With 3 children, it has always been very convenient to stay at an Embassy with Breakfast included and happy hour for me. This time, unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were not very clean, they were ice cold as the boiler for the heat had been turned off due to it being summer. But the a/c wouldn't blow anything warmer than freezing. The housekeeping staff forgot to leave everything from toilet paper to cups and coffee. And the hot tub didn't get any warmer than the pool. Also, room service, which should run until 11pm, cut early if they were slow, leaving you with no choices to eat anything as the only vending machine in the whole hotel was broken and the ATM was also. Would not recommend this hotel, although I still would stay at plenty of other Embassy Suites.

The room had no personality other than it was large. Wake up call late, and request for service not met. The hotel entry is beautiful. The hotel room was large but had no personality. It looked old, and felt damp. The AC unit linked in the room, the fridge was not cold, and there was a very large stain on the floor that gave the room a feel of being dirty. We asked room service for a air freshener, was brought water, and never saw them again! The buffet breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly.

good comfort and cleanliness of room. Matress was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the morning breakfast was not very good and had to wait too long for an elevator.

I've always loved Embassy Suites. One of my favorites in cleanliness and love the breakfast. No dislikes. Great atmosphere and the staff was very professional and helpful.

A very convenient location with a very friendly and helpful staff. Room # 720 had a few minor issues with wall paint, the thermostat cover, and the toilet. There are NOT enough elevators on a busy day !. The hotel really needs to move into the 21st century and stop trying to charge 9.95 for internet access. Most lesser hotels offer it for free and don't try to milk the guest for that last dollar.

Great food options, excellent food. Free breakfast, free drinks in the evening. Menu prices were about 50% more than a good restaurant ($30 for a steak) Nice rooms, nice furniture Jaccuzzi did not work, pool water was cloudy Front desk staff very busy and terse, they made mistakes on wake up calls. Two days in a row we got the wake up call about 2 hours earlier than requested. Could not go back to sleep and went to my meetings very tired. I am not sure how to work the alarm clock in the room, or if it even works

Beautiful courtyard. Only 2 elevators, too much time waiting for it.

Our daughter lives in Greensboro. We have stayed in many hotels in Greensboro. Once we stayed at the Embassy Suites we never went anywhere else again. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. We like the door between the sleeping/living areas. Staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is so substantial (and good) that we usually skip lunch. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location and ease if finding. Carpeting was stained in many areas throughout the facility. Much as expected, though' it appeared time to replace carpeting and furnishings. Staff helpful and gratis breakfast was plentiful.
