Good service, simple in and out of the airport

I like that they have an outer room. My mom snores loudly and she can sleep out there and not disturb the rest. Embassy Suites is always a comfortable hotel to stay in, especially if you have 3 or more in your group. There is the outer living room with a hide-a-bed. My mom snors and she sleeps there and the rest of us can sleep too, plus we all can stay in the same suite. I also like the brunch available every day at no extra cost. It's awesome!

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have had nothing but GREAT experiences. The hotel offers a great cocktail hour (free of charge) and even allows kids. The also have a HUGE breakfast free of charge which we also love. The beds are very comfortable and I love having a seperate bedroom allowing both the parents and the kids to have their own spaces. You do get noise from planes overhead, but hey if you are staying near the airport what can you expect? This time we had a wonderful view of Mt. Hood that was spectacular as the sun reflected off it when setting. We will always stay here when traveling. I also appreciate that the airport shuttle runs on an as needed basis as opposed to some hotels where they run on a set schedule.

I stayed there with my family. Close to the Airport, free shuttle to the hotel.Very friendly employees. Best service. we loved the Breakfast.Plenty of food.We had couple of friends with us with small children. They were running around all the time and loved going up and down in the elivator. very good service. Our dresser drawers were not functioning right and the toilet got blocked at three in the morning. We called the service and in couple of minutes they came and fixed the problem. We had pleasent stay.

Easily accessable to airport but heard almost no air traffic, only some military aircraft one morning. Nice breakfast buffet included. One of the better workout facilities I have seen in a hotel. Pool adequate for smaller children.

We stayed here over a long holiday weekend, with two young children. The rooms were very comfortable and attractive. We were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast which included extensive choices and made-to-order omelettes. They had a problem with the pool the first day we were there but they offered to shuttle us to another hotel to use their pool. The pool was promptly repaired and they gave us a courtesy call to let us know. We did have an extra adult who said that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but the beds in the bedroom were very nice. Also, the hotel is an easy walk from the nearest MAX light rail station so we never had to drive our car once we arrived.

My mother and I stayed at the hotel to pick up my father who was ariving at PDX at 1am.. we brought our lap tops.. ordered room service. Best crab cakes iv ever had. she had the shrimp and they were amazing too! The best part are the beds. I look forward to going again and finding out what they are. they give you every kind of pillow firm, soft, ect. I love how there are 2 tvs. my mom was in the bed room and i was in the lving room.. it was great. best hotel stay of my life.

We flew into Portland in late October 08. We booked the Embassy Suites at the airport for the night we flew in since we knew Embassy and what we were in for. We loved the hotel and its location by the airport. The breakfast was awesome as usual and the beds were the best we had felt in Oregon. We took a trip down the coast, staying at a couple of other hotels. We missed our Embassy Suites. We changed the rest of our plans so we could stay the final two nights of our trip at the Embassy Suites by the airport. It felt like "home" to us, even though we are from Indianapolis. It was a great home base for us to feel at home. It was like putting on a warm blanket. The breakfast ... outstanding. Cleanliness ... outstanding. Beds ... heavenly! Would stay there again when in the Portland area. Thanks Embassy Suites for being a welcome friend on the road!

A lovely, friendly, clean place to stay. Conviently located at the airport. Friendly staff and tried hard to please. Loved the size of the room and the cleaning service. Loved the breakfast choices, hot foods and cereal or fruit. All areas of the hotel were very clean. I have stayed at this hotel before and loved it then, too. The only complaint I had this time was the Sauna was closed down and the Hot Tub was not filled enough so the jets would shoot up water into your face. It did not ruin my stay though, because the pool is very nice. Over all, I had a great stay and will return on my next visit. Thanks for a wonderful week.

This hotel was great. the room can hold up to 6 people. Free parking at an Airport hotel. Free breakfast. Nice indoor pool and a fantastic gym. There is a shuttle to the airport on demand, and you can take the Max Light Rail downtown from there. I will stay there next and everytime I go to Portland.

Convenient to PDX (Portland Airport) and freeways. The hotel staff was friendly and gave me good tips about the area, and maps to find my way around. The free breakfast was an added plus! Good food and lots of variety. I could feel my cholesterol rising, but I couldn't pass up the made-to-order omelettes :) Although close to the airport, the rooms are well sound-proofed and I wasn't aware of any airplane noise, or other guests at the hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

Suite with two rooms, sink in bathroom and in TV room. Comfortable and clean rooms. Beautiful lobby area with waterfalls, bridges and little streams. Pool stays open until midnight. Missed the evening cocktail reception, but it looked nice. Great breakfast the next day (step up from continental). They somehow do a nice job of masking the sound of the nearby airport.

At checkin I was given a couple of bottles of water without asking for them. Later I used room service which was quick and pleasant. Check out was seamless and the ride to the airport went without delay.

The breakfast is amazing. I stayed at the Embassy Downtown Portland and it had magnifying mirrors in the bathroom, this one did not. We enjoyed our stay, I think the restaurant lacks for an evening meal, way too expensive, would be nice to have moderate and expensive.

The Embassy Sutes at the Portland Ore airport was a pleasant stay. It was located right next to the airport which made it very convienent for flying out the next day. I would highly reccomend anyone staying there.

Staff was extremely professional and polite. No negatives. People took a real interest in your comfort and in assisting in any way possible. Excellent choice for our last night of vacation.
