It was nice and clean. Food was terrible and service at bar and restaurant were really bad. Hotel was nice but food service was really bad.

Very customer service oriented I can't. A very beautiful hotel and I didn't want for anything. Bottled water a little pricey in the rooms. I drank one and couldn't tell the difference between the tap water and bottled. I'm in the fitness business and it was nice to have a workout center. It's something I base my stay on.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the king size bed was luxurious! We took our 3 young children with us to stay at this hotel. We all enjoyed it. The kids stayed on one side and my husband and I enjoyed the king sized bed. The breakfast buffet is by far the best I have ever encountered. After breakfast we enjoyed a swim and the hot tub. It was a great get away for our family.

Very clean large rooms with great TV's. Quick self check-in with good instructions, room was well prepared, bath room was very clean witha very nice display of towels. Exercise room was well equiped pool nad hot tub very nice. Bar area and eating area also very nice, breakfast buffet was surprisingly good.

The suite was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. Nice, clean facility. Can't think of anything. Location was very good for our activities in the Dublin/Columbus area. The hotel was neat and clean and everything seemed to be well organized.

Great value, include an outstanding breakfast. Was charged $3.50 on my credit card for bottle water that I did not consume. The hotel was an outstanding value for the money; 2 LCD flat screen TVs, a hide-a-bed couch, coffee maker, fridge and comfortable beds with soft linens. I did have a negative experience that merits mentioning. I commend Embassy Suites for empowering their clerks to be able to quickly reverse this erroneous charge. However it was an aggravation none-the-less as it was an unauthorized charge to my Visa, the day after I checked out. This erroneous charge prevented my rating them with 10s across the board. That said, I would stay there again.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was awful. This hotel is in a great location and not too far from Downtown Columbus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

two bedrooms, complimentary breakfast buffett liked liked everything embassy suites is our favorite hotel. the set up is great, 2 bedrooms, 2 tv.s indoor pool, free breakfast buffet. clean and neat
