stayed twice within 2 months, sept and october excellent rooms and good breakfast

This hotel is really run down. The furniture and rugs and worn and sorely in need of replacement. There was no desk or desk chair in my suite therefore no place to work. There was plastic stretched across the atrium to catch debris and there were no plants in the planters. There also didn't seem to be much security - the door opens directly onto the elevator lobby. The staff was the only redeeming thing.

I attend my daughter wedding which i must say the food was great and the location was unbeatable, i love the water fall and the fish pond the staffs was very very friendly i would recommend this place for business or wedding etc. i travel a lot to morocco, spain, austria etc, i just return from spain which was my worst hotel stay in madrid, so this was a delight to stay here.

Free bar, free breakfast, great location. Parking was kind of expensive. It was a great hotel. The staff was very nice. The complimentary bar was excellent great for those looking to star off the evening with a few drinks. The cook to order breakfast in the morning was a life saver for those that maybe took a little to much from the free bar the night before.

Embassy is under renovation, and it is verry noisy especally at 8am, elevator's didn't work all the time, the parking fee is $18 to 24. a day, guess they are trying to make up for the free breakfast (stand in line and wait 30min.) and the nightly reception(is good)... maid service is really slow, i think they wait till your in the room so you will just ask for towels, so they won't have to clean everything !

was told that the room would be ready by 2:00, we visited the front desk 3 times before the room was finally done at 4:00, needless to say, i was preety irate at the time

Hotel staff did not tell us about the indoor & outdoor pools or the fitness facility. We discovered these amenities 3 days into our stay. However, they remember that you owe $18 or $21 to park daily. Rude curbside valet people.Take a walk around the community. Beautifil old neighborhoods, homes are from 1900's.

Great location in the Buckhead area. Having to pay $18 per day for parking my car in their parking deck.

I stayed at this property one night and had nothing but problems. First the hotel is very dated and in need of much work. Rooms have not been updated in years, furniture is old and worn. Exterior has been updated but does not represent the inside at all. Valet was very rude and actually cussed and threatened me. Manager said since she did not see it occure there was nothing she could do. Hotel had no water when I woke up the next morning and upon calling front desk was told I could come down and get a key for another room to use the restroom and shower. Asked if I could have someone bring me a key and was told NO, they were too busy and only had two employees working the desk. Horrible stay!!!

This hotel is right in the middle of it all in Buckhead. Buckhead has so much to offer in terms of night life and accessibility to in-town activities. There are fabulous restaraunts and shopping within walking distance. However, Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza are fighting off the "thug cruisers" in the area. The managers reception in the evening really brings out the happy hour bunch. I was equally pleased with the food from room service. Affordable and good. My only disappointments were, no fan in the bathroom and having to pay for Wi-Fi. With so many free sites available out, you may be better served to take your laptop out for coffee.

Only two or three floors of this hotel have been refreshed. We had a room on the 6th floor and it had NOT been renovated. They are not being completely honest about their renovation!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was too busy and unprepared, room too close to elevator. In the general sense, the hotel was nice and clean. We were too close to the elevator and there were kids who were noisy until very late in the evening. Breakfast was extremely busy and the kitchen area was unclean due to the rapid cooking and not time to clean.

I got a suite at this hotel for my birthday and I had a really great time. I enjoyed that Manager's Reception in which they offer complimentary cocktails. I was able to mingle and meet new people during this activity. The hotel itself is beautiful and the suite was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel; beautiful room with office and nice bathroom. Chef prepared breakfast included; complimentary cocktails at 5:00. Only negative was the parking garage; 18 dollars a day to park in a stinking (smelled like vomit)lot in the basement.

the room was spacious, meals good. The nightly ""reception"" for free alcohol seems to serve all staff and family.

This hotel was underconstruction. Price was way to high just to spend the night. Breakfast was okay but line was long and there were limited seating. Servers were slow. No bars or decent restaurants close, there is however a Ruth's Chris in the hotel but it closes at 10pm durning the week.

It was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was over chlorinated. Hot tub didn't work. All in all this was a positive experience. The pool was really chlorinated and the hot tub didn't really work. But otherwise it was perfect.

The entire experience was excellent. The staff was very nice and the room was exceptional. This is my hotel from this point on when I visit Atlanta. Thanks a Mil !!!

This was a fun trip, just relaxing and shopping. This Embassy Suites made the trip much more enjoyable. It was clean, had a friendly staff and the suite was large enough to accommodate a group of friends traveling together.
