We expected that this Embassy Suite would have a bathroom that could be shared by our son who met us in Phoenix. This particular Embassy Suite had the bathroom located within the bedroom area, not between the bedroom and the living room area. Also, this Embassy Suite wanted $9.95/day for internet access...very disappointing.

Spacious. Bathroom was small. Centrally located, excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this Embassy Suites because it was centrally situated for our trip. The neighborhood isn't ritzy, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable, with frig & two tv's. Stay on the 3rd or 4th floor and you can leave your sliding door open for fresh air at night. The on-site restaurant had complimentary "to-order" breakfast - omelets, french toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage; cereals, toast, oatmeal, Starbucks coffee, tea, milk juice - a bargain; tip the chef at least a $1. Ordered lin room unch once, dinner twice - good burgers, quick service, small room service menu had other good choices but we wanted burgers. Close to 202 freeway and airport. Clean attractive grounds. Convenient parking. Driver & van can take you on shorts runs in the area. Not close to fun shopping and things to do, but there is a drug store around the corner. We'd stay there again.

My husband and I stay at Embassy Suites all the time and this has to be the worst stay we have experienced. The room was not ready until an hour after check in. We had to sit in the lobby and wait with two angry toddlers who really needed a nap. Housekeeping never came during our entire stay. We only had the do not disturb sign on the door from 2-3 pm everyday for naptime. One day we never had the sign on the door and still no housekeeping. I went to the lobby to buy a soda from the gift shop and waited 15 minutes for anyone to even show up at the desk so I could pay for it. While I was waiting a line of three different couples showed up to check in and also had to wait. I don't know if it was a staffing issue that weekend but the stay was not something I would want to experience again. On the upside, Bob, the breakfast chef, was awesome.

We arrived late, but on the phone had been promised a courtesy shuttle. I called the hotel and discovered it stopped running at 11. The clerk then surprised us saying they would pay the cab fare. There was no argument- just perfect service. The courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast excellent. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable and very clean. We slept great. No complaints about the traffic. The next morning I went to the desk for toothpaste, having forgotten ours and the clerk there was wonderful. She offered everything they had. Overall, the service made this trip excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Best hotel I've stayed in and breakfast was better than most restaurants.

Let me just say, SUPER comfortable beds! Great room, needed ceiling work in a couple of places, but nothing dangerous. Room service was speedy and delicious and the delivery guy was very nice. Small bathroom, but we stayed in the smallest suite they had. No funky smells. The only thing that I really didn't like was the pool is in the middle of the courtyard. Front desk was friendly and professional.

A fairly nice room but we arrived late at night because of an airline delay. The night clerk had no idea how to check us in and the process took over a half hour. I was not happy because we had been traveling all day. The facility itself was very satisctory and the day people seemed to know what they were doing.

It was clean, neat and the staff was great. Nothing. It was clean and everything looked so pretty. The staff was friendly and seemed happy we were staying there. The breakfast was great and it was a fun place to stay.

I was concerned about staying at this Embassy Suites after reading some of the reviews posted on this site, but was pleasantly surprised. XXX, the front desk agent, was friendly and accommodating. We were able to stay in a room that was newly remodeled, which was very nice. The hotel is not brand new, which was apparent because the floors in our room weren't completely level, but this did not impact our experience. The cooks each morning, XXX and XXX went above and beyond our expectations. The servers in the evening were very nice and friendly as well. They seemed to love their jobs. How refreshing. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but very good. We purchased a 25 certificate from Restaurant.Com for 10 so that helped quite a bit. The free drinks in the evening were a nice bonus too. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again for the hotel, amenities and most of all, the staff. My husband and I were impressed!

Our experience at he Embassy Suites was hard to beat. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating. We really did appreciate the Shuttle operators as they were ready to take care of us at any opportunity. Special thanks to front desk. She went over and above the line of duty to make sure our stay was comfortable. Very professional and personable at the same time. The value with the breakfast and happy hour is outstanding. No need to leave the hotel for anything regarding food services other than to explore other venues. Menu totally kept us entertained for the entire week, the breakfasts alone cut our food budget in half. Would definitely recommend the Embassy Suites to anyone searching value and comfort.

The separate sleeping areas! The bar is right inside the restaurant. You have to eat amongst the drunks. Nice room but too close to the main road. We heard passing traffic all night. Overall, the hotel is great.

Room accomodations are very good. Security is excellent. Front desk staff was helpful with all my question. Only recommendation is to request a room on the opposite side of 44th St. Traffic is busy all night long and made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is awesome. If you stay, ask for the "Bob Special". You'll love it!I will definitely stay here my next trip to Phoenix.

Very spacious rooms. Swimming pool and spa were very crowded. This hotel was a bit smaller than the Embassy Suites Hotels I'm accustomed to, but the quality was everything that I expected, and the room was very spacious. Wonderful breakfast, too!

The hotel server free breakfast. It had 2 TV's and it had a separate room. It was great. Nothing wrong about the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable place to stay..It had a refrigerator, 2 TV's and a bedroom separated from the living room area. It is a great place to stay. I surely would recommend it for my family, relatives and friends to stay there. The front desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. Only thing that there was that someone had left some bottle containers in the refrigerator. But it was okay. Everything was great.

Service and continental breakfast. Bathrooms need to be updated, not the cleanest. Rooms need to be updated, specially the bathrooms. Breakfast was great and would stay there just for that.

Staff was very friendly. Older building but very well kept. Always love Embassy Suites! Love the door between rooms that allows privacy. Love the full hot breakfast. Love the cheerful and helpful staff. All the rooms open out into an open courtyard that is brisk to walk around in in the winter. The line for eggs and bacon can occasionally be long in the dining room so don't cut it close if you want a big meal. Otherwise, they have bagels, danishes, oatmeal, cereal, cut fruit, whole fruit, yogurt, juice, milk and coffee available as well. The pool and spa are outdoors.

I would stay here again. The rooms were great the breakfast was great. All the employees were especially nice and helpful.
