Excellent location, service, comfort, and views of the West Mesa. Overall wonderful stay, had 5 pillows but too small, wished pool area had better sunning area, had to go outside located by parking area, not private. Highly recommend this hotel! I read all the reviews before selecting. Very helpful. Staff was outstanding from the front desk, dining, and cleaning. Was upgraded when I arrived. Room was clean, comfortable, nice bar area. Woke up mothers day to 40 hot air balloons right off my balcony!

This hotel worked beautifully for a long family stay in two connecting suites. Specify a room on the city side to see the sparkling lights of the city sprawling across the desert at night, and hot-air balloons sailing in the morning. Rooms on the mountain side of the hotel have views of the Sandias, but over the freeway -- and that's also the side of the hotel aggressively lit by floodlights that will have you yanking your curtains shut. The front-desk staff was exceptional, both before and during our visit. Our rooms were impeccably clean and well-furnished. Quality linens and cushy pillows made it a pleasure to sink into bed at the end of our busy days. The pool is large and pleasant. The location was central for car trips in all directions. Jumping on the interstate required a lengthy drive on frontage roads, but exit ramps to the hotel were much closer. The neighborhood appeared safe, though we didn't see much you'd want to walk to. The full-service restaurant had the best food I've ever eaten in a hotel of this class -- Somebody in the kitchen has definitely got it going on! We'd planned to dine there just once, but liked it so much we ate there a second time. Both meals were marred by bizarrely poor service. The staff was friendly, there were plenty of servers on hand, and we never did figure out why the service was continually, and almost comically, goofed up. Perfectly prepared entrees, with interesting sides, were compensation. The free reception was lackluster, with snacks you wouldn't eat at home (Good & Plenty licorice with a margarita?). The free breakfast was quite good, with choices to suit anyone from oatmeal & yogurt to bacon & sausage. A good value for our group.

Things for kids to do, pool, video games, nice atmosphere, very friendly and accommodating staff. Found crumbs in sheets, made me think they hadn't been changed from last guest. No coffee condiments in my room. Hotel was very nice. We stay in hotels in Albuquerque a lot. My kids liked it. The staff was exemplary! The bartender was awesome! She read my mind. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful. The night desk staff was also very friendly. Made me feel very welcome, even with four kids. Like the fountains and pleasing relaxing atmosphere. Nice pool too.

Great hotel for the most part, except that there was no free internet. Otherwise good breakfast, clean and spacious suites. I also stayed at Homewood suites and the Residence Inn, and found Homewood suites to be the best deal of the three and Residence Inn the worst.

Lots of space. Having problems with billing. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Lots of room - separate conference room with attached bathroom and bedroom. Two televisions and sofa. Had an excellent pool/whirlpool and the exercise room was adequate for a workout. The staff was friendly and willing to help guests with their questions. The only problem I am having is with the accounting department trying to charge me twice for one meal at the restaurant.

We were very happy & truly enjoyed our stay at this facility. The rooms and the public areas are great. The front desk staff could have been alot friendlier, and I attempted to use their wonderful spa to get a facial when I was there, but they didn't seem real interested in having me as a customer. Overall, a very pleasant experience, though

This rooms and whole hotel is very nice, clean, relaxing, and comfortable. We used the work out facility twice and were very pleased. The pool was not open, but it looked great. The restaurant staff were very inefficient and the food was below average. I would definately stay there again. Great to get a latte in the lobby!

This hotel is one of the finest. The suites were very clean, huge bathrooms, good shower pressure, very professional staff and unlimited drinks for the manager's reception. It was also very quiet."
