I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were nice sized and there was a complimentary hot breakfast each morning and free drinks during happy hour each evening! It isn't really close to anything (other than the airport) which made it somewhat difficult to have visitors, but they did have a shuttle service with great hours.

The Embassy Suites at BWI is a comfortable, clean hotel that is very convenient to BWI Airport. The manager's cocktail party was fun and my husband and I enjoyed the free drinks and appetizers. The free breakfast was okay, but there were long lines for the cooked to order food and the buffet food was good, but not great. The furnishings in our suite were not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. After dinner, we watched a movie in our room and enjoyed the choices of entertainment that the hotel provided. There was plenty of hot water when we wanted it for showering. Even though there were several weddings in the hotel, we were not bothered by the noise from all of the receptions in our room. Overall, I think that the Embassy Suites is a very good value for your money and we would definitely stay there again.

Bed was so comfortable, rooms were beautiful. Whole hotel was beautiful. No outdoor pool. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful hotel. Great extras like cook to order breakfast and buffet free every morning. Convenient to Marc train.

The service at the Front Desk was fabulous. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. Housekeeping could use some improvement. There was no toilet paper when we arrived and missing coffee supplies. When we tried to call housekeeping, we got a recorder each time, but the front desk took care of it. Aslo the storage for all the housekeeping carts was located next to our room, so the noise started very early in the am. Food and room service was great. The actual room, though, needed repairs. The bathroom door handle was broken, so you had to use the trash can against the door to keep it closed for privacy as it would not stay closed. The door to the closet was also broken to where you couldn't shut it or open it all the way. Therefore, we were not able to use it and it partially blocked the hallway to the bedroom. Reported water leak that was flooding vending area.

The Embassy Suites Baltimore was a very nice and comfortable hotel with everything that I nneded for my business trip. The staff were very professional and meet the needs quite well. I was not able to enjoy all the ammenities due to the fact that I was gone a lot, however, the room was clean and comfortable and I would definately use it again.

Near airport with shuttle. Ants on bed had to move room. Of all the Embassy Suites I have visited, this was the worst. Front desk staff disinterested in guests and I had to move rooms due to ants on the bed.

We were so impressed with the staff. My son has a food allergies and when we spoke with the staff in the restaurant he went to speak to the chef several times on our behalf. He also took care of us the following day for breakfast and made sure that my son was given a selection of wonderful food. The room was clean as well as the pool area. I have only one complaint we had to leave.... We are planning on going back in a few weeks to enjoy this wonderful hotel again.

You can't go wrong with this Embassy Suites! Free made to order breakfast and 2 hour free drinks and snacks! Bed was amazingly comfortable!!!! Free wifi would have been nice. $10 for 24 hours of internet was a bit much. There are alot of other hotels who offer free wifi. Flat screen tv's in both rooms, pull out couch in the living room, microwave, fridge, free coffee are all the great amenities that this hotel had to offer.

Spent NCAA Lacosse championship weekend in Baltimore. Hotel was convenient to Stadium & Inner Harbor. Less than 10 min. drive. Staff was friendly and did great job keeping things up with a full house. Because this an airport/business area type hotel restaurants were not close by.

Breakfast was terrible. Overall, it was ok. Fire alarm went on at 7am and no one came or called to let us know what was going on it turned out that a toaster was malfunctioning.

"My wife, some friends and I go to a Jazz Festival in Columbia, MD and stay at the Embassy Suites every year. The accomodations are the best for us and never had a problem. We have noticed that quite a few celebrities stay there also. Works for us and the breaksfast plus the evening hospitality makes up for what is missing--not that something is."

I liked the overall feel of the hotel it, the scenery was very soothing and made me feel at home away from home. I did not like how the housekeeper kept knocking on the door as if she was trying to rush us out before checkout time on our last day at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. The staff were very polite and helpful during our stay. The atmosphere was very soothing and comfortable. The hotel including our suite was very clean. I must say that I loved the layout of the hotel. Our trip was very peaceful! The only problem that we had with our trip was the housekeeper in a rush to get us out of the hotel on our last day there prior to checkout. Aside from that I must say thumbs up Embassy Suites!!

Husband and I came to Baltimore for an overnight stay and to visit the Inner Harbor. Hotel was easy to find and rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable and shower felt like heaven. Refrigerator was not working and repairman arrived right away after calling front desk. Kitchen area could have been a little bit bigger.

The complimentary breakfast had excellent food and the complimentary happy hour was an added treat. They don't make customers aware that there is a pool. The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and there to assist patrons. The room itself was very attractive, big and very clean. Even though there was a group of high school lacrosse players staying at the hotel for some event, the room still seemed relatively quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great, as it served a great array of items. I will warn though, it does get busy towards the end, so get there early. The complimentary happy hour was a very welcome bonus to our stay. All-in-all, I had an excellent experience at the embassy suites, I definitely recommend it.
