It was in a great location and the breakfast was unbelievable!

Free happy hour. The liquor at free happy hour wasn't top notch. Nice. Free cook to order breakfast. Nice 2 hour free happy hour. Just the Damned train was loud and all day and night. Overall pretty swell and clean.

I had booked this hotel based on the amenities offered, the price, and the proximity to Sedona/Grand Canyon. It was better than we had anticipated! Upon our arrival, we were greeted very enthusiastically by the young woman working at Reception/Registration. She was extremely sweet and enthusiastic in sharing her knowledge of the area and suggesting the best way to experience it. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable..we slept very soundly. The cooked-to-order breakfast included in the price of the stay blows away the competitions' "white flour-and-sugar" continental breakfast offerings. I would definitely return to this hotel location and will look to stay at other ones during future travel adventures.

My wife and I were very impressed, the stay was better than expected. The room was very clean, and yes we left a tip every day. Breakfast was, as ordered, hot, and very good, the cook, friendly and quick. The location was good for all directions of travel. We definitely would and will come back in the near future.

There has been no updating of this hotel from some time, and it needs it. Some of the services that let me to stay again on this hotel, has been lowered in quality. The hotel has no Business Center, in an era in which it is imperative. The hotel furniture and bedding needs replacement.

Nice rooms good breakfast. Our room was overlooking the pool and it was noisy at times had to call front desk at 3am to kick people out of pool.

I was in Flagstaff on business and happened across the hotel where I stayed one very pleasant night. The staff was very helpful and cleared up a bill error that I experienced without hesitation. There was a free "Happy Hour" in the evening and and excellent hot breakfast that supersedes the standard continental breakfast with made to order omelets. The room that I received was clean, spacious and comfortable with a microwave, mini fridge, small kitchen sink area and the o so important coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again!!

We pulled into Flagstaff late. We had reserved the room the day before. We crashed because it was so late and the minute I got into the bed I could smell a woman's parfume. My husband made the same complaint. The next morning after I had showered and was picking up dirty clothes, etc., I noticed three towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I asked my husband if they were his and he said NO. Obviously they were not mine - so whose towels were they. I will never stay at an Embassy Suites again. We complained at the desk and he said he could not adjust the room rate because it was booked through Travel online.

The embassy suites may only boast three stars but like the name implies you get a suite not a room! In the morning you get a delicious made-to-order breakfast served by a chef who manages to smile despite a long, but quickly served, line of hungry customers. There's no evening dining but there is a wide selection of dining facilities within walking distance or room service. What the hotel does have for people wanting to kick back in the evening are a whirpool and/or a complimentary beverage at the bar! We took advantage of both! The friendly front desk manager made our trip by recommending a tour to the Grand Canyon. The tour was outstanding and we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel which is conventiently located downtown and just ten minutes away from the airport!

Another quests bill was on my TV and my charges were on his account not mine. Good value. I enjoyed the suite. The location was ideal for my purposes.

Stay away!!! Having stayed at many Embassy suites across the country were were extremely disappointed in our most recent stay. It was amongst the worst room we have ever had anywhere. It was so bad that I just wrote to Hilton Corp. The carpeting and furniture in our room were flithy and just plain worn out. Lightbulbs were burned out - the cold air return was so full of flith it was hanging out from the vent. The bath sink faucet spout was so close to the back edge of the sink that you could not get your hands underneath. The entertainment sink's faucet was wobbly, barely attached and falling off The table which was attached to the wall was ready to fall on someone it was so loose The living room tv was a portable model set into an old tv console that had it's tube removed - what a joke! The pool and spa were full of dirt in the evening and still the next day - yuck. I will say that the lobby and workout rooms are newly remodeled but not the rooms. The made to order breakfast was nice as well as the evening manager's reception but it does not make up for the old, worn filthy room. There were no comment cards anywhere on the premises so I made note of the problems on a piece of paper and gave it to the clerk upon departure. They offered only "I'm sorry". For $$$ a nite plus tax our expectations were much higher. We would never stay at this property again for any price.

We stayed for two nights. Upon checking in (at around 4PM), the hotel manager tells us that they have no non-smoking rooms available, based on the lame excuse that the travel agancy's requests come through as a non-smoking "request", rather than a "requirement." In other words, the manager simply has chosen to disregard non-smoking room requests from the travel agency members, so if you are a nonsmoker, beware. The days of non-smokers settling for smelly rooms is over! How nice of the manager to decide that our request for a non-stinking room isn't all that important. I can't remember the last time this has happened on any of my travels, anywhere else. Our room smelled of stale smoke, there were cigarette burns in the furniture, etc. Manager offered to move us to another room the second night, but we declined based on the fact that we were staying only two nights to begin with, and moving two teens one more time did not appeal to us. Despite declining this offer, on the second day the card keys to our room stopped working, the front desk said they had thought we were changing rooms so had cancelled them, yet our luggage was still in the room and we couldn't get to it (!?). By the time we got new keys delivered to us so we could get in our room, they had changed their story to the keys had simply de-magnetized (both at the same time, and in separate people's pockets?). The vending machines didn't work. They skipped our room in delivering a paper outside in the morning, the second day. My summary opinion is that this facility could be really nice, but isn't due to the lack of organization, upkeep, attention to important details, and disregard for customer's preferences. The breakfast is good, though.

Having stayed at various Embassy Suites across the country and being a Hilton Honors member I thought we were safe to book this location without ever having seen it. What a major disappointment. The furniture and carpeting were filthy and quite worn out. Light bulbs were burned out, years of bateria were hanging out from the cold air return, the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the back of the sink that you could only get the tips of your fingers under it, the wet bar faucet in the living area was leaning and ready to fall off, the table work surface which was attached to the wall was so wobbly you could not use it as it was hanging by it's screws. The tv was an old style console tv cabinet that had it's workings removed with a portable placed in the cavity - what a joke. The pool and hot tub were full of dirt which made them unusable. This was by far the worst room either of us has ever had. There were no comment cards in the room or the lobby. I made note of all of the defects and provided it to the desk clerk in hopes that maybe they would resolve some of the issues for the next occupant. All I received was an apology. The description of this property states it was newly remodeled and exquistely decorated. Be forewarned this only applies to the public areas like the lobby, dining area and workout room. The made to order breakfast was great and the staff friendly -

We were travelling with our two children and splurged on a two bedroom suite. It was perfect, providing everyone with space, privacy and, most importantly, an extra bathroom. Doors closed between each room and the living room in between was big enough to comfortably seat 4.The decor was elegant, plenty of pillows and nice linens. The jacuzzi was small but it was nice that it was available in November. The breakfast was cooked to order and the best of our trip!

Visited Flagstaff (first time) in early August - loved escaping the DC humidity! Our visit was greatly enhanced by our stay at Embassy Suites. Check-in was a breeze; although we were early, our two rooms were ready and were very nice. Rooms were very clean and not too worn (many ES hotels are getting a little old), everything worked OK (plumbing, TV, lights, etc.) and the public rooms were very nice. Like all visitors, loved the manager's reception and the breakfasts, and by luck there was a great Barnes & Noble across the street. Not a lot to walk to in the neighborhood, but we had a car so no problem. Checking out was easy as well, and parking was convenient (and free). Hotel is on a busy intersection so one needs to leave the parking lot with care. Housekeeping was fine, and we did not smell smoke (or anything else) around the property. Pool looked nice and was generally busy. Bartender was frlendly and efficient. Plenty of families with young children running around, which does not bother us at all, but could disturb some travelers looking for a more gentle or restful stay. All in all, a typical ES experience, which is to say, very comfortable to return to after a busy day.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The cooked to order breakfast makes it good value and the manager?s reception drinks in the evening is a nice touch. The living room of our suite was perfect for working or relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. This is an older style building but the d?cor is very interesting and the overall impression is elegant. There are not a lot of eating places within walking distance, but Granny?s Closet (Italian) was good. It has a restaurant and a sports bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Dark rooms, and were not very up-to-date. Greeted warmly by staff who insisted on making us feel welcome and comfortable. Amenities were very clean, beds and linens were excellent, and the overall experience was terrific. Breakfast was also very good.

Convenient to State and Federal Parks and had great breakfast. The rooms were slightly dated. We liked the location and price. Breakfast was great but the rooms were slightly dated.
