I was a client at this hotel for a work conference. The ballrooms were clean and quiet and the hotel room was clean and restful...

The lobby was spectacular, the staff was friendly and our daughter enjoyed the breakfast. My was place by the ice and soda machine, I would have prefer a more central room.

It was so relaxing, so nice. The place was clean, the bed felt so great, like we were floating in clouds. You could hear through the walls a little but it wasn't bad. And heard sirens often, it isn't located in the best part of town, but it was okay.

I liked the cook to order breakfast. I did not like that we had to make the front desk get someone to bring us more towels. They told us we had to come and get them. Overall it was a good stay, besides the fact that the employees did not want to do their job and simply bring us more towels.

This was one of the most filty motels we have ever stayed in. The bathroom in particular. We were promised a king bed and were given two queens. Very very disappointed.

Beautiful. I go to Charlotte every winter for continuing education at Embassy Suites convention center. We enjoyed the stay very much. Beds were very comfortable and the atrium is fantastic. The breakfast which is included is wonderful - eggs or omelets cooked to order with fresh fruit, fresh juice. We enjoyed the stay very much and made an otherwise boring weekend something special.

The bed was wonderful! The fire alarm went off during the middle of the night and we had to stay outside in the cold for a while. Everything was wonderful at the hotel. We order our food from the restaurant and it was delivered in a timely manner. The only issue we had was the small fire on the first floor, which was contained as fast as possible. Also, the fire department was there in seconds to assure the safety of the guests and contain the fire quickly. The staff was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. Other than that episode, the rooms were wonderful, the bed was so comfortable and I hope to stay there again, this time without the small fire.

The Embassy Suite we stayed at in Charlotte was convenient for the business we needed to get to the following morning. The breakfast buffet was great. The room however was not clean. We found socks from the previous guest on the floor of the living room area. The rug was very dirty and stained. Check in was very nice and the staff at check in could not have been friendlier. Most likely would not stay there again due to cleanliness issues.

Updated rooms, clean, great breakfast. The glasses in my room were not clean. You could tell that they had been wiped down with a towel because of the lint on the glasses. Gross! Excellent hotel.

I was comfortable and at no time felt really annoyed. The line for breakfast was too long. One recommendation is indicate clearly that the line is only for those who have a special breakfast interest. Otherwise, one could proceed to the general buffet. Another recommendation is to expand the items in the general buffet,ie pancakes, grits, and, reduce the specialized items.

The atrium area was very attractive. The line for breakfast was very slow. Restaurant overpriced for quality received. Room was clean comfortable and attractive. Pay per view selection was excellent but overpriced ($15 per movie). Service was very good. Check in and checkout was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Embassy Suites is a beautiful hotel and I just loved the indoor tropical setting. The food was excellent and both the pool and fitness rooms were fantastic. Overall the staff was friendly, yet very professional. I will definitely stay at Embasy Suites again.

Atrium and the freebies. I left a diamond necklace in the room and it was not turned in. We have always loved embassy suites. It is beautiful, friendly and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour are great.

The Embassy suites Charlotte is a nice hotel, but i was a little disappointed with the room. It was very dark and the bathroom was outdated. Teh vent in the bathroom didn't work either. The pool and hottub, which was one of the reasons we booked th ehotel, were closed for 2 days which disappointed us a lot, since we didn't get any warning about that. On th eother hand the breakfast was great staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. It was very nice that they had a little business center were hotel guests could use computers and printers.

It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend the stay to all new comers/visitors. The lobby is too tight. Overkill on plants and trees. The stay was worth every dollar!

At 3pm my wife called house keeping and left them a message that we were out of toilet paper. We then left and did not return until 11pm that night to find that no toilet aper had been brought to our room! I had to go down to the front desk and stand there till the night manager could find a housekeeper to bring her a single roll of toilet paper to give to me since I was not leaving until I got my paper.

The elevators are very slow. Long wait time. This hotel was wonderful. The lobby is beautiful with lots of areas for groups to gather and socialize. The breakfast bar was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. would love to stay at this hotel again.

1) I had to change rooms due to an ineffective AC. Although the thermostat was displaying the desired temperature, the room did not adequately cool after several hours. When I asked about changing rooms, I was told there were no other rooms available. However, I insisted and magically a room was available. 2) One of the elevators was out of service. This created several minute delays, especially when I had to re-pack and move to another room. 3) I have been staying at Embassy Suites properties for at least 20 years - the quality of the food (cook to order breakfast) has to be the worst I have encountered. Although plentiful, buffet items were stale, cold and tasteless. Quantity is not important when food is the subject. 4) Another issue - at the rates charged, complimentary Internet service should be included - this particular property continues to use the ~$10 per day charge for Internet service.
