When we arrived we were given a king suite instead of the double beds requested. They said did you book on Orbitz? They will sell what ever you want but don't check.............! Huh?

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool was salt water and dirty. Too many kids with no adult pool. Overall, we were EXTREMELY impressed with this hotel. The front staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms had 2 rooms and bigger than I expected. Parking was free and the inside of the hotel was comfy and beautiful, (water falls and rock scenery). The morning breakfast was generous in portion and selection. The hotel was located across the street from an upscale mall. Overall, this was a great weekend splurge. We will be back.

We were not expecting much for the price but were shocked at the value. One bedroom suite with free happy hour and hot breakfast buffet. What a great value. Staff was extremely helpful and the location is right across the street from a great shopping mall. We were in town for a football game at NCState and it was only minutes away. Pefect weekend!

Room was o.k. but should have been cleaned a lot better.Dust & crumbs on tables & nightstand.Hand prints and stains everywhere.First night stay the noise was unbearable parties going on everywhere. Last night stay room wasn't cleaned until after 4:00p.m. no toilet paper in room. Would not recommend this hotel.

2 room suite was so convenient and comfortable. Felt like home. The hot breakfast cooked to order was great. The receptionist at the front desk was not very inviting initially. She seemed to have an attitude when I tried to hand her my internet receipt. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located, however, the receptionist who greeted me was not very friendly.

WOW! This hotel was fabulous, It had everything! The bed was soft, The pool felt good, the hotel was clean! Take my word and go, go, go. My sis V said it was awsome, too.

Both the service elevator and second guest elevator were inoperable for the two weeks I was there, long wait times.1 elevator for entire hotel. One washer and dryer for the whole hotel. Rennovating, temp business center in lobby, fitness center closed. Very limited cable TV lineup. Restaurant food fair. Rooms above average. Full breakfast daily. Happy hour daily.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
Very relaxing and calm. Very nice to just sit, relax, have a couple of drinks. The room was very nice. We will return

Great location with Crabtree Mall across the street. Full, cooked to order, breakfast and free happy hour. Huge rooms and beds with three sinks and two televisions. Only negative was a barbeque smell from the pizza place which pervades the room, so get yours on the Creedmor road side, away from the Marriott two doors down. Internet access is $10 per night, but there is a free plug in near the elevator.

Had a very nice feel with the plants & decor. Hot tubwas cold with dark. Overall it was a nice Hotel. I was very disappointed that the hot tub was colder than the pool. When I told the front desk it took several attempts (1 hour later) to get someone there. The breakfast was really nice!

Wonderful full breakfast & evening cocktails included. Slow elevators. Very convenient to airport, easy access to major highways, shopping and Universities. Nice location. Room was comfortable & clean. I would recommend this hotel & would definitely return.

"Wonderful hotel. Did not know that there was going to be a New Years party in the atrium, very loud, but enjoyed it anyway!"

Staff was terrific! Hotel breakfast and cocktail hour was really great! The food at the restaurant was not as good as expected. This was the best hotel that we've stayed in years! We frequently travel for business and leisure, but have not seen a hotel that really values its guests the way that this hotel does. We couldn't have been happier with this hotel. We plan to visit again and to get the best the rate! The happy hour choices were generous. The complimentary breakfast was so unbelievably good that we would never stay anywhere else. This is a great find!

The atmosphere, room, amenities. Need another elevator. Absolutely the best hotel that Ive ever stayed at. From check in to check out, big spacious rooms, clean, and the sites were spectacular, we loved it.

Everything was exactly as you said-superb! Nothing negative. Keep this hotel on your list. My first impression was the staff appeared to love what they were doing. Very clean over-all. I love the luxury of it all.

Clean hotel with very comfortable and attractive rooms. Great complimentary breakfast. Screaming/running children on floor above (Hotel staff did settle them down). This hotel was very conveniently located and the staff was very accommodating. They had a delicious full complimentary breakfast and the rooms were spacious with a crib available for my baby. We would stay here again.

The happy hour, and the cooked to order breakfast. Loved everything. Excellent.
Date of Stay:

I liked the breakfast. Furnishings, etc. needed to be updated. Room was "worn" looking. The entrance and lobby area was beautiful. Rooms were nice but as stated above, they need to be renovated to keep up with the times.
