My stay would have been more enjoyable, if the Orbitz price would have been close to the AAA price.

The room was nice, comfortable. Pool was disgusting, jacuzzi was worse, heat would not turn off. The hotel was nice overall. Staff was helpful for the most part, manager was extremely accommodating! The pool was dirty and murky, probably due to being seriously overcrowded (a large family took over the pool room, at least 15 people in a pool designed to hold 8 at the most). Hotel staff did nothing to rectify this. Jacuzzi was emptied mid evening on my second night and was not available for use before I left. Very disappointing! The restaurant was nice, good food, although pricey ($100 for 1 soup, 1 appetizer, 2 dinners with drinks). Good place for business travelers, nothing at all for the family set to do here.

I travel a lot due to the fact that I am travel agent. I love staying at the Embassy because of their warth and the environment. The hotel is superb it has such a great feel to it. Tthe staff were excellent. The breakfast package they have is also one of the best. The fact that this hotel offers two room suites works well for my family of 5. I love the embassy, I enjoy staying there and I would definitely refer friends and family to stay there.

The hotel was being updated with new tile and paint while we were there. Other than closing most of the entryway while we were checking in, there was no noise or anything that bothered us.The only two issues I had with the room were the large amount of rust in the bathtub that they attempted to put epoxy paint over without success and the worn out couch. I'm sure both will be replaced during the remodel, but the price of the room (175.00) should have been lower, given the remodeling and such. The room was pretty comfortable otherwise and the breakfast was better than many of the continental breakfasts I've seen at other hotels. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The employees were pleasant. Free parking is nice. Its within minutes of the city. I chose the hotel for these reasons and for the free breakfast and managers reception (happy hour). Unfortunately, there was a family reunion party that were at the hotel for the weekend I visited. They pretty much ruined our trip. Besides the other guests, the hotel was great.

Beautiful. Filled with lots of loud people. No respect for others. Walls are paper, this is a beautiful place that has lots of people coming there to use the pool. People were screaming in the halls and in the parking lot until we got up at 5 am to get our plane. Unable to get any rest in this place. We called for wake up service. No one ever called to wake us up not that anyone could sleep.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was good. I thought the Manager's Reception was a little lacking in the quality department. I think that for the price of the room, there could have been something other that pretzels & chips to go with the drinks. The Breakfast was Great! The Room was comfortable, everything was clean, the staff was excellent. My family enjoyed the stay very much.

I was greeted by truly friendly staff with concise and useful answers to all my questions. I arrived a little late and received a courtesy free drink to relax from traveling. The atmosphere is soothing with open air and the soft sounds of a fountain in the foyer, leading to open air restaraunt bar area. For a busy work trip, it felt like an oasis, which is unusual in my business travels, which are many. The room was ridiculously efficient and comfortable, from the perfect shower to perfectly placed and easy to use blackout curtains. The coffee maker was different than any I've used, and made better, hotter coffee than you can get in a hotel room. The complimentary breakfast included made to order omelets and hot oatmeal and yogurt - a big step up from the usual free continental breakfast. The high speed wireless internet in room was actually easy to use, which is a treat if you must work in evening. The kiosk for automatic checkout and boarding pass printing was not working, but the clerk at the desk efficiently whipped out my boarding pass and had me on my way with a smile.

Room service was fast and friendly. There was a lot of children running loose, but it really wasn't the hotels fault. The suite was roomy and comfortable. It was a nice quiet stay.

The room layout was nice (2 room suite) but some things were a bit dingy. The sink and tub were clean but well worn. The idea of complimentary breakfast was nice but the food was pretty lousy. I ended up eating yogurt, a banana and some coffee even though they offered more.

everything went well however my plane was delayed and i missed the evening reception the time of the reception was too early in my opinion It would better accommadate the guest if the reception in the evening is from maybe 6pm to 8pm other than that everything was good I will recommend this to my family

Stayed one night, with 3 other families. each family had young chidlren. 2 of us had nothing to complain of our rooms. one had loud a/c unit, couldn't sleep. one had loud neighbor, couldn't sleep. the staff was very friendly and very helpful, the reason for the thumbs up on my rating. we had a great complimentary breakfast. the downside of the facilities was that i thought the pool was dirty looking.

We reserved & paid for a nonsmoking, accessible rm. w/ roll-in shower for mother's wheelchair access.I called the night before to confirm. The person with whom I spoke, [...], said all was in order. However, we NEVER got what we paid for. Instead, they put us in a SMOKING room w/ a BATH TUB. They kept promising to find a room for us but this never happened. Apparently, they had given our room away the day before we got there. Consequently, my mother could not be showered for the entire weekend,I had allergy headaches & my brother had to find another place to stay because he could not stand the stench. Unfortunately, there were no other available nonsmoking, accessible rooms at nearby hotels. We tried to stay out of the room as much as possible. The hotel should refund the rental fee as we did NOT get what we paid for.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. No problems were found. Excellent family hotel with great staff and comfortable accommodations.

It ws very odd. The suite felt and looked so unclean that I wouldn't sit on the couch or use the living room. The fitted bedsheet was already wrinkled when I turned down the bed. The bathtub coating was peeling near the drain. Since the staff was so kind, it is unfortunate that the lack of cleanliness and general upkeep/maintenance gave me the creebie-jeebies. I brought my swimsuit but wouldn't DARE use the pool based on the cleanliness of my room.

I love this hotel.. It was my second time staying there. Love that sitting rooms separate then the bedroom.. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The hotel was affordable. The hotel was being remodeled and it was not mentioned in the hotel's description. Overall the hotel's affordability was it's best feature. The hotel lobby was being remodeled so there were supplies and tarps everywhere. The walls were pretty thin and so it was easy to here everything from the children in the hallway to our neighbors taking a shower. The location was close to the airport and 25 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. We did however, enjoy our complementary breakfast.

A good overall experience

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The carpet in the rooms was very stained and the AC was either freezing or nothing at all. The staff at this hotelwould be the only reason I would return. The hotel definitely needs to be upgraded.
