The suite was great except for the bathroom...VERY small. I found the bathroom to be a real disappointment, considering that every other aspect of the facility was so well laid out. Perhaps the bathrooms were not sanforized...! Had an outstanding view of the mountains, and the most comfortable bed I ever slept in! I must find out whose mattresses they have. It was quiet and peaceful, even though there was a swimming pool below us, and I-25 was right up the street.(We were on the back side of the hotel, so that may have given us more quiet than the guests up front had.) The "Breakfast to order" was the best I have ever encountered while travelling anywhere in the world, and the chefs were extremely polite, friendly and fast. Nice variety in their offerings, and I think anyone who eats breakfast would find something to like here. Everything is very convenient to this hotel, and I-25 is very close. Get on I-25 and you can very quickly go to most any place you want. Went to Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City (Excellent gift shops!), Pike's Peak, and took a drive all the way around Pike's Peak. Had a wonderful week! Hope to go back to this facility if I ever go back to that area.

We chose this hotel because it had the bedroom, living room area, and kitchenette. The made to order breakfast is great and saves a family money on not having to eat out. The Manager's reception with free alcohol and snacks was nice and not stingy with drinks. The workout facility is great and not many people used it. Our only complaint was the A/C it states to turn it to 65 and leave (it won't go any lower), the first night it got so hot in the room you felt like you were in a sauna, notified the front dest and we immediately had a maintenance man in the room, yes he agreed it was very warm in there but made some excuse about the a/c not blowing hard said he would come back, and never did. He stated all the rooms were the same way. We stuck it out for two nights and left. The hotel is close to everything pikes peak, the Air Force Academy, Olympic Traing Facility.

Feels very upscale, but older. People in the room next to us were smoking. The smoke came into our room around 10 pm and by 12:30 am we couldn't take it anymore and packed up. They offered another room, but we decided to go home since it was only an hour away. I can't blame them for another person smoking in a nonsmoking room.

We stayed here one evening around Easter and now every time we go to Colorado Springs we make sure to add an extra day just to spend the evening here. Very nice place!

We stayed at the Colorado Springs Embassy Suites while visiting with family. The linens on the bed were never changed, although we stayed for 11 nights. On our last day we woke up covered with bug bites! Each of us had 50-75 bites covering our bodies. We called the hotel the next day to hopefully prevent another family from the same experience. The hotel management was unresposive, and it took us MANY phone messages to get someone to speak with us about the issue. The hotel denies any bugs in the room. We have all been to the doctor since arriving home (as no one can sleep because of the intense itching) and the doctors suspect bed bug bites. They are definitely insect bites, but they cannot verify bed bugs by simply looking at the bites. This is otherwise a very nice hotel. It is unfortunate that it is not being well maintained or managed.

Indoor waterfall and dining area. Small bathroom. Very nice hotel, great staff. All rooms are suites, but the bathrooms are small. They should have taken some of that space and put in bigger bathrooms. Nice business center, little on site snack bar, very attractive stream and waterfall inside the hotel where you eat. Nice fire place to sit by as well.

My wife and I have been married 46 years. Never been to Colorado.Wanted to see some of its natural beauty. With all the choices in Colorado Springs,it took us a while to narrow down our choice. GREAT CHOICE....The ambiance,couresy of the staff,free breakfast and cocktail hour.Everything was excellent. Top it off with a great view of the mountains and proximity to attractions and we had a very good vacation.

Great experience with very few negatives. Full complimentary breakfast and evening reception was excellent.In house restuarant had excellent food at an unbelievable price. Comfortable beds with a great balcony and mountain view. Only negatives were small incompletely stocked kitchen area. Bathrooms could be larger. Parking versus entrances were a problem with a long walk to the rooms.Better T.V.channel selection would have been nice. With our daughter in the academy we have traveled to the springs many times and this experience at Embassy Suites was the overall best experience at the best value.

Breakfast staff and food a plus for travelers! Lack of hotel management/security during holiday weekend. Our stay was the weekend prior to 4th of July. Wedding reception at other end (1:00 am plus) was a little noisy, understandable. No security patrolling hallways, young children/young adults running and playing up/down stairways well after 1:00 am (with no adult supervision). Room service dishes remained in hallway half of the day. Our stay was very pleasant few days. Please remove your uncomfortable sofa sleepers and replace with a full/double bed.

Overall a good experience. Didn't like having to pay for WiFi in the room, especially when it only worked the first day. If I had known they had a computer room, I wouldn't have paid for the WiFi. Hotel is very nice and the Continental Breakfast is great, as are the evening snacks.

Hotel very noisy. Difficult to contact staff. Pool and hot tub were filthy, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Breakfast was excellent but we had to wait over an hour for it.

The atmosphere was very inviting and fun. The room was rather humid unlike the rest of the hotel. A great hotel. I've visited before and will continue to do so. The staff was very welcoming, amenities were everything I expected, and the stay was a fun and relaxing one.

The Embassy Suites was a great hotel. The room was large with a separate sleeping area. We had a fridge/microwave sink area and the hot breakfast each morning was delicious. The hotel also offered complimentary cocktails each evening as well. The upper floors had balconies to enjoy the view and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We would definitely stay at the Embassy Suites again!

The pool and breakfast were outstanding, and our room was very nice. The bathroom in the room was very small but very clean. Great hotel for business or leisure and very family friendly, but location to tourist attractions is a little far.
