The location and the fact that our room was actually two separate rooms. It was a little dated.

Even though we had a problem with our reservation, the hotel staff could not have been better! They went out of their way to make up for the on-line reservation problem. Very safe, very clean. The size of the rooms were great! The kids loved the indoor pool, which was clean. Free drinks in lobby nightly (not just beer/wine, but mixed drinks as well!). Free "made to order" breakfast in the mornings. Room service was polite and efficient. We will most certainly be stayng here again! One of the best hotel experiences we've had in recent history. Thanks!

Excellent service and value. Breakfast and managers reception create a great value as well as the well as the two room suite. One of our remote controls was not working and was replaced in less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk.

This motel met our needs - great amenities and helpful staff. Nothing. We enjoyed the fact that our two room suite had a dividing door/two TVs/bar. Everything was very user friendly.

the entrance was beautiful ,the staff was great they were constantly cleaning lobby and rooms. Had a crawling infant and after a short time on the bedroom carpet his knees were black. They stay so busy just needs to clean room carpet all in all had a wonderful time and my children explored all.

I thought that the hotel staff (from front desk to housekeepers) were very well trained. They really know all about the little things that make or break a stay at a Hotel. The managers evening special and the breakfasts were first rate. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We had relatives come and visit us during our stay and they also was very impressed. I can't think of another place I will ever stay in when I visit Greenville SC. My wife and I have been traveling to Greenville for many years and have tried most of the hotels and motels but I will look no further I'm hooked on Embassy Suites. Thank you Embassy Suites!!!!

Not the best location for things to do but you can get anywhere in this town in 15 minutes. Breakfast is wonderful (and FREE) with made to order pancakes and omlettes. Lunch was just OK. The guest rooms are large and clean with great shower heads. Pretty lobby and friendly staff.

Happy hour and cooked to order breakfast! Shut off Coffee maker at exactly 10am while my wife was trying to get a cup. Great with kids,great without! Nice & quiet.

The room was a suit and a very nice one at that. Wireless internet was 10 bucks a day and the business center left some to be desired. All in all it was really nice. The lobby was beautiful and they had a bar. The rooms were very large with a sitting area and large king-size bed in a separate room. There were two desks so I had a place to do my makeup (we were there for a dress up type event so having room to get ready was really helpful). The staff was friendly, though the lack of free wireless was irksome and their business center left alto to be desired. There normal check out was 12:00 PM noon but we requested late check out for 2:00 PM which was fantastic after a long night out.

King bed suite was a plus and breakfast was wonderful. The hotel lobby was quite loud late at night. Overall the stay was good. There was a convention of some kind going on and there was a lot of activity in the lobby going on until 1:00 AM. It made sleeping difficult.

Value for money, facility, and interested in future stay. TVs old. Beautiful property and very friendly staff. I only wish I had more time to play this trip. I shall strongly consider staying here on my next trip to Greenville and bring my family with me.

Gracious, luxurious, and still family friendly! Nothing at all. This hotel has done us right for over 10 years. We've stayed at the Embassy Suites in Greenville many times before over the past 10 years. From business to pleasure, we've always found this hotel to fit the bill. The only down side is that it's not in downtown Greenville - but since we drive, that's not an issue.

The room was clean and the staff was very professional. There was confusion on the Internet connections. They said it was 5.95 and I was charged 9.95. I won't stay at Embassy in the future unless included. The Internet connection over and above the price of the room I feel is exorbitant. Embassy/ Hilton needs to eliminate the charge if they want to keep the business traveler, especially the Honors members. I also need a copy of my receipt could not get one at the hotel.

Excellent accommodations, helpful staff and excellent dining. This hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and above average amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
