Great Lodging and right next to The Bass Pro Shop. Many nice restaurants nearby. Close to the GrapeVine Mills Mall. Great Anniversary Trip. Wonderful Cook-to-Order Breakfast next morning. Nice Trip.

The lobby area was extraordinary! Hotel's pool water was murky. First time hotel guests but not the last time. Look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely one of the nicest places ive ever stayed in! hotel was quiet even with a few dance squads in house. lobby was clean and spacious and not to mention gorgeous. i was a little upset that the bar staff wasnt aware of the specials that were listed on our room calendar but that issue was quickly resolved with the bar manager. very nice guy. may i also suggest visiting with the bartender whose name starts with a *. She is speedy, great to talk with and very sweet. the restaurant next door isnt too bad. the bass pro shop next door is huge!!! its nice to go and spend a few hours. i also enjoyed the grapevine mills mall, which is near to the hotel. i really enjoyed the breakfast, may i say the omlettes were Egg-celent!! the happy hour was nice as well could of used different snacks though. rooms were clean and very spacious. also had really nice flat screen tvs in them. if youre a smoker be ready to head outside and brave the weather, but its a nice little area though. Over all great experience, and will return soon. Alejandro. Rm 1011

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group for a family wedding. There is much to like about the hotel - It's clean, well appointed, has a very nice breakfast and pool. The parking area had plenty of room and was at no additional cost. So, why the low rating? A couple of things - the beds are some of the worst I've ever slept on. I like a firm matress, but these were rock hard. Other family members had the same opinion in they're rooms as well. We did not sleep well on any of the nights as a result. Next, the A/C in the room was barely adequate. Even keeping the curtains closed all the time as a card in the room recommended, the room would never really get cold, even late at night. Also, the internet access from the room fails in two ways. First, it was an extra /day for access and that's just ridiculous. If you're looking to nickle and dime a business traveler who can expense such things, I suppose it's not so bad, but for a family/vacation traveler, this just doesn't cut it. I've never paid extra for internet access in a hotel and it was not clear from the hotel information online. Also, the speed of the connection was marginal at best. If you are going to have the gall to charge a preimum for access, it had better be rock solid and fast. Finally, the doors need work. My parents had an incident with teenagers in an adjacent room running in and out every couple of minutes late at night. The mechanisms of the door are such that they make a loud metalic slam as they connect and it kept my parents awake. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed here as part of a "gift" trip to our children. The rooms and service were terrific! The complimentary breakfast and manager's reception were exceptional! All in all this place made our trip so much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the area. We had two rooms since we had teenagers with us and we always felt safe. The lobby area was very nice.

The hotel is very pretty, and more importantly, very clean. The happy hour was nice and the food served at the breakfast was quite good. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was quite close to many activities and a good value for the money.

Friendly, helpful staff ; clean and spacious room. This hotel met or exceeded our expect ions of a 3.5 or 4-star hotel. I only wish we had more time to enjoy all that the hotel had to offer.

this is one of the best hotels that me and my family have ever stayed in- and we do travel frequently. this hotel is located in grapevine texas and is very close to the old historic district- which has lots of quaint shops and small non-chain type restaurants. the hotel is also close to a very large "entertainment type" mall (grapevine mills) which has a good mixture of outlet and non-outlet stores as well as a 30 screen cinema movie theatre and a food court along with several more restaurants that surround the mall area - some are just local and others are nationally known chains. this is a good stop for rain days. one of the best deals in the mall for kids is the large game-room arcade"game works" which also acts like a restaurant/sports bar. they run a daily special that allows the kids to eat lunch and play pretty much all of the games in the facility for three hours for $14.99. this hotel is very centrally located in the north part of town and is about 15 minutes to either dallas or fort worth and only about 10 minutes to the arlington area where six flags/ the ball park & hurricane harbour the water park are all located. this hotel is very clean and they do make you feel at home-even at the time of check-out they loaded is up with several bottles of water for the trip. they breakfast is made to order and all you can eat. during the evening they have free drinks on the house with an open bar. the parking is free- another rarity today at hotels.very close to dfw airport. if going to ft. worth try risky's in the stock yards. we will definitly stay here in the future.

For the last two years, when we come to Dallas to shop, we finish the day at Grapevine Mills Mall. This hotel is just down the road from there so we don't have to drive far after we shop. The hotel staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. After shopping all day, we love to unwind in the hot tub. Afterwards, fabulous room service and comfortable beds wait for us. I usually don't sleep well away from home, but I sleep wonderfully at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and I don't hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

I spend the weekend at The Embassy Suites Dallas 2 weeks ago. The facility was beautiful, the staff was gracious and the suites was very well appointed and comfortablle. I will be returning to the Dallas area in about 6 weeks and I will definitely re-book this hotel.

We stayed here with our two Scottish Terriers; pets 25# and less are allowed. I stay at Embassy Suites whenever possible because the service and facilities are consistent. The breakfast was wonderful; the beds very comfortable. The location next to "Outdoor World" was nice, but we got there too late to visit. I delivered my car for shipment overseas and it was very convienent to the Vehicle Processing Center and DFW. If you have the option, stay here!

Excellent, updated, clean, friendly, 5++ food, witty, warm, comfortable, courteous and accommodating We had to leave. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Bathrooms spotless. Full American Breakfast is Country Club quality, we're not talking continental breakfast here. The amenities are quality; indoor pool, gym (Precor equipment), business room with computers for guest use. Very friendly staff (like they like their jobs!). My first choice for travel will be Embassy Suites.
