The only bad experience was trying to get baggage assistent leaving in morning (total luggage-two large bags-two carryons aqnd one garment bag) We had difficulty getting in aqnd out of elevaters. Breakfast was great but prices for dining night befoe was cometely over the top. Wefound eats off property. Good selection of good dining many and within wlking distant. wonderful location near Port Everglades. everything else is more than expected.

Suites are great for us/liked additional sink outside toilet area. Breakfast should last a little longer. Hotel is lovely and clean; looked newly refurbished. Good location for travel before or after cruise out of port everglades. Suites are large and very comfortable. Transportation available for a fee by taxi, limo etc.

this was an excellent hotel to stay at the night before we cruised. the room was very clean, 2 plasma tv's in the room. hotel grounds were excellent, pool was excellent. could see our cruise ship from our balcony!free cocktail hour and made to order breakfast. would definately stay there again! restaurants within walking distance and real close to the port.

The Embassey Suite hotel in Ft. Lauderdale was clean and the grounds were beautiful. I enjoyed the home feeling of the suite. Very easy to access from the airport, only 5 minutes away.

Rooms were a decent size. When checking in the manager was quite rude and lacking in people skills.

Nice hotel. The lobby is gorgeous, staff is friendly - they were able to get us checked in early after our cruise. Free use of internet in the lobby at a little kiosk. Had to pay 9 to park. Room was big, had 1 room w/ couch, table & TV and one with beds & another TV. Fridge & microwave included. The water in Ft Lauderdale is yellow/green (2 different hotels that week). Looks really gross when you fill the tub. We drank bottled water just in case. Definitely would stay here again.

I was very dissappointed that their was not shuttle service to and from the airport. This is an Embassy Suites and I could not believe it. The hotel resturant was under construction, I think a hotel of this caliber should notify its guests before they arrive not after. I am traveling on business and need a place to work and eat without leaving the hotel, that is why I pay extra. What a dissaspointment! The good news is that this hotel is in a very safe part of Ft. Lauderale not all hotels can say that!

Large, clean, comfortable rooms; great breakfast; beautiful hotel, fantastic scenery. Liked everything. The entire hotel, staff and services were awesome.

The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make it a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel itself was also very clean. The pool area also had a koi pond, the kids thought that was great. The breakfast was wonderful, anything you could want. My 3 children can't wait to go there again!

This is a step above the typical Embassy Suites. The rooms are well designed and have large LCD TVs. The free hot breakfast is great, and snacks are offered during happy hour. There is a gorgeous pool with tropical gardens. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet. The atrium is gorgeous. It is only a few minutes to the airport and downtown. I would stay there again.
