Location. Was not aware of parking cost. Okay, but hard to park.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We checked in on Friday night to a suite that was over 90 degrees and had non-working air conditioning. We spoke with the front desk the next day and were told that it would be fixed or our room would be moved. After 24 hours, the room just got hotter and hotter and we did not see anyone check the AC. At that time, we were told they were "sold out" and there was one room available. Our room was moved from the 16th floor to the 9th floor, which was cooler, but only had one bed, which meant our family of four had to share a bed or sleep on the floor. It was disasterous and effected the quality of our overall trip since we were traveling with children that did not sleep well. Upon returning home, we noticed that our bank account had been charged for 2 extra charges, that did not appear on the check out bill. We have placed 2 calls to the accounting department as directed by the front desk, with no resolution thus far. We would never stay at this hotel again (and probably any Embassy Suites as well) due to this experience.

We had a guaranteed prepaid reservation for the weekend of biggest football game of the year. Front desk tried to tell us we didn't have a guarantee and that the hotel was completely out of rooms. We had our printed confirmation - NO APOLOGY AT ALL.

Very nice, quiet hotel. Service was prompt and friendly. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Nice place to stay. Some stains on carpet were the only detractor.

The room was excellent. The location was perfect. The room service was prompt and tasty. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. I was booked for two days, and on the first day, with the do not disturb sign on the door, they started knocking on the door at 11:00 am and continued until they actually walked into the room without knocking at 2:00 pm. Apparently, they had on their list that the room was vacant, so they have organizational issues. Theat was not very pleasant. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

our 2 rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5pm! rooms unclean and huge stain on one rooms carpet! this was our grandaughters 7th b/day trip and was almost ruined by this hotel! huge amount of brides parties so there were parties on both sides of us!people getting sick in the carpeted hallways! avoid this hotel!!!!!!

The free made to order breakfast every morning! One of their four elevators were down for the weakened. I would most certainly come back to an embassy hotel! I was very pleased with my hotel stay!

Staff was very friendly. Not enough elevators for size of hotel. Our stay was very nice. We were on the 15th floor out of 20 and the hotel was very full. There was always a wait for the elevator and when it did come, was usually already pretty full. Additional elevators or escalators would be nice.

I was very impressed with my overall stay at the Embassy Suites Downtown Indianapolis and I would definitely stay again. My room was comfortable and spacious, the hotel is in the heart of downtown and the cocktail hours and morning breakfast are a great addition that set the Embassy Suites as a great overall hotel when in town for both business and vacation. Highly recommended.

One of the 4 elevators was broke. The others were extremely slow. Parking was expensive.

The Embassy suites was a pleasant get away for the weekend. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The parking situation is a little strange and took a few minutes to figure it out but other than that we had a really relaxing, enjoyable time. We didn't get to use the pool or fitness center because there were so many kids at the hotel that the pool was over run with them. That's my only complaint.

The lobby is very nice. Many of the drink machines were not working for breakfast. I remember the Embassy being very nice when visiting before, however, the rooms were average and the breakfast was not as good as I had remembered.

Our room was oddly configured. The beds were very comfortable, and I liked that the hotel does not automatically change your sheets every day unless you request it, for environmental reasons. We had what appeared to be a handicap-accessible room, and the bench in the shower did not look very sturdy. I did not sit on it, but if I did, I was afraid it would pull right out of the wall. Frig and microwave worked. We were only there 2 nights, and it centrally located, comfortable and clean.

I came down to INDY for the Colts game on Sunday and then a business meeting on Monday evening. The embassy was great for both events. On Sunday it was raining and the hotel is connected to the RCA dome visa a walkway so no coat was needed and I stayed dry. On Monday my meeting was at the Westin and again I was able to walk inside via the indoor walk way without a coat. Great value for the money
