The two room suite with fold out sofa bed was a life saver when traveling with our 20 year old son and 7 year old daughter. Our son got his privacy and his own TV and could stay up late without disturbing the younger and older generations he was traveling with. The indoor pool was a bonus given the rain. The restaurant was mediocre and did not offer that many vegetarian choices. Parking was outrageous. We opted to venture out into the surrounding neighborhood to park the car. Overall the room was clean and staff friendly.

Excellent condition, friendly staff and good transportation to the metro. The hotel was great and they did not ask us how many were staying in our room. Very classy place and excellent breakfast.

It was fantastic!! The hotel shuttle was there promptly to pick us up from the airport and was readily available all weekend to take us to the train station (subway). This is a great place to stay if you want to see Boston because it's just out of the city, so it's more affordable, but the free shuttle takes you to the train station where its only a few minutes to downtown Boston. The breakfast was fabulous and there were free appetizers in the evening....decent pool and hottub were also a plus!!! The staff was friendly and helpful to obviously clueless travelers! Highly recommend!

The hotel staff, for the most part, was helpful, however, don't eat dinner in the dining room. They were either very short staffed or had a staff turn-over, extremely long wait for not being all that busy. The hotel is a *.00 cab ride to major historical site/shopping area. We became savvy with the subway which helped save some money. The nearest subway station is about 1/2 mile from hotel, ask clerk for directions. They have car rental locations next to hotel but reading other reviews we chose not to drive, glad we didn't. The breakfast was good and a good variety. Try to eat early, like 8:00am to avoid the rush, not enough tables if you wait til 9:00am.

Location was quick walk to T subway - on paved trail through well-lit park and gigantic playground. Easy T ride to city center for our short visit: science museum, freedom trail, connection to cabridge.

Excellent service and suite, great location. Loved everything. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. After a long day of traveling,I was able to check right in, relax, have a nice dinner and able to use the 24 hour fitness center in the morning.I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to the Boston area.

The hotel was ok. Nothing spectacular but clean and somewhat quiet. There was no hot water in my room when I went to shower in the morning - big problem. Also - the overview fails to mention that you need to be prepared to spend $32 to park your car for one night. Their valet system could be better. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Would not make any real effort to stay there again, but it wasn't too bad overall.

the service was very good the room was kept very clean we went out for 1 hr came back and the room had been clean when we came back ,the breakfast was awsome for being complamentry our only complaint was the pool was very small only 3'1/2 feet deep and the hot tub only big enough for 6 people

Parking was a little unacctractive but the valets were top notch and the breakfast sooo goood had to leave a tip for the bus-boy(or girl). I was there on business the week of the Tall Ships wish I would have had more time, this will be the place to stay business or vacation!

Big, nice rooms, best view (skyline), fantastic breakfast included! Nothing. The hotel is just 5min walking distance of the train station from where you can get downtown within 15minutes. If you don't like walking or have your luggage an you, there is a free shuttle bus running every ten to 15minutes from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, the staff is friendly and always helpful, and the pool area is nice and clean.

The rooms here are great - good size, comfortable. When we booked our room it said it had complimentary high speed internet - then they charged us $9.95 (which we later had removed from the bill) We stayed here because it is close to the airport and we were travelling with an infant (and all his stuff!) The T (subway) is a safe five minute walk from the hotel - and that can get you everywhere in Boston. It is easier than negotiating Boston's one-way streets and paying for parking in Boston and at the hotel ($31/night). The breakfast is extensive and great. The usual manager's reception that Embassy Suites has from 5-7 pm has good appetizer snacks but they don't provide alcoholic beverages due to MA law. Don't bother eating in the restaurant at night - horrible service and the food ain't that good either.

I started my day with one delayed flight after the other and my day got worse as it progressed. When I finally arrived at Logan it was almost 10:30 pm, their shuttle came and picked me and whisked me to the hotel. I checked in and the front desk attendant was very nice and could tell that I was not having a good day - she did her best to cheer me up. The restaurant was closed (just missed it) but the front desk attendant walked with me to restaurant and they were kind enough to take my order and deliver it to my room. After a day of delays and one rude person after the next it was a treat to be treated with such hospitality. I will make this my hotel of choice from now on!

The service was very good, from the shuttle service to and from the airport, to check in and out, and in between. The service was prompt and efficient. The two room suite was very adequate with plenty of space for three of us. We did not use the kitchenette but it would be great for a longer stay than our overnight visit. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends and would use it again.

Fabulous Location Relative to town, airport, and rental cars. Front desk staff had cell phones to their ears at all times.

The location of this hotel gives you quick and easy access to Logan airport. They have a free shuttle to the airport that is very convenient. My room was very clean. Everything worked fine in the room itself. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to enjoy quiet nights & get good sleep. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful in every way. The only negative was the high price of parking. I was charged 30/night for valet parking. Unfortunately, there did not seem to be any other option for parking. Parking space is at a premium near the airport.

The staff was always cheerful and did their best to be helpful. The cleaning crew always made up the beds and kept the bathroom clean and the breakfast selection was one of the better ones that I have seen. Their customized omelets are great and everything was fresh. I particularly enjoyed the free USA today, which was left at the door every weekday. The shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver and the subway access proved helpful after we abandoned the car rental. Although I would recommend this hotel, I don't believe I would stay again at an Embassy. Nothing against the hotel, but I could have gotten most of the same amenities at cheaper and lesser rated hotels. I tried a fancy hotel because usually, I don't stay at fancy hotels. I am more of a bed/breakfast or small hotel person.

Comfy room and excellent complimentary hot breakfast. Hotel parking cost $32 per day and I was unaware until check-in. For that reason I won't return. Nice rooms, but not as nice as other Embassy Suites.Excellent breakfast.

Courtesy van drivers are Great, very easy to get a ride to and from terminal, water taxi or subway, even when reurning late for game at Fenway. Breakfast buffet is very niceStaff was very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again!

I was satisfied with the Hotel in general. The room service was excellent, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the provided breakfast was superb. But I had a rental car, and the hotel property only provided valet parking at $30 per day which I found absolutely ridiculous. No way I was going to pay $210 for parking fees for the 7 day stay. I was forced to park in the street every night and walk 1 to 2 blocks back to the hotel. Not nice.

Room was excellent; staff wasvery helpful. Price of food in restaurant. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was wonderful as well as the afternoon snacks. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool water was warm; our three grandchildren loved it. Exercise facility was great.
