Daughter and friend stayed at hotel on their day off from Camp. enjoyed the location and new property. good breakfast

Atrium & room layout. No Vitamin D milk, no towels at pool, 10 dollar internet fee per day, poor parking mostly across the street. Staff was pleasant & competent, room was great. Atrium was gorgeous, breakfast buffet outstanding except no vitamin D milk, just 2% or skim. Cocktails for a buck from 5:30-7:30pm. In house restaurant has food better than regular restaurants, best mushroom soup ever. Had to park far away or across the street. Had to pay 10 dollar per day internet fee for wireless. There were no complimentary towels left in the evening, pool is small & 5 ft at the deepest, skip swimming. Overall one of the nicest and best hotels I ever stayed in and when we do return to Hot Springs this is where we will stay again.

The hotel is beautiful, located close to everything and the breakfast can't be beat. Out only problem was a very rude lady making omlets at the breakfast who kept screaming at me to tell her what I wanted in my omlet while I was trying to tell the other cook what my child wanted with his eggs. All other staff were wonderful and the rude cook was reported to management who promised to follow up on my complaint. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. AMAZING breakfast!! Would stay here again. My ONLY complaint is that Internet access is NOT included in the room free. Otherwise, it's an awesome hotel with great service!

Stayed here the night before bringing kids to Camp Ozark. Beautiful decor--very clean, and excellent lobby staff. Breakfast was great! Would return without hesitation, but believe it is a little pricey.

Convenient to sight seeing area. The staff was underprepared for the crowd i.e. spring break. As stated, the staff was underprepared for the full hotel. The staff seemed irritated that there were so many people in the breakfast buffet line. I did run into the manager and he was very friendly and interested in our stay. The other staff members just seemed irritated.

I stay at Embassy Suites quite often and this is one of the best. Excellent facilities. Very helpful and courteous staff. The pool and spa was very nice. My only criticisms might be: (1) The Manager's Reception Friday night consisted of only tortilla chips and picante sauce, and (2) The person doing the made to order breakfasts hasn't been to "charm school" yet! Overall great place. Stay here - you'll enjoy it.

We went for fall break weekend trip. Great ammenities, service, happy hour, and awesome breakfast. New and fresh compared to the older Hot Springs hotels in need of updating.

Nice room, pretty good breakfast. Nice room and breakfast but had to park several blocks away in a very insecure area from the hotel every night because there were basketball games at the convention center and the hotel did not reserve their parking for paying guests!

We spent a weekend at this Embassy Suites. The people were exceptionally helpful, except for the kind of scary lady serving omelets. She scowled! The breakfasts were good, but greasy. The girls got pedicures at the hotel and were disappointed in the technician's skill. I went back to ask her to fix the toenails, but the spa was closed. The hotel is close to DT and easy to get to Oaklawn Park. The shuttles couldn't handle the people wanting to go to the track on Saturday so there was quite a delay. Overall, it was a great hotel and worth staying in again!

The first thing I noticed, was how friendly the staff was. Our suite was clean; plenty of fresh towels. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the selection was great. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends.

My family enjoyed having a clean, neat, spacious room. I enjoyed the spa. My husband really enjoyed the evening cocktail hour and buffet breakfast. I wish there was a much larger pool available. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it had a little bit of everything for the whole family. Besides the room being very spacious, clean and neat; my husband enjoyed the bar for cocktail hour; my child loved to swim in the pool and ride in the elevator; and I personally loved my own getaway at the spa. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family who visit or pass through Hot Springs.

I brought my family (husband, preschooler, and toddler) to this hotel while I was on business. Courteous staff, always said hello. Delicious breakfast. Considering breakfast is included in price of the room, not a bad deal for a family of 4! Clean, comfortable, & quiet. Still able to use sitting area while toddler slept undisturbed in bedroom.

Breakfast. Lots of dogs. It was great, After 4 days of saving money on breakfast; we were able to spend money in other places. The staff was super friendly and it was always a great atmosphere, whether it was the staff or the other guest.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs, and the most important reason why we did was because of this hotel. It has it all, great location, friendly staff, large rooms that are immaculate, and a free breakfast that is sure to please everyone!

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were helpful and friendly, amazing. Don't think I have one negative thing to say, this was my first time at an embassy suites, and I am duely impressed. My family and I will be staying at Embassy Hotels whenever possible in the future. Everything was great, room was excellent, breakfast was a hit, we used the indoor pool and workout room everyday (it rained our entire stay. But mostly, we were impressed with the truly friendly staff, everyone was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

The friendliness of all the staff and their willingness to help with a cheerful attitude. It refreshing and appreciated. Can't think of anything. The chlorine in the pool was maybe a little too strong. I opened the outside door for awhile because it burned my eyes. We stayed at the Embassy Suites with our son and dog while visiting family. We had a great time at the hotel and seeing the nearby sights. There was a great photo exhibit in the attached convention center, ice skating Downtown, and of course, the promenade, bathhouses and natural hot springs. A wonderful, relaxing visit. The staff was super friendly at all levels. Everyone made eye contact with us and made it a point to say good morning and ask if we needed anything. I needed a fork for some dessert we brought to our room from a restaurant, and one of the waiters attending the New Year Eve's party graciously went to get me one from the kitchen. They got a chuckle out of that. Would love to go back.

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Attentive front desk, courteous hotel associates, great manager's reception with excellent $1.00 drinks, pleasant piano bar, and best of all the rooms were extremely huge, beautiful decor and very, very clean. It was a very pleasant visit to Hot Springs and this Embassy Suites made it so much better. Thank you to all the caring and condsiderate staff. We will for sure be returing."
