I thought that the decor of the hotel made it feel five star. The room was large and roomy. Getting into the room was difficult as the door was wedged and it took all my body strength to push the door open. I had to put down everything in my hands and push as hard as I could do open up the room door. We had to get a third room key, as we thought something was wrong with our original first two keys when trying to open the door. The beds were comfortable. There was some type of dye on one of the towels that looked like blood that freaked out my 11 year old son, but the front desk clerk replaced all of our towels immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. The morning breakfast was a huge buffet that was phenomenal. We left overly stuffed. Fresh fruit, omelets, bacon, pancakes, etc. It was delicious. The pool area was a bit tight, but was very popular and crowded. An obvious family-favorite as over 30-40 people were to be found in the area the 1 1/2 hours my son and I were there.

Great morning breakfast that was part of the package and nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Nice spacious rooms. Nothing to dislike Easy access close to shopping with a great family friendly atmosphere. Great Breakfast and evening reception as free extras. Very nice homey central gardens.

This hotel was great! Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, but it's well-attended, so get there early to avoid the line. They have an adults-only swim from 10:00 pm-midnight, so grown-ups can relax and enjoy the pool. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. They work very hard to maintain what one would expect from a Hilton hotel: upscale atmosphere without appearng stuffy. I would definitely stay here again.

great location near lots of Restaurants and minutes from the mall of America.

The custom ordered breakfast was by far the best I have ever had. The chef not only can cook but very friendly. Nothing This is the second time I have stayed at this partictular hotel. I have taken my grandchildren on their first plane ride staying in a hotel and going to the Mall of America. Both times the service, convience and friendliness of this hotel was beyond my expectations. The breakfast and the cocktail hour are the best, I only hope that when I take another trip, if I choose Embassy Suites that it will be as great as this one. I hope to make other trips to this area and will make it a point to stay here.

On the positive side, the suite was roomy and comfortable. However, the A/C fan was very noisy; the bathroom doorknob was barely hanging on; and the loose toilet seat threatened to dump me overboard. When I connected to the wireless service, I found that it would cost me 9.95 per day even though I only needed about 5 minutes to obtain some Mapquest directions. Given the cost of the room, this extra charge was more than a little irritating.

I have stayed here many times and as always everything was great!!! The one and only place I stay when in Minneapolis.

It was a very nice hotel, but not right by the Mall of America. In traffic it took us about 45 minutes to get there. That was on a weekend, but still took us a while. The room was really nice and the breakfast in the morning was fast and fantastic. The airport shuttle was very convenient and prompt.

My sister and I stayed one night, we came in for my daughter's wedding shower thrown by the groom's family. We thought we were staying at the Embassy Suites near the Wildlife Refuge, but in fact there is another Embassy Suites in Bloomington on the same Street that is across from the Wildlife Refuge. The front desk did not know where it was. We both got a great night's sleep--what more can you ask?

Location to my needs, size of suite and breakfast and hospitality, this can't be beat! Could be updated. A great Crowne Plaza for the business traveler as well as family. Location was so close to the Mall of America and quick and easy access to I-494, it provides a home away from home atmosphere with amenities and luxuries at an affordable price. With the made to order breakfast and the evening hospitality break!

We found the Embassy to be more convenient than any other we have stayed at. The suite was very comfortable. Their full breakfast was top notch as was the chef who knew his business. The shuttle service was great and very accommodating. We were far enough from the airport to be in a quiet location, yet close enough for a short trip to our destinations. The amenities of the swimming pool, spa, the manager's reception in the evening were very nice. Check-in and out were quick and easy and the staff friendly and very helpful. It really contributed to our very enjoyable trip.

The rooms were fabulous and the happy hour and breakfast was fantastic! I came to the hotel with a group of ladies for a bachelor party the staff and accommodations were great! Everyone loved the hotel and we will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

A good place to go if you have a family as the breakfast buffet is part of the rate and is very good and lots of food. The room was comfortable, and clean although the bathroom faucet dripped and tub shower water pressure was low. It was fine for a few nights. The hottub and pool area were very crowded and hottub wasnt hot enough.

Complimentary drinks and breakfast. Elevators, obnoxious weddings, lines for breakfast, no towels at pool. The location is great, that's about it. The staff was unfriendly, there was an hour wait for breakfast and hardly any seating. There was a wedding that spilled beer in several elevators and it was not cleaned up. Several members of the wedding party were using drugs and the staff did not care. There was a ten minute wait to use the elevators. Lastly, the pool had no towels so I called for more and the person answering told me to only use the phone in emergencies. No towels were sent. Upon leaving we stopped in the Starbucks in the hotel and they did not know how to make items on the menu.

Free breakfast, big rooms, 2 TV's, nice pillows. Room did not get cool enough at night. Friendly staff, large, nicely decorated comfortable suites. pool was too small, room did not get cool enough after an 82 degree day.

The courtyard was beautiful. Breakfast in the courtyard was great. I was late 1 morning and the chef cooked me eggs and he seemed happy to do so. Great! Would stay again.

Great rooms, very friendly staff. My experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The room was great, newly remodeled with very comfortable beds. The morning complimentary to order breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beds were comfortable, pools was nice, Good food. Road noise since close to Highway. This is a great hotel for a family. The rooms are very clean and good mattresses. The breakfast is better than just rolls and fruit and the pool was warm and spacious. The employees were friendly and we enjoyed it.

Nice room and friendly staff. We were not told about construction on the first two floors and it was noisy. There was no mention of construction going on and it was very noisy early in the morning. Will not stay at the location again.
