It was great to have a place to go to after a long day of training. The Pool was very relaxing and the Dining was superb. I will stay there again if I am in the area.

Good location, excellent breakfast, complimentary drink in the evening. GREAT! Really, everything was good. Very nice, comfortable facility. Really great breakfast made to order. Enjoyed it very much.

Stayed in this hotel with my wife and kids. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The kids loved the pool and we had a lot of fun.

We liked the hotel. It had everything we needed. The two room suites were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had variety but do not eat the cooked breakfast food. The oatmeal, french toast, eggs were not edible. There was not enough seating for all the guests who came to eat breakfast. The front desk staff were not friendly, hospitable or helpful. They were rude! The Embassy has a wonderful facility but is poorly managed.

We were there for two nights for a family wedding. The hotel was very nice, great included full buffet breakfast and nightly reception, although we were never there at night to enjoy it. Everything was very nice - I'd definitely stay there again!

Friend staff, feel like home, outstanding breakfast & free wine & beer. Nothing. Spacious room, excellent services, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, complimentary wine and beer in the afternoon which is outstanding.

Made the trip to attend Motorstadt VI.

Wonderful room, staff attentiveness, managers reception, multiple TV's, view and overall hotel comfort. No free Internet access in hotel room. No beef or turkey breakfast meat available. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the Manager's reception also. The food was pretty good, but no beef or turkey breakfast meat available. Overall a very nice experience.

Lovely facility with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The bed was far too soft. Lovely facility - clean, bright, up to date decor and friendly staff. The room was clean and bright. However, the mattress was far too soft for my liking and was frankly and uncomfortable.

Wonderful!! Even though this was a business trip, I came home feeling completely relaxed and refreshed as if I were on a true vacation. Also, loved the complimentary hot breakfast and on site Starbucks!!!

I love the complimemtary drinks. I love everything. This hotel is very accommodating. They ask you what floor you would like to be on and exceed our needs.
Date of Stay:

Very comfortable room - great breakfast! Very nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room WE loved the view of the atrium from the middle of the hotel Beautiful gardens Shopping close by Staff were great WE would definitely visit again

Close to the melting pot restaurant! A wrestling tournament was there at the same time, very noisy.
Date of Stay:

The fact that the rooms had a living area separate from the bedroom was very nice. There was nothing that I did not like! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was great. The food at the bar was amazing. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. I felt as if I were staying in an apartment and not in a hotel. My all time favorite part was how awesome the pillows were. They are so comfortable. I had a very pleasurable experience.

The staff was friendly, public spaces are great. The room was smoking room, smell so bad.

Loved the complementary drinks. Nothing. This hotel was beautiful. I would love to stay again. Will be back for sure.

I liked that it was a suite. We had two rooms and two flat screen TVs. Great front desk personnel. Good breakfast that was included (very nice!) Bathroom was not as clean as I would like; noisy kids next door.
Date of Stay:
January, 2009
Liked that breakfast and evening drinks was included in the fee. Had a fire alarm go off at 2:30 in the morning one day and everybody had to step out in the cold weather. Overall good. Except for the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night everything else was okay.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Spacious room; polite staff; wonderful made-to-order breakfast; happy hour drinks and snacks. Lobby had cold appearance as did the stiff looking sofa in the room. This hotel was welcoming although the appearance is stark and cold. The staff was attentive to guests. The made-to-order hot breakfast was a treat. The bed was not especially comfortable although the room was clean. I had to call the desk to get the phone in the living room hooked up. It was comfortable enough for one night. I wouldn't want to spend lots of time there because of the sterile environment of the lobby. Waitress said they were just four weeks out from remodeling and that they intended to get more furniture in there to offset the very high ceiling (to the top of the hotel). I like a cozier environment.
