The staff is so friendly and helpful, but INVISIBLE at breakfast. The first day, we had no pancakes, eggs, or meat....stood in the cook to order line for EVERYTHING. The second day there were no eggs AND NO CLEAN PLATES. It was often difficult to detect anyone except a person busing the table. It was July 4&5 , you weren't expecting any guests after 9:30 for breakfast? Then don't say it is served till 10:30. It was hard to explain to 2 small hungry children why we had to wait for plates and cutlery. Our rooms were clean and cool. Movies were overpriced, but the lounge, Starbucks, and cafe were lifesavers. The coffee served at breakfast is THE WORST! The staff is great-- helpful and the valets worked quickly and so genuinely nicely in 103 degree heat. We enjoyed the gym and the orange slices in the cold water...very nice touch!

We loved this hotel! The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. There are lots of restaurants and bars close by. We would highly recommend Pete's Dueling Piano Bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only tiny issue we had was that our in room refrigerator was very loud. We asked them to fix it while we were out for the night, but they never did. But not a big enough deal to mark them off for it. It was a great night away from our kids! The breakfast in the morning was delicious! We will be back!

The room was so peaceful and relaxing. Nice TVs with a great screensaver with relaxing music when we walked in almost didn't want to leave the room. The elements lounge made me not want to leave hotel. The service the in lounge was wonderful, especially a waiter there that made me a comp. creme brulay because they were out of regular cheesecake that was so good. I didn't catch his name but he work in the evening during the closing hours was a short younger hispanic and he was the sweetest he even explained what the dessert. I hope he gets a raise he deserves it.

We went to firt Worth to get away- we met some friends for dinner -went back to the hotel for a nitecap- it was 10p.m the bar was closed on a sunday nite- when we were told that it would still be open upon our return- we were then told that they closed it early. Monday morning I went to breakfast at 9:08 a.m.- it was to last til 9:30 a.m.- they had put away everything!!!! I mean everything!!! I was told that everybody came early- how do they know- as i was walking out there were other people going in to eat- If you go there you have to be a mind reader so that your properly informed of their schedules! Won't be going there again- that was our second visit- we went when it first opened- you can now see the wear and tear in the facility.You would think that housekeeping would inform the proper dept. if there is a repair needed in the rooms-

Modern. Upbeat. Easy. Outstanding performance by staff. Room service ended at 1100pm. Very hip for fort worth. Great staff and abundance of positive attitudes. They have plenty for you to do if you don't feel like getting out.

Everything was excellent. Service, rooms, location, dining options were great. Located across the street from Sundance Square and Bass Hall. Opened in April of 2007 in location of Clarion Hotel. Was completely remodeled into an upscale hotel. Discount all reviews for this property address prior to the Embassy opening in 4/07

there was an art festival going on downtown so most of the roads were blocked. it took an hr to find a parking place 1 mile away. then i walked with my bags and kids to the hotel to find out they had overbooked and did not have a rm ready. i reserved over 1 wk ahead. they gave us a rm at the worthington next door which was a closet with 2 beds. very disappointed.

Our room was decorated in a contemporary style and was clean, neat & nice. The room was extremely roomy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and even helped my boyfriend with his tie. The rate was very reasonable for the location, size and quality of the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it was much better than the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Ft Worth.

Location, space, staff, appearance. Pillows were too soft. For a train tourist into Fort Worth you can't beat this hotel. We caught the T Busand were at the hotel in less than ten minutes. The ride was free. We were checked in early and were amazed at the spacious rooms. So many restaurants are within walking distance. Nice wine tasting party in the afternoon. Just a royal experience.

Embassy Suites Fort Worth is a great hotel for the money. Two flat screen TV's in the room, free happy hour drinks, and free breakfast makes it well worth the money. I love Embassy Suites.

Convenient. The day valet crew was horrible, rude, and inconsiderate. This is a great hotel friendly staff, convenient location. The night valet crew was great, the crew in the morning I could have lived without. They were rude, and inconsiderate. Other than that. Oh they only offered Valet parking then charged you for it.

We love Ft. Worth and would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It's brand new and very well done. Saturday night was noisy due to the bars downtown, but we figure not all the rooms would experience that.
