They are efficient at the front desk. One concern...the check in person said that we do not qualify for Hilton Honors points if we use a third party booking company such as orbitz to make our reservations. That is a concern for us. I also was surprised to learn that the hotel was not completely non-smoking. According to the "rules" 10% or something like that of the rooms are smoking designated.

Nice sized room. T.V. was a little small. Very nice experience. We had a company function and the staff was very intensive. I stayed overnight and the room was a nice size and very clean.

Each room is a 2 room suite which allowed us to have a separate bedroom from our 1 year old. The breakfast is included in the room price and was fantastic. They offer a great variety of food and we did not have to wait for a seat even though we were a party of 6. The happy hour each night was also included in the room price and offered a great variety of drinks and snacks. The indoor pool was a bit cold, but not cold enough to keep the kids out of it. We will definitely be staying at the property on our next visit to Cincinnati.

If you like to sleep at a hotel, don't stay here. Center atrium VERY noisy and it echos in your room. Pool and atrium open til 1am and until everyone shuts up, you can't sleep. Room dirty, 10year old son found a thong in the bedroom. Kids couldn't sleep on the pull out couch b/c of lack of comfort and the NOISE! If you are just one person or a couple you can shut your bedroom door and not hear the noise. The hotel staff had a non caring attitude, and said sorry sorry sorry but you know they didn't mean it or care as nothing was done about it. I go to a hotel to sleep, the amenities are extra. The breakfast had decent food but there wasn't anywhere to sit as the one bus boy coudln't keep up. We cleaned our own table to sit down. Our children as well as other children we were with on this trip, got a rash from the pool from too little chlorine. Very dirty area. If you're a young 20 something who likes to party til all hours of the morning and keep others up, or a parent lacking in parenting skills who likes to allow their children to run amuk thru a hotel unsupervised, allowing them to be boisterously noisy and be disrespectful to other guests, then this is the hotel for you. Anyone with small children are advised to NOT stay here.

Rooms spacious, delicious breakfast, attractive attrium. Our room was clean and everything in working order, microwave, fridge, etc. The attrium was attractive we enjoyed the turtles and fish in the stream! Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!

I have stayed her on numerous occasions since my son became a student at Xavier Univ. We get the comfort of a 2 rm. suite, cooked to order breakfast & manager's reception. The staff is always pleasant & helpful. I have arrived early & been accomodated & once arrived at 3 in the morning & was warmly greeted & treated to an upgrade. While the hotel is more in a business area, it still is close to restaurants, shopping & the interstate highways. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel. Yes it can be noisy, but in the evening things quite down & I've never had a problem sleeping.

Professional and friendly staff. Breakfast buffett and cook while you wait was a real treat. We could have gotten in and out fast or sit, eat and chat with friends and family in a leasurely invironment as we did. The baseball game pitted the Reds against the Cardinals. Even with the Reds losing, the week end was very enjoyable. Our Wives enjoyed shopping at several locations.

The breakfasts were wonderful and the response was quick when we needed a clogged drain fixed. Nothing. The hotel was located near some great shopping areas and places to eat. The staff was friendly and ready to respond to your needs. The breakfasts were wonderful.

I'm very happy with the accomodations at Embassy suites. We were here to go to King's Island and visit friends in the area. It was close enough to the park to come back during the day for a break and go back later. Breakfast was a plus too! Hotel atrium was especially nice, it has a stream with fish and turtles in it. One other perk was that htere was a wedding there during our stay and we got to watch the whole thing from our 4th floor room!!! I would recommend this facility to anyone planning a trip to the area.

We had our annual family "Spring Break Weekend" at the Embassy Suites Blue Ash and, as in years past, were very pleased with the rooms, service and friendliness of the staff. Doug in the marketing department helped us reserve a small party room for our group of 25 people and it was just perfect! We swam in the afternoon in the beautiful indoor pool, then went back to the party room for games and fun after a short trip to the manager's special cocktail time. Everything was handled perfectly by the hotel management. We will return again same time next year!

the hotel is large but has a small property feel to it. the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and functional. the breakfast was great and included in the price. Nice location and a nice value.

Clean and just very nice. Pool was under our room so it was a bit noisy. Beautiful hotel. Small but nice indoor pool. Free cooked to order breakfast and early snack and drink bar at 5:30 pm made this a great value for my family. Only a few miles from Kings Island. Best of all was the 2nd shift staff that was very friendly and helpful.

Two rooms with young kids is a life saver. The air conditioner was very loud. We had a great time it met all of our needs. The room was great. The bed was very comfy. I appreciate the portable crib. The lobby was nice my kids loved all the waterfalls and turtles.

When I asked for the bed to be remade and fresh sheets only after 2 hrs arriving they had it done quickly. N/A This was our second stay at the hotel and we really enjoy the comfort and amenities they offer. The staff is nice and took care of our needs.
