Had an early flight out of Nashville. All rooms face the lobby area, which is nice, but there must have been a little league team there celebrating all night long! Happy Hour and snacks were great. Had to call front desk 3 times for an extra set of sheets.

Family perfect. Very family friendly. Large clean rooms. Carpet did have some obvious stains in bedroom area. Staff very friendly and ready to accommodate requests.

My husband and I went to Nashville for a last long weekend of the summer vacation. We checked in on Friday afternoon. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. During the night my husband experienced chest pain and by 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning we were on our way to the hospital. When I called the front desk, the clerk gave me directions to the nearest hospital and on our way out he gave us a print out of those directions. I was able to get to the hospital as if I lived in the area, we were two exits away on the expressway. Embassy Suites set us up with a later check out and helped be find another hotel room near by when they didn't have a room to offer me. The staff could not have been nicer, I really appreciate their help. My husband is home safely and we will never forget the kindness and good will we experienced here. Thank you Embassy Suites!

we enjoyed our stay other than the uncleanliness of the room.We had to leave notes for the staff to vacuum our room and they should be paying more attention to pet stains on their floors,pretty unsitely.

I check in to the most different hotel ever..at least i thought..GREAT GREAT GREAT food and room service to die far..however when its time to check out if you pay though Travel agency per the front desk they have to wait for Travelocity to send them your payment in the mean time your credit card will be charged twice ..yes twice ..so please be very careful and pay attention at CHECK out

The bed was so comfortable and the suite was really nice. Hot tub was not hot and ended up closing. I love the 2 hours of free drinks and snacks, also the complimentary breakfast is amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

OUr trip was great, the hotel is great. When I here people complain I don't understand. With a 3 and a 2 year old, the seperate bedroom was very nice, and I will continue to find suite type hotels so I don't have to sleep with the kids. The breakfast was great, the social was great, however the wireless internet was terrible, but unless you have tons of work to do, they have a free business center that satisfied my needs. The pool looks good, but you better be in the polar bear club, as it was freezing, not chilly, but freezing. With young kids swimming is a big part of a relaxing vacation ad a good way to tire them out. Would stay again, but would liek to see the pool situation addressed.

I attended the 2009 CMA Fest in Nashville and stayed at this Embassy Suites. I loved the location, I didn't have to drive the interstate everytime I went to any event. It easily got me to the Opry Mills area, downtown, and anywhere else I wanted to visit. The staff was all very hospitable, from the housekeeping, the cook to the fornt desk and manager on duty. I love the wonderful breakfast that is offered daily!

This hotel, although rated very good by fellow travelers, left a little to be desired for most travelers. This hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul including the carpets and bathrooms. This is an older model Embassy Suites with a signigicant need for a complete overhaul, do not be lulled into the reviews of the many if you have any discriminating taste. On the up-side staff were excellent, very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was good along with the free happy hour. If you are on a 100 budget and need a room close to the airport with average rooms this will suite your needs.

This is the perfect location for a conference, which is why I stayed here. The service was excellent. The breakfast the best I've had in a hotel and I am usually in a hotel twice a month.

Spacious rooms and great common areas. The food was not the highest quality, but it beat traveling or delivery. I love this hotel. The room seemed smaller than their other locations, but overall it is great. The dinner we ordered wasn't the best in the world, but this is a hotel and not a dining establishment!

The Hotel served as a base for our weekend of activities. We were gone about as much as we were there.They do have a good perk...Free hot cooked to order breakfasat +++ free drinks in the evening! The room we had was a little dirty..ie. stains on the carpet, spills on the back of the door,dirty air-conditioner filter (hadn't been changed since Nov.1rst 2008) noisy air-conditioner,decorative pillows on bed had drool stains all over them (yuck). It was VERY noisy in the room...need better sound insulation! Not as nice as other ES Hotels that we have stayed @ previously...

The common area was beautiful. The carpet was dirty in the room and the sofa had an umpleasant smell. The overall stay was good. The room that I was in was rather small for an Embassy Suites. The bathroom was very small and need work.
