breakfast was very good.

The Embassy Suites Louisville was great place to stay! Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms very spacious and quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was nice to come in after long day of work and unwind at the Manager's Reception. A nice touch. Embassy Suites will be my first choice in future travels.

Friendly staff. No negative comments. My wife and I took a weekend get-a-way to Louisville, KY because the weather in and around Cleveland, OH was going to be cold and rainy. The Embassy Suites in Lyndon, KY did not disappoint us. All the Embassy Suites Hotels I have stayed at (approximately 7 or 8) have been very nice with the free breakfast and the manager’s reception.

Excellent service, breakfast buffet was quite good as was the Managers reception in the evening, although on Friday evening it the hor'dourves were pa. Very pleasant environment, friendly, helpful staff. Pool and spa was nice size with towel service. Managers evening reception with complimentary munchies and drinks of all kind was a very nice touch. Although on Friday night the munchies changed and was quite paltry.

Free cooked to order breakfast, manager's reception. The entrance road is not obvious. This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff. With the manager's reception, that we took advantage of, and the cooked to order free breakfast, the room rate was a bargain. We will stay there again.

Convenient location to where activities were that I would be attending. Hotel was completely booked for weekend. Had to work around Large Family reunion staying there. Nice hotel. First time in embassy suites. Liked that breakfast was included.

Lobby is spacious. Entire staff competent and friendly. They strive to please. Poor first impression as I was delayed checking in at the check in counter. Staff did apologize. I would recommend. It beat Marriott my usual hotel of choice in Louisville. Plus I won at Churchill.

Fabulous breakfast buffet. Fabric shower curtain leaked all over the bathroom floor and soaked carpet outside bathroom. We loved the suite size. The pillows were so fluffy I wanted to buy some. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping did a great job every day.

Room was great, staff helpful, and breakfast was better than at most restaurants. Room was beautiful as the lobby area. This was the best value for the money in a hotel that I have ever had. You could not ask for a nicer hotel.

Friendliness of the staff and the food were exceptionally good. Nothing This hotel was very clean and the hotel staff made extra effort to accomodate my request for a room on a lower level. I have stayed in Embassy Suites hotels before, but the breakfast at this one was very tasty, and as always, the selections available were wide ranging. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We have stayed at this Embassy before, and we just love staying here! My wife wanted biscuits for breakfast, but there were none on the bar. We were told that they would be available, but they never were. As soon as you walk in, you notice the atmosphere. It is very welcoming, as demonstrated by the staff, and comfortable. The rooms are always perfect as is the service. It is a great place to stay when in Louisville.

Very clean, love the bedroom excellent food. Loud, and staff made no effort to control running screaming children. No security guards. The hotel is nice and the service is good, but a lot of noise reverbates from the open atrium into the front room of the suites. All the doors open to the atrium. The echo is loud and annoying when in the main part of the suite. The bedroom is quiet when the door is shut, but overall more noisy than I prefer.
