The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, with cooked to order omelettes and the managers reception was fun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying the Columbus area. Everything from the time we arrived to the time we left was perfect. To be completely honest, we didn't want to leave as we had such a good time!

came to Columbus for a birthday party for our granddaughter. just stayed the night. a little noisy from atrium in the outer room but fine in the bedroom. bath a bit tight for two. overall very positive experience -- our second stay.

I loved that breakfast which was included in the price of the hotel, saved a lot of time. The staff was not up front about times for events and were not very personable. Overall the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The gym and pool area were well maintained. The breakfast and manager reception were greatly appreciated. The only compliant was the staff members. They need to be more personable and give correct information to those who are staying beyond the weekend.

This was a nice hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. There is noise at night from the atrium, which is not a problem if you are sleeping in the main bedroom, but may be a problem for anyone sleeping on the sofabed in the living room. The pillows were uncomfortable-- take your own if you're picky about that. The pool was really nice! Very nice atmosphere in the pool area. The workout room has very nice equipment. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Coffee could have been stronger :) Cocktail hour was nice too. Each adult gets 2 free drinks per night. The room was nice, and clean. Housekeeping could have done a better job in the hallways. There was trash out there that was there for a while and was never picked up the whole 3 days we were there.

The Embassy Suites Columbus was a very nice, modern, and well staffed hotel. The room was very comfortable and there was very little noise from the oustide. The location was close to the highway and close to the place I was doing business so it was very well placed. The food from room service was also good and the staff who delivered it was friendly. The only complaint I really had other than the check in was the gym. It was smelly, small, and poorly maintained. As I travel quite a bit this is an amenity that I use frequently, but I still despite this was able to get in a good work out on the limited number of machines available. Overall I give this hotel a 4 out of 5 rating and would recommend it and stay there in the future.

"Construction was going on in the atrium the entire time, so there is no bar or restaurant and it is quite noisy. Traffic noise from the freeway was also bad and the bed was very uncomfortable."

"Probably one of the ""older"" Embassy Suites out there. It's a little smaller, with a little less sparkle. That being said,everything was nice and clean and the staff was woonderful. Indoor pool area is nice with a hot tub and sauna. Hotel restaurant is more like a sports bar with a somewhat limited menu. Good location north of the city."

Very clean and updated. Great breakfast. Superior service. Fantastic value. I would not hesitate to return.
